I was selling a cpu to a person that uses this bank. The etransfer wouldn't go through after 4 times, then was completely declined despite him having enough fund for the 5th time. I requested the money and the bank decided to just cancel it on his behalf. Absolutely a joke of a service, this bank does the stupidest decision on others behalf for zero reason

Really bad service. I was dealing with one of the guy and they are too slow with process. I tried calling them and no answer and left the message still no answer. That’s it no dealing with this bank.

Easily some of the most incompetent buffoons I've ever met. Go to literally any other WSCU branch. Tony Sun, who left a fake review below, in particular is very rude.

I just feel great while inside WSCU. Like every business, the people are the most important, and that part is easily taken care of at this Kingsway branch. My main rep, Amra, is about the best one could hope for. Everyone else is always, yes Always, extremely great to be around, friendly, helpful, and competent. I never want to leave, when I’m inside, banking with the staff. I’m being completely honest, and unbiased, and customer service is very important to me, as both a small business owner, and a consumer. If you don’t bank here yet you owe it to yourself to experience it now. Thanks everybody!
