I have bought from this place for at least 4 years. I never ever had any problems and customer service was top of the line. I do most of my Christmas shopping here. I wish I could give you a 10 instead of a 5. Best customer service ever. Thank you Cory for always giving us the best of everything.

I brought a chain to be repaired and after weeks of me chasing them they tried to give me someone else's chain.
When I called and spoke to them about it, I was met with rudeness and arrogance and dismissed. They became very aggressive and I decided to hang up. But lots of people have been coming forward on Facebook and clearly I am not alone.
I don't know how they are still in business.

Cory is a scammer, dont go to this store at all if u dont want your jewelry to be stolen.

I found the folks at Westshore Jewelry delightful and eager to provide a service. I'm not used to immediate quality service in this day and age.

Had two watches fixed, service was prompt, cost effective, and they were kind the whole process.

What should have been a straightforward battery replacement on my Tissot 1853 analog wristwatch, which was working perfectly save for needing a new battery, turned into a very frustrating and unnecessarily time-consuming and costly experience. After the new battery was replaced at a cost of $22.50, I noticed the hour hand was not registering properly and the watch's movement wobbled in the case. A return trip revealed the spacer had not been replaced in the watch and had apparently been lost. A new spacer was ordered with delivery promised later that day. A second return trip the next day revealed the spacer had not arrived and that the back of the case could not be securely fastened. I decided to have the watch serviced by Meticulous on Johnson St.and the clerk agreed that Westshore would cover the cost of making the watch right again. A phone call from the owner of Westshore changed that. "You are not going to dictate terms to me, " he stated and said he would repair the watch but would not agree to cover Meticulous's bill. I declined, citing considerable trust issues with their watch repair expertise. Rather than press my position, I said I would accept a refund of the original $22.50. That was paid and the watch is now with Meticulous. And as far as Westshore is concerned, I won't be going back.

I went in here to get a link removed from my watch band. It is a quaint store with quality from wall to wall. An interesting assortment of estate and silver jewelry.

The staff were more than attentive, and took obvious pride in their shop. I’m from out of town but if I’m ever back around I’ll be visiting this place with the intent to buy some nice stuff.

I needed a minor adjustment to a gold chain that I purchased elsewhere. The staff at Westshore Jewellery were able to make the adjustment on the spot, and did so at no charge. Thank you!

This jewelry store was so friendly and helpful. They helped me fix a pendant that was very special and did a wonderful job.

Wish I could put 0 stars. Corey was so incredibly rude to me when I popped in to pick up my bracelet. His employee was horrified after overhearing how he spoke to me. Take your repairs elsewhere.

10/10 experience! Went in to get my necklace de-tangled and the owner Cory ended up doing it for free. He showed me some tips as well to de-tangle it myself.

Took my watch in to take out some links and the man working there was very friendly and very quick.

Trying to find a jewelery to adjust the clasps on my new watch was near impossible. No place does it anymore and can't even find the tools to do it yourself. Luckily I found Westshore jewelry and Cory did it right away and no charge. Very professional and great attitude. Thanks a lot Cory.

Store was closed when it was said to be open. No signage on the door. I called their number and that even said open Sunday.

Super impressed with the great customer service from owner Cory. I walked in today with my son to get some links taken out of his new watch. Cory helped us straight any and took the links out within 2 minutes. I offered to pay, but Cory refused insisting it was a complimentary service. This small gesture went a long way and I will definitely recommend Westshore Jewelry to my friends and family. Thanks again Cory!

Just drove all the way from sidney and they're closed.site says open, called phone number and said was open till 6pm. Waste of time and money to drive out here.

I've visited Westshore Jewlery a few times now to cash in gold, for cleanings and to resize my ring. The owner is very knowledgeable and extremely fair. Highly recommend this local business! He has lots of gorgeous vintage jewelry for sale as well.
