Westside Dental Centre

This is a very busy dental centre but I felt like I was the only patient. Dr. Toor is an excellent dentist and took the time to provide care and advice well into the evening. All-in-all, a very good experience and dental visits aren’t something that I look forward to.

Dr Rai is excellent. If you are looking for a dentist, look no further, as she and her team are very kind, informative and very professional. I highly recommend her and her team.

Doctor Rai is a fantastic dentist, she makes it a priority that I'm comfortable and she explains every procedure before she does it. I highly recommend Doctor Rai and her entire staff. They are excellent.

I moved to West Kelowna fairly recently and have been very impressed with my new dentist and the friendly and professional staff. My hygienist is amazing and made me feel completely relaxed. I am looking forward to my next appointment!

I hadn't been to the dentist in well over 5 years and was concerned as I had never had good communication with dentist in the past. But these guys/gals rock! My usual pre filling anxiety was almost non existent. They were very informative and take very good care of their patients. Even went above and beyond to change an appointment for me on short notice (my bad!) If you are look for a dental office that will take care of you, look no further!

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Love the ability to email or use text messages to get appointment reminders and complete co-vid screening etc. They have a great system. No issues with direct billing. Have been bringing the whole family there for years. Highly recommend)

Very pleasant staff. Very clean space. Chairs with built in back massagers. Couldn’t ask for a better dental office.

I went for a checkup, staff and dentist seem really nice and friendly. I'm confused by their insistence on running up estimates before allowing me to make an appointment, but that is probably a good thing.

My first visit to Westside Dental Centre. It was a very good experience. Front desk, hygienist and dentist were great.

The staff here is great. Dr. Clarke is professional and makes you feel at ease about everything to do with going to the dentist.

All of the heigenists and doctors there are great! I use to be terrified of the dentist, but they take great care in making sure that I am comfortable and pain free. They have done a lot of work on my son's teeth as well and were fantastic, would highly recommend:)

I have had really bad experiences in other offices the last couple years

But Westside Dental is amazing!

I only see Dr. Rai and she is amazing with me and my two kids

My 7 year old had to get her first freezing, Dr. Rai and dental assistant Tracy made it such a great experience!

Tracy went out of her way to make sure my child knew exactly what was going on, and everything was shown to her so no surprises:)

So thankful!

The staff are always so friendly and efficient. Very pleased with all the work that they have done on my teeth. Everything is always thoroughly explained to me before they do the work, and I’m always given the option of going ahead with the procedure at my convenience.

It was my first time at this dental office and it was a great experience. I pretty much hate going to the dentist but the people at Westside Dental made it a pleasant visit.

Westside Dental is so welcoming and friendly, right from the reception when coming through the door. The staff really made my visit a pleasant one and the hygienists were so gentle & did such a great job! Dr. Rai is also very friendly and all that I encountered were very good at their work! I absolutely recommend Dr. Rai and her team!

Even though I went in for a filling, the whole experience was actually quite pleasant. Great staff and highly professional service - recommend this place without any reservations whatsoever.

I appreciate the gentle and thorough service provided every time! The massaging chairs are also a nice touch.

I took my four-year-old and one-year-old to Westside Dental Centre this week for their first visit ever. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. My son thoroughly enjoyed watching Paw Patrol while his teeth were being polished. And both kids loved going for a ride in the chair and a visit to the treasure chest. I would definitely recommend this to any family with young children. They are very accommodating!

I don't recommend this Dentist! On my first check up Dr. Rai barely spoke to me and seemed rushed. On a subsequent appointment a dentist filling in for Dr. Rai (on maternity leave) told me I should either have my crown replaced or perhaps a filling. No one took the time to follow up with me or consult. I finally called the office a month later and discussed it with the front staff and made an appointment. I took the appt down for 2pm when I arrived they mentioned the appt was for 1.50 and I was late and would need to reschedule. Dr. Rai was standing right there and never even interjected or spoke to me and I'm her patient. I am definetly looking for another dentist, one who knows how to interact with her patients and takes the time to consult with them.
