My wife was charged for 3 prints that were much paler than the original file image, they eventually got the colour a little closer to the original on the last attempt. In the process of trying to figure out how to print on larger pieces of good quality paper she had brought in, they ruined two pieces of it. All this took them way too long to figure out, but then they also made her wait a long time to pay for the prints as they forgot about her needing to pay (extra 15 minutes wasted waiting unnecessarily), also had to ask for the return of her flash drive as they forgot to give it back.
Not good service especially when they are the ones who should be the experts and messed up the job.

This shop is hands down the only one I trust in the area. As a designer, I need a shop I can trust for quality and delivery. I have never had a bad experience here. Always really above standard work.

Friendly staff and great service. They are hard workers and follow Covid- 19 protocols to avoid the spread of the disease.

5 starts all the way! I am very impressed with how responsive and helpful the staffs are at Westwood Printing! I needed to print some decals and postcards and from the time I inquired to the time my order is ready for pick up it took only 2.5 hours. Very happy with how the decals and postcards turned out. I will be coming back for more of their products. Happy to support local Coquitlam business:)

These guys threw in a free kickstand for the lifesize printout of my friend. I wish they cut him out for me too but I read really pleased with the print anyway.
