Best groomers I have had my dog to they treated her like I do family she scares easy they did an awsome job thank you guys

Brought both our dogs here for their first grooming experience and they surpassed our expectations. With our bigger dog we can’t clip her nails at home for the life of us and we’ve tried everything (peanut butter on the forehead, treats etc). I brought her to the wet spot and they had her nails trimmed and cleaned up within 10 minutes no fuss. We brought our puppy for his first time getting groomed and he came back to us so soft, happy, and even tired because he got to play with some other puppies so it made for such an easy and wonderful experience for us. Will be repeat customers.

We bring our dog who is super anxious to get her nails cut here and they are so great with her and do an excellent job! We also took our new puppy to get groomed and she came out looking so beautiful!

We love taking our pooch there. Aussie is always accepted with open arms and argue over who gets our beloved pooch! Aussie says thank you so much for his spa day! You are all great!

I wouldn’t recommend this groomer for small, skiddish dogs. My little girl would leave here shaking and when I would go to pet her she would wince. Seems like a good groomer for large dogs but my little one is scared of all the big dogs and the noise.

I seriously wouldn't and couldn't recommend anyone else but the wet spot grooming team! They are absolutely amazing with my little dog and in fact so amazing that when I go on vacation that's who takes care of her! If you can get in it's worth the wait and the staff are so caring and kind to all dogs of all sizes. Did I mention nail trims are drop in and only 10$. What a score. I also love their new location it's amazing

Parking available, Friendly and skilled staff with fair pricing. They take walk ins for toe nail trims. Would definitely take our fur baby back there!

This is by far the best grooming our Maltese has had. She was clipped beautifully and the caring nature of the groomer was truly appreciated. Haysie Boo was happy and she looked adorable.

I have a young boxer and he can get very excited around people. We have problems finding a place to get his nails done at. Wet Spot Cleaning had no problems at all. They are quick and my dog loves going. Thank you!

Went for a walk-in nail trim for my troubsome hound and they are one of the only places that could handle him! Amazing job.definitely will be back again!

Our dog, Taco, is a very anxious dog when getting groomed. When we picked him up we were amazed at how well they were able to trim his nails (shortest they’ve ever been trimmed/filed, which would take a LOT of effort with him as he’s close to 100 lbs). They also did an incredible job of washing and de-shedding him. The staff was friendly and gave us confidence that Taco would be treated with care. We will be back!

Wonderful addition to my and Benji’s life. He loves it there. Wet Spot saved me today. I needed to pick something up at grocery store and could not leave him in the car so dropped him off at Wet Spot…then picked him up half hour later to get him to his Vet appointment.

They were really great with my dog it was his first time getting groomed so when they thought he was too scared to get his hair cut they just did a normal grooming and he’s never looked so good!

My wife just got our Boston Terrier “Ginger” in for a nail clip.

They did such a great job she can now walk silently on the floor for the first time. Even she was surprised. Lol

I have a chihuahua that is very anxious about getting his nails cut. We have tried everything, treats, different clippers, waiting until he's really tired ect. Nothing worked. We tried this place this morning and I kid you not, in under 5 minutes they cut all his nails. The service and price is well worth it. I honestly had my doubts if he would let anyone cut his nails, but I'm so happy to have found this place!

Cam and her team are awesome! I totally screwed up when I thought my aussie's first ever appointment was and she called me and checked in. I got my dog over there very quickly and they took her in for her appointment. Cam sent me pics throughout the appointment and soothed my pup and made her feel so comfortable that for the first time ever she was able to be blow dried. I am over the moon with how gorgeous my girl looks. Her cut is great and she is soft and smooth. Thank you wet spot, we will definitely be back.

This is the best groomer in town. I have a very skittish jack russel who is impossible to clip her nails and andrew always does a wonderful job.the grooming is also top notch and everybody is always friendly and courteous.highly recommend

The folks at wet spot are awesome, we had our 3 small dogs in today and they did a excellent job and they take great care of the dogs, they were calm and happy when we picked them up.

We love Cam and Andrew at Wet Spot Grooming! They lovingly care for all of our Goldendoodles, from puppies to our mamma. The best thing is they genuinely love, care and respect our dogs, and treat them really well. Their grooming is top class, always handled professionally and with a smile. Well priced too! Again we take our dog in and Cam says we don’t have the right time so she can’t take him? This isn’t the first time and it’s so frustrating because she doesn’t confirm appointments or call you back at all. Her appointments are made in a disorganized book that’s a mess. And to top it off she was rude and finger pointing as to who’s fault it is. She is very grouchy and maybe it’s time for her to hang up the shears. We are done with trying to work with her for almost a year and for that reason I gave a zero rating.

Did a wonderful job of grooming and the price was excellent. We will be going there again in the future for our doggy care.

They are so good with my dog. He hates having his nails clipped and they have no problems with him. They are amazing and so friendly! Max recommends them to everyone!

Linda and I have been bringing our Border Collie Chai to Wet Spot since the business opened several years ago. Cam and her partner have always taken very good care with our double coated pet.

Generally, I do not write reviews, but this business has shown stellar honesty and fairness in a rather unfortunate happenstance. I strongly emphasize, the mishap was absolutely no fault on their part whatsoever. Cam true to the tenants of the Four Way Test in a most admirable manner, stood before me with honesty, truthfulness and promoted the best goodwill and fairness I have had the pleasure to receive.

I recommend without reservation Wet Spot and Cam provide good value and superlative customer service. Many businesses in Vernon could learn a lesson from this young Lady!

They cut my dogs face i asked for a nail trim it wasnt done.it was winter and they cut her really short and she got really cold when she went out to do her business.i think when you pay so much you should get what you asked for

This is a very friendly place to go. Great customer service and very good with my small dog. They offer grooming, puppy daycare, animal clothes, Etc.

Not many places tackle cats. I brought my ginger kitty there with tons of matting in his fur. I figured he needed a shave. We left with all his fur and no mats for $15. Great service, friendly staff and an overall great experience.

The grooming was fabulous and the owners were kind and gentle with my 3 year old bouvier. I would highly recommend their services

I am grateful to the folks at Wet Spot for the care and attention they give to my dog Tuffy! Getting groomed is not his favorite thing. I trust them completely. They're gentle and loving with him!

Will not go back. The groomer was rude & condescending & did not listen to our request for the type of cut we wanted for our dog.
