I got super lucky and snagged a last minute appointment. Uttam was friendly professional and most importantly incredibly effective. I don't even think I realised how stiff my shoulder was until it wasn't when I woke up this morning.
Highly recommend.

I saw Erin today. She was easy to communicate with, we came up with a plan to work on my troubled areas. Her massage technique and massage pressure was perfect!

Tamara is an absolutely wonderful massage therapist! I always leave feeling the (pain) relief I needed. I’m always relaxed and comfortable on the massage table! Tamara has helped me by teaching me different stretching techniques that help me day to day as well! She’s very caring and always focuses on the places I need some extra TLC! She listens to my concerns and has me feeling much better!

I absolutely love Jennifer Crichton and Westshore Massage Therapy. I have been going to them for about 2 years after another RMT I'd been seeing left. The clinic I was using was having constant staff changes and it was very difficult to see anyone consistently. I tried out a couple of different clinics around the Westshore and found this was by far my best experience. Jennifer is a very skilled RMT and makes me feel comfortable every time. I've been able to see her exclusively for the past two years. She uses very firm pressure when I asked and I had great results even after my first session. I've definitely seen overall improvements in certain problem areas of mine over the two years. She's a great conversationalist when I'm feeling chatty during a session and is happy to let me relax when I'm not feeling as chatty. She always makes an effort to find me an appointment that works for my schedule. I highly recommend her, even though I'm sure she has more customers than she needs!

Got a cancellation for an appointment and I snagged it. Scheduled my appointment with Marie and it was really good. Great massage and great advise. Highly recommended.

Caity has a great deliberate/slow style of massage. She has the ability to feel tension areas and apply the necessary pressure to target them while still keeping the massage relaxing

Emma-Lea Hyldig gave me a massage today for my back which has been sore/achy for some time. Emma-Lea is very knowledgeable, skillful, professional and friendly, and my back feels much better since she provided the massage. She even provided tips for stretching. I would highly recommend Emma-Lea to anyone that is looking for a really good massage.

Shena was excellent and took the time to really try and identify the issues with my lower back. I will be booking again:)

Verena is a caring and supportive TCM practitioner with years of knowledge. She creates specific treatment plans and explains what we are trying to do. She checks in and answers emails promptly. She is always aware of where my comfort level is at during and between treatments. I recommend her wholeheartedly.

Verena is amazing for acupuncture treatments. Extremely warm and friendly, and very experienced, even other acupuncturists go to see her. Highly recommend!

I've been going to Westshore Massage therapy for years. Tamara, Sheila, and Chelsea are are fantastic therapists that I would recommend to anyone. With that said due to my extensive travel for work sometimes I have to book last minute or when cancellation opens up with other massage therapists. Even then I've always had great experiences.
To sum it up, make sure you go to Westshore Massage therapy.

Pregnancy Massage Therapy Appointment with Danielle was the best baby shower present I received! She is so knowledgeable and knew all the areas to target with perfect pressure. Highly recommend whether pregnant or not!

Tamara is amazing! After only two sessions I feel more like I did before I was injured. In the initial consult we discussed my injuries and how best to treat them, I felt actively involved in my recovery process. In my follow up session we had a brief review of how I was doing and areas to focus on that day, afterwards I felt so much better.

I regularly see Shena (and Guinness) and today I enjoyed another helpful treatment. My back and neck are happier. I am always grateful. Thank you.

Jennifer is an excellent massage therapist! She has over 25 years of experiences, she is educated, she is articulate, friendly and comforting.

Emma is by far the best massage therapist. She understands the body and is very attentive to the needs of the client.

Chelsea is awesome. She finds knots I didnt even know i had. Always great relaxing, kind and professional.

I saw Emma-Lea today for the first time and it was wonderful. The massage was amazing, she was very professional, kind and intuitive. I left feeling very relaxed and rejuvenated. I will definitely be going back regularly and I would highly recommend her.

Dr A Miller is a wonderful TCM and acupuncturist. She is very compassionate and knowledgeable and I always feel like I’ve been to the spa after one of her treatments!

Emma is very good. I've booked again. Only downside was I wasn't able to direct bill to my insurance provider.

I've been coming here on and off for 8.5 years. I see Shena on the regular and she's fantastic. I've seen a lot of RMTs in the Westshore and she by far surpasses anyone else and sets the bar high so I don't even bother with anyone else anymore. The clinic is clean and is always a very inviting atmosphere. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Chelsea takes time to ask at the beginning of our sessions what I would like worked on and she takes after our session to let me know what she worked on and provides me with a few exercises to do at home. She is very responsive by email and let's me know right away when she has an opening in her schedule. I so appreciate Chelsea and the work she has done on me so far.

I see Nicole for massage and Verena for acupuncture and both of these women are exceptional practitioners. Highly recommend.

Great clinic! Allison ward is the most amazing RMT I have ever seen, I feel healed head to toe from the inside out.

I had a back spasm and needed a massage from a RMT, so booked in for my first appointment at this facility (based on the close location to my home). I was able to get in the next day and was seen by Danielle Evanoff, and she was fantastic! I would highly recommend her to anyone. Friendly, professional, made me feel comfortable and did a fantastic job. I will 100% go back to see her, and am happy I have found this business and her. The facility was clean and comfortable, 10/10.

Doctor McCrae is intuitive, professional, kind and she knows what she’s doing. She has assisted me through multiple injuries particularly shoulder and low back. She’s earned my trust and loyalty. Highly recommended.

I’ve been a regular client since 2016 and have always been impressed with the cleanliness of the clinic and professionalism of the RMT’s I’ve had treatments from. I currently see Erin and really appreciate my sessions with her. She works really hard to help alleviate my physical issues.

My massages are always fantastic - the clinic is extremely clean and organized while still providing a relaxing environment. Shena is an amazing RMT, often helping me not just through massage, but also in exercises that I can use at home to strengthen the areas around my weakest spots. I highly recommend them.

They never return phone calls, their website has broken links overall customer service is extremely poor. But book and appointment online they send multiple texts and emails to make sure you don't miss your appointment, seams like their for the love of the money not healing those with injuries or pain.

Just had a massage post covid and felt so safe. Best message perfect pressure highly recommend this place. Super feeling 100 percent.

Spa like atmosphere. Friendly professional therapists. Accept extended health care so I never have to pay out of pocket. I only gave 4 stars because often I can't get in to be seen quickly.
