I had an excellent experience with Meenu Menu with an insurance policy she arranged for a house my wife and I recently bought in Vernon. She was always pleasant, professional, and prompt in our email and telephone exchanges. She worked to understand our situation and get us the best coverage at the best rate. Most of all, she was PATIENT. I had perhaps two dozen exchanges with her, and she always took time to answer my questions and help me through the application process. I recommend her totally.

I called and the reception took my name and number and nobody returned my call. After calling back a week later and finally getting someone to reply they took all of my information via two telephone conversations only to call back and said they won’t insure me because this is my second home. The home is located at Predator Ridge. Why is this uninsurable? There are hundreds of properties out there. Are these somehow more risky?

We received awesome pricing on our home insurance and Val Jones took the time to go over every aspect of it! So I also got my vehicle insurance there.

I just want to rave about Alice Ramsey! She was so helpful when it came to all the questions I had and she knew exactly the right insurance I needed and set it all up for me! I couldn’t be more pleased.

A huge thank you to Brock at the Vernon Location. He has always been wonderful to work with, quick with reply’s, knowledgeable, and very professional. He made insurance enjoyable, always explaining things clearly (why we could or could not do things) and confidently.

Good covid-19 precautions being done however markers outside to get people to form a line would be good. If not, they gather around the entrance.

It is way to hot to expect seniors to wait outside for 30 or more minutes
I went with my husband to renew our insurance because they needed information from us both but even though a sign on the door stated only 2 customers at a time they were only letting one in and said I had to wait outside
Even in this covid mess that is still ridiculous
I will not be returning to this business again

Called them 3 times, each time I was told They would give me a call back shortly still waiting after third day! Poor customer service! Two weeks later still waiting!

Stewart was so knowledgeable and helpful when we went into the branch to change our insurance banking information. He was quick and efficient. He Will be the reason we go to that location for all of our insurance needs!

Very poorly educated on the comercial side of things and in icbc payment procedures. After my initial plan set up I had to go to a different broker to put proper insurance for the jurisdictions I was running in. I was also charged several thousands dollars of unauthorized payments that come out in 1 month and they wouldn't refund the funds. They said it was ok because it would come off at the end of the term if I made stop payments that they would pay for. Also had to go back in several times to sign on mistakes made on the insurance plans. Would not recommend this Broker

I wanted to get a personalized license plate and wasn't sure how to go about it after I filled out what I could. The lady there helped me fill out the rest and even offered to post it for me! Very polite staff and very helpful.
