Today was my first time dealing with these guys. Had my tires swapped to summers & asked them to take a look at the pass side front wheel area as I'm getting a squeal when I turn left. They were super quick & managed to find the issue causing the squaling. It was a quick simple fix & they didn't even charge me for it. Between the swap & the fix I was in & out in approx 10 minutes. I will definitely be going to these guys from this point on. Thanks for the amazing service guys.

Pulled into their shop, rolling on the spare after I managed to run over a big screw/lag bolt. I’m not kidding, they had the tire repaired, spare off, original wheel back on, bill (very reasonable) paid, to me driving away in 17 minutes. Outstanding service.

Al and his team really do take great care of you and go above and beyond. My sister busted her tires pretty badly and Al was not only able to get the tires we needed very quickly but he was also able to get 2 wheels for her as well. He made sure to get us the most economical option as we are both students and he was so nice and kind along the way. Great service here!

Yes, Shawn is an honest professional. A little more efforts to care about his clients would be greatly appreciated though. He did wheel alignment very well as he was told to do so. That's it that's all. I hope he will spend more time for diagnostics next time.

Went there with a flat tire, which turned out to be irreparable. The owner ordered me a new one and will be delivered in a couple of hours. Superb and friendly service.

Had brakes done here. A few weeks later they started squeaking when I braked. Brought car back 4 times only to be told “yeah we adjusted them”. Went to another mechanic who told me the pads are defective and he replaced them and now no more noise. Sean the owner is very condescending and just wastes your time.
My brother had the same experience with him too. Don’t waste your time going here!

Can always count on Westwood tires to help you out! I needed two new tires and they gave me them at a great price, balance them out, our air in my spare because it was low and changed all the nuts on my tires so they were all the same.

Great experience at Westwood Tire. Thanks to Al for finding me a good deal on tires and ordering them in for me as they didn't have what I needed in stock. When the tires arrived Shawn was able to get them installed within less than an hour on a holiday long weekend. There were a few cars in the shop when I arrived to get my tires installed, but the crew was able to get everyone through and get my tires put on without a long wait. Even though they were super busy everyone at the shop was still friendly. I definitely recommend this shop, I'll be taking all my cars here from now on.

They opened up the shop 15 minutes after closing to put my patched tire back on. Saved our camping trip. Can't thank them enough! Great service.

A tire shop can't get much better. It may seem old. It may seem dirty. The tech's may not be that friendly. But hey are the fastest and the cheapest and the best bang for the buck. Take their advice. They are truly honest. You can get some repairs done as well. Our family has been going here for at least 30 years.

I've never left a review before but I felt the need to after my experience with Westwood Tire. I'm a 21 year old 5'5 girl which makes it very easy to get taken advantage of when dealing with cars. The guys at Westwood tire were so honest and incredibly easy to trust. They were quick, efficient, and found me tires at a really good cost. If you are ever looking for a tire shop please come to these guys, you will NEVER be disappointed. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

I normally don't write reviews, positive or negative. However, I stored my winter tires with Westwood tire and have since sold my car. They offered to go check out my tires and send me all of the info I needed to sell them, including the price I should sell them at. It wasn't their responsibility, but I really appreciate the help!

My 2012 Ford Escape was experiencing a bunch of front end rattles. Shawn knew was the noise was immediately and had it repaired in about an hour. I also asked about getting some new tires for the truck and was told that they were still good for the summer.

Couldn’t help mentioning that this place is alway on top of everything you need to get done with your vehicles & tires. Even during the pandemic, or horrible weather condition, they are open right on time, working hard & fast, providing efficient & great service. My hats off & Thank you again!

I was there today at 7: 35am, had a flat tire, they open at 8am as website says. AL was there to help right away even before it opens. Very quick, less than 15mins, not even 8am yet but my tire is back on track. Great service & great price. Thank you AL.

Fast and pleasant service! Came in with a leaky tire and the tech on site had the tire patched up and ready to go in what I think was 4 minutes. Very happy with this.

Needed locking nuts and they were honest and said we can break them off for $80 or you can go to toyota and they have a master key. They can do it for $20. Service with honesty

My first time at this business. The customer service is non-existing. The white employee is quite rude. Overpriced and tax scammers, no taxes if you pay cash but they will charge you the tax if you ask for a receipt or if you pay by credit card. Not recommended.

They know their stuff. Job done quickly. Good old style tire shop, no appointment to fix a flat.

Don’t ever trust this guy for your car brakes. I went there to change my cars drum brakes and it didn’t even last 8 months. I trusted this guy putting new brakes but after one month my cars emergency brakes keeps on losing from the drum brake and my cars front brakes keep on getting heated and making squeaking noise because either he didn’t put new back brake drums or he never even changed them just charged the money. I went 3 times to him after that and he would only adjust the emergency brakes and couldn’t fix the problem. And I went back to him with new brake drums job done from somewhere else, and he wouldn’t even give any apology for his bad work, forget about the money. Wouldn’t even accept that I came back to him 3 times to fix the problem. Please save your money and your car from these guys because your risking your life and car.

Best shop in the lower mainland, these guys do amazing work. Hard to find an outfit these days that values honesty and integrity like this one does.

Love this company! They had to order a tire in for me and I left my wheel there. They had it all mounted and ready to go by the time I got there this morning. I was in and out in 10 minutes. They are honest and hard working.
