I recently received a quote on renewal of earthquake by down insurance and received exellent advice from Supreet. I had a lot of questions and she gave me very clear and concise explanations that were easy to understand.

I am doing my car and home insurance with this branch from 2019. Ms. Harsimran Hunjan is the person who deals with me. She is very professional, always very helpful, trying her best to assist me all the time. I will continue my insurance with this branch because of her customer deals attitudes though they are relocated in new place.

I have used Westland Insurance to get my auto insurance for over 10 years. There are several locations in New Westminster which makes it convenient.

Today I came into the store and was warmly greeted by a woman named Poonam B. It was the most pleasant and simple experience I've had with any insurance agent so far in my years of driving. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of our question in detail while being very attentive to our situation. She ensured all of the 4-5 different items we wanted done were fully completed and we were in and out quickly. Will definitely come back to her for future needs!

Fake five star reviews. Staff here are incompetent and would say something with conviction until you pressure them to ask someone else, then they tell you what you said was right. It's like pulling hair with this bunch.

Walked in at 8: 50,10 minutes before closing and they were still willing to help me with transfer papers. It was definitely a scramble and went through 5 transfer papers but made it happen in record time. Very speedy. Personal thanks to Poonam and Kyle!

Recently dealt with Hartman Singh he was extremely patient and amazing to deal with, and answered all of my questions.

Very friendly, and helpful people working here; on my past two visits the representatives helped me to get better additional coverage for less than $40 annually.
In the past, I've had representatives from other insurance companies attempt to cram as much coverage as possible down my throat, at this place they're very straight forward with your requests.
Shout out to Jimmy, and to Mohan both are great guys!

I purchased a motorcycle on a Sunday night, later than expected, this was the only place open near by, went in, and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service I received. Pardeep Kaur, mad sure I understood my options, and made sure I saved as much money as possible, all this while being enjoy able to talk to a very proficient at her job.

If you're anywhere near this branch I would recommend going in and speaking to her.

I don’t know what happened because the reviews are so high. I bought my first car with an N license and was told by the dealer to come here since it was nearby. With the optional insurance I selected with Westland my monthly payments were $526 which I’d never heard anyone paying that much before unless they were in a few accidents but I’d also heard about how ‘astronomical’ new drivers rates were so I assumed that was just how much it costs. I gave bcaa a call regarding their optional insurance at the suggestion of a lot of people and my rates were changed to $309 a month with identical coverage. That’s a big difference. I felt taken advantage of since I was a new driver.

Really great place to get your auto insurance. I had to call a couple times prior to my visit to ask some questions and everyone I spoke to was very helpful. I just met Alex Buque today as I needed to renew my car insurance a little early this year. I was invited to sit down across from him and was easily drawn into friendly conversation while he also began to set me up with the necessary documentation for the coming year by navigating the newly introduced ICBC electronic forms which included a possible discount next year based on mileage. It was an unexpected, enjoyable, kind of neighborly exchange and i got a free pen and gorgeous calendars, - just a little levity and fun - while doing business.

Today I dealt with Kevin Jenner for a quote on my house insurance. I found Kevin to be extremely knowledgeable and personable. He walked me through the process in great detail and made sure I was happy about how he explained everything. In the end his quote was 30% less than where I currently had my house insurance. Needless to say, I was extremely happy and I am now happy to be a customer of Westland Insurance. I will be back to see Kevin when my truck needs to be re insured in December. Thanks again Kevin.

I got my home insurance at Westland in December 2017. I had a great support from Murray, he was very kind, spend a lot of time answering my thousand questions and he was so patient. I was doubtful as I am always are with insurance companies. Well, in December 24th at 12: 00 pm I had a drain back up! I couldn't believe it, I didn't know what to do. I went to their office, luckily Murray was there and he helped me do my first claim ever, didn't know what to expect. Everything worked awesome, fast support, in THAT day! Very professional all their team. It's now April when I am finally giving them 5 starts. Best option! Great price, I shopped around and they were the best in every aspect. Thank you Westland! It give me peace of mind being with them.
