I have found my family doctor here about 3 years ago (Dr Dickinson) and he is by far one of the best GPS I have seen. Staff is always really friendly and there is good levels of follow-up. I’ve had only good experiences with this practice

5/5 STARS to Dr. Sidhu at Westview Medical. I took both of my grandparents to Dr. Sidhu on the recommendation of a doctor friend. They needed their ears cleaned and flushed in preparation for their hearing tests. Most doctors don't want to do ear flushes because they take more time and they don't get paid as much for doing them. My grandparents own family doctor who they've been seeing for almost 10 years refused to clean/flush them. Thankfully however, Dr. Sidhu said he would do the cleanings even though he had never seen my grandparents before. He did a great job. He was very patient, careful, and attentive. He took the time to make sure their ears were properly cleaned and even noticed that my grandpa had redness and slight swelling in one of his ears so Dr. Sidhu prescribed ear drops for him. There was very little wait and the doctor even saw them earlier than their appointment time. I can whole heartedly recommend Dr. Sidhu for his services and quality of care. Thank you Dr. Sidhu

This is the worst clinic by far. No wonder people are dying because of the deplorable and negligent health care system we have in this country let alone Abbotsford. I have not been feeling well and have a chronic pain on my right side. I’m also diabetic and my sugars have been high even though I’m increasing insulin. My GP is in Vancouver and I could not see him as he is out of town. I decided to call this clinic by my home. The receptionist who answered the phone said “hello” and I asked if this was Westview medical and she rudely said yes. I asked if they were taking walk ins she said only phone appointments. I gave her my info and reason she then said Dr Dickson will call me anytime today from 9am to 5pm. How is that helpful? You don’t even give a timeframe? Or window? Like I wanna sit by my phone all day waiting. Horrific medical system and these clinics should be ashamed and honestly fined for their unprofessionalism and incompetence. Do not go here!

Explained to the doctor I’m going through it with my mental health and can’t concentrate on my work as a result of it. Requested medication I’ve taken in the past.

He said it sounds like I need adhd medication. Left with little help and no resolution.

This clinic provides virtual care over phone but may ask you to come to clinic if necessary. So this is not exactly a "walk in " clinic.
I got call backs from doctor pretty soon, mostly the same day and clinic visit was scheduled after two days.

I was seen by a lady doctor and Dr. Sidhu, both of them examined me, both were really patient and knowledgeable. They didn't rush through the appointment and addressed all my concerns.

They’re rude poor customer service I had bad experience! Specially the front desk they are not helpful!

This office is a joke, they never answer their phones until its to late and they are so difficult to actually get through too and now they have gotten me fired from my job because they cannot communitcate. And doctor dickenson is always is away never reliable. Im bleeding internally and he just tells me to go find another doctor.

Absolute garbage cant get in for a walk in for 2 day because they lie to people over the phone. Do not reccomend.

I had stomach pain for 4 months and couldn’t find a walk in doctor that was willing and motivated to figure out what was wrong. I went to 3 different clinics. Dr. Sidhu expressed genuine care and got to the bottom of what was going on. I won’t go to another clinic - this one is the best!

Best walk-in in Abbotsford. Quick, professional, and the doctors actually listen to your concerns. To bad they're not taking patients. Helped me take my A1C from 10.8 to 8 and hopefully get below 7. Definitely recommend.
