Just called, its saturday 2: 30pm and someone answers, then hung up. Called again and a guy answered, when I asked I need help regarding travel insurance, he hang up. Called now again and nobody answers. I have all my policies here, this is pretty bad service.

We use Westland Insurance in Walnut Grove for all of our insurance needs. Dawn Hammond helped us to save $100 a month on our home insurance. She was patient and took the time to explain all details carefully. Great work!

Katie was awesome and did a great job helping me renew my car insurance over the phone! She was extremely personable to talk to, and was understanding when I had to take a few moment to go searching through my wallet for my license. Not only that, but when I was unsure whether I’d want my papers mailed to me or emailed so I could print them myself, she picked up on that and said she would both mail me a copy and email me one as attachment.

The customer service at the Walnut Gate Branch is phenomenal! I asked Kaylee Morton, an Insurance Advisor, just yesterday to pull out of storage for me copies of my auto insurance going back three years. This is an unusual request and not an easy one to fulfill. Long story, but I need these to register and licence my vehicle in the USA. Without any hesitation at all, she said that she would get on it right away as time permitted between helping clients in the office. Kaylee kept me posted throughout the day and by the end of the business day the copies were scanned and sent to me. I can't thank her enough for her help! Kaylee went above and beyond any regular customer service standards! Very much appreciated! As per usual, I always have to renew my personal car insurance and the insurance on a 16 seater bus for work. I always dread the day I have to renew the bus insurance as it always seems to be a struggle and I usually spend at least an hour waiting for it all to transpire.
I was so thankful when I popped in, thinking it was going to take a long time, and in particular Kaylee Morton made it happen in minutes. Incredible customer service and eased my dread for next year!

Friendly service. Went to transfer title for my car via a private sale. Just a fyi, provincial transfer tax is 12 percent (GST plus PST) not 7 percent. If you buy from a dealer, then it is 7 percent (PST only).

Since arriving in Walnut Grove from out of province 2 years ago, the friendly and professional staff at Westland in Walnut Gate have been looking after my families insurance needs. The knowledgable staff have been exceptionally helpful, with what can sometimes be a confusing subject for the client.

Horrible service, have done nothing but mess my insurance up! Don’t recommend. Also ended up driving around for about 3 months without insurance because of them.

The team at Westland has earned my family`s business through their consistent, pleasant and helpful manner. And this despite me being a bit of a tough customer due to my odd vehicle insurance requests. I do all my insurance business through them and shall continue to do so in the future. Kudos to Walnut Grove Westland!

The staff are always helpful at Westland. This location tends to get quite busy with the after work rush (4-5pm).
