All of the staff here have been welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. Ryan treated my wrist/thumb issue which I was convinced would never heal, but with his knowledge, expertise and patience I am glad to say it did! I've been seeing Marissa for TMJ pain and a "locked" jaw. Melissa has set me up with great tools to help my recovery and I don't doubt that very soon I will be pain free. I highly highly recommend working with her.

Went regarding dislocated pinky. So in demand, I waited 6 weeks. Ryan was considerate of my situation and built his recommendations around that. Very knowledgeable about hands and worked his recommendations based on my unique circumstance. Very effective at diagnosing and treatment. Thanks for sharing

The therapist had car troubles. We can book you in three weeks …. After a one month wait for a first appt. Don’t waste your time with them

Their online booking allows you to book ICBC appointments with people not allowed to bill ICBC. Front staff will cancel appointments without helping you set up alternatives. Sessions were not helpful.

Ashley was excellent, very thorough and has a wonderfully sensitive 'bedside manner' - I would highly recommend her for whatever is ailing your hands! Could not be more grateful for the amazing support we got from Westside & Ryan. My son broke his finger and required a splint just before our trip away. Westside fit us in and made it happen. Ryan was so great with my son and did a great job on the splint. He was also very informative and easy to talk to. Can’t say enough good things!

I just saw Rachel Worsley for a TMJ problem and she was wonderful! Clearly so knowledgeable and skilled in assessing and treating the tricky head and neck area of the body. Quick, gentle, and great at explaining what is going on and giving me initial management strategies. I'd highly recommend her for anyone dealing with TMJ issues.

Ashley is thorough, gentle and professional. I left the clinic feeling uplifted with the tools/methods and options provided to keep my hands healthy and active. The clinic staff are amazing in helping me find a cancellation spot quickly to skip the waiting line.

My initial appointment with Siobhan was fantastic. She was incredibly thoughtful and thorough on an issue that I’ve been dealing with for years and was quickly able to see things several other professionals didn’t look for. The office itself was very clean and staff was very friendly.

Reception was very efficient and adequate sanitation procedures were observed. The hand specialist I saw seemed very knowledgeable with diagnosis and with making a proper splint. She also took the time to answer my questions and provided clear explanation. I’m glad I chose to come here.

Amazing, so good they don’t need to advertise! Quality of everything here is exponentially better than 99% of the physiotherapy clinics in the lower mainland.

Lauren diagnosed my thumb complaint most thoroughly and gave me exercises that I can do to help the muscles of my thumb which will decrease the pain, it was an encouraging visit. Also it was quite incredible to see three other people seated at tables with their physios receiving help with hand issues. Felt a comradeship with others.

Kelsey was super helpful in getting me in to see Maria as I had a few changes come up. The team is very efficient and kept communications with me along the way. Maria is extremely knowledgeable in her practice and well known in the field for TMJ treatment. I am on a treatment plan and feeling hopeful on my improvement. Thank you!

I had a thumb base injury checked out at this clinic. The staffs are very friendly. The therapist is very professional and knowledgeable. She not only examined my injury throughly but also recommended exercises and taping methods. If you are looking for a hand related injury this would be the place to go.

Claire is very professional and skilled in what she does. In addition she is friendly and easy to connect with. She gave me excellent exercises to help increase flexibility of my wrist. I definitely recommend her.

Sid has changed my life. I’ve been working with him for nearly 2 years and he has stopped my daily chronic pain. I came to Sid with a herniated disc in my low back and shoulder & neck issues from a shoulder dislocation. He alleviated the pain through adjustments and educates on how to care for your bodies particular needs. I now only see Sid occasionally and I can mostly care for everything my body needs. I live an active life and I love it. I could go on and on but you get it:).

My go-to clinic every time I've had a finger injury from rock climbing. Knowledgeable and experienced professionals who will help you get back on track quickly. Highly recccomend it!

I was treated by Maritess Tolentino after hand injury and developing CRPS plus ulnar impaction. Maritess professionalism and compassion helped me to believe in the positive outcome of the treatment. I should uknowledg the adminstrative office for helpful and friendly approach.

I can’t say enough about how professional, courteous and knowledgeable I found this clinic. Kate was so expeditious in figuring out what I needed, and she changed my quality of life in an instant. I am so thankful and would highly recommend anyone needing their services to visit.

Friendly, helpful staff. Very knowledgeable and conscientious physiotherapist. I am dealing with a work safe claim so am not sure about the affordability of the place, but I am having a much better experience here than I was at the previous place that was dealing with this injury.
I had a slight scheduling snafu where a week was missed accidentally, but I got one of the days replaced with their cancellation list offering. Otherwise, this place would get a five-star rating

I had a very positive experience here working with Cheryl, she focuses on fascial manipulation and I found this approach combined with her style very helpful and motivating

I had vertigo that seemingly came out of nowhere and I was having trouble concentrate at work because the commute would make me dizzy and nauseous for hours. My doctor advised me to visit this clinic. Jennifer was able to completely get rid of my vertigo in 2 sessions. She did a vertigo test, and even though she couldn't officially diagnose it because it seems I had atypical presentation, I was able to ride public transit and walk without feeling dizzy and disoriented. Ever since it hasn't come back and thanks to the exercises she prescribed me my posture has drastically improved. Really recommend this clinic. I felt heard and Jennifer took my issue seriously.

I have a long standing (undiagnosed as of late) TFCC wrist injury that after numerous visits to seek treatment with various health care professionals, including a regular physiotherapist and even a different hand therapist was failed to be properly diagnosed, leading to over 6 months of unemployment. The injury returned over and over with just minor things setting it off.

After exhaustive efforts to remedy this (9 months later) I finally was lucky enough to meet with Melanie who was able to quickly diagnose in just 30 minutes (via teleconsult) what was the cause of my injury and what treatment plan is suitable to get me back to work and the other things I've been missing out in life. Before meeting Melanie It seemed like this was never going to be resolved. Now I have a renewed sense of hope.

Maria Zerjav is a highly skilled specialist who was recommended by my general practice physiotherapist for a head and neck problem. Thoughtful. Professional. Caring. Effective. A physiotherapy wonder worker.

My experience with Maria Zerjav is she's honest, a HEALER, kind, friendly. She's the best physiotherapist! My best decision choosing her for my treatments.)

Asked to be on the waiting list. Was called offering me an appointment. I received the message seconds later. Called back within five minutes, and they had already given the appointment away. Very frustrating.

Edit: They later squeezed me in, and the staff were polite and knowledgeable.

The quality of physiotherapy seems good, but they're always excessively late in seeing you. I went there at least half a dozen times, and I almost always waited *at least* 15 minutes - often up to 30 min - after my appointment was supposed to start before they saw me. I've been to other physios, and although they're sometimes late to some extent, it was never this chronic or this late each time.
