I had a 40-minute balancing facial with Nina and it was amazing. My skin has been glowing for days. It was the perfect way to recover from Christmas and New Year, I cannot recommend this treatment enough.

Just had the 100 min massage and it was so relaxing and beneficial. My tech was great and experience was wonderful. Great pricing.

My husband and I had a great experience! We did the express facial which was very relaxing and Nina was absolutely wonderful! She did a scalp massage and everything was just great. It's a 40 minute facial and it seems like they start calculating the time the minute you walk into the room. My skin was glowy afterwards and I felt very relaxed!

Awesome experience for both my daughter and I. I had the relaxing Swedish massage and my daughter had the Cryotherapy Facial. We were both so relaxed and feeling amazing after. I experienced the BEST Swedish deep tissue massage with Stephanie at the Whistler Day Spa. Stephanie is extremely knowledgeable across multiple massage techniques and key pressure points to make her massage a truly holistic experience. I was glowing when I came out of there. Thank you!

I had a 60 min stress relief massage with deep tissue pressure for an additional $20 with Laura Sharp! She did an amazing job with the knots in my back and neck. She went the extra mile and worked on the knots under my shoulder blades which I’ve never had done before. I came out of my massage feeling like a new person with a new and refreshed body! Thank you again!

I had the best experience at the Whistler Day Spa! My massage with Mada was fantastic - relaxing and just what I needed after a couple days of skiing. The spa facilities were also very nice and clean, and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful!

My family of 6 adults all get massages at Whistler Day Spa on our annual trip to Whistler.
Every massage therapist we have had has been terrific. This year I got a deep tissue massage from Laura that was amazing.
You also get to use the hot tub & sauna.
Excellent spa. Highly recommended.

TLDR: Don’t waste your money - find another place for a massage in Whistler.

The Front desk attendant was nice and my “massage therapist” was nice, but she was clearly NOT a real massage therapist. She’s been taught a series of motions for slowly and gently applying oil to someone’s body for an hour and that’s it. It was extremely boring, she did not find or work on my any of my typical “spots”, and I certainly did not feel at all “recovered” from the mountain. I asked for firm pressure in the intake form and repeatedly asked for more pressure while she was gently applying the oil (I cannot call it “massaging”) but she simply didn’t have the strength that is typical of real massage therapists.

I booked a massage that was supposed to include hot stones. There were no hot stones. I spoke with the front desk attendant afterward who blamed me for not booking or paying extra for a “Sports Massage”. She gave me a discount when it was time to pay, though honestly an offer of a rebook or full refund would have more appropriate. Very disappointing; would not go back; would not recommend.: - (

Always come back here for my wax treatments. The staff is always nice and accommodating and the prices are very reasonable.

It was my first time experiencing a formal massage anywhere and Whistler Day Spa was patient and professional throughout the process. I had Sioned, while my boyfriend had Amie for the 50 minute massage. Sioned helped me relax immensely, and my boyfriend said Amie did a great job too. Will definitely need to go back when I come back to Whistler!

Booked a massage with Roberto and it was honestly one of the best one I've had! I told him about my shoulder injury and he just worked around it and made it feel really good. His chiropractor background is perfect for any athletes passing by Whistler. Highly recommend this spa:)

I had a fabulous experience. Amanda at the front desk was welcoming and down to earth. She made me feel like we had known each other for years. The Spa is small but clean and comfy. Allie was awesome, provided details on the service I was getting and did an excellent facial. The relaxation massage was perfect. Stephanie used the right amount of pressure and it was the first time I’ve ever been that relaxed! I highly recommend going there. Thanks ladies!

I treated my sister to a wonderful massage and decided to have one myself as well. Pleasantly was approached by cheery receptionist who provided us with a tea prior to our visit. As a local I appreciate the discount on Mondays and had fabulous service to relax and embrace the quiet atmosphere. My only minor complaint was that there was nowhere in my room to hang both my coat and clothing and had to fold my clothes on the floor. This was a bit awkward but the professionalism of the masseuse was top notch. Will come back again

This was such a warm and wonderful place to relax for a few hours! Anything we could have wanted was provided and they were kind enough to give us access to the pool / hot tubs for the whole day. The massage was amazing, Amanda at reception was so kind, and I left feeling very refreshed!

My husband and I both agreed - best Swedish messages ever. Therapists Camille and Katie have magical hands and techniques. We felt amazing after and so relaxed. What made this better than other Swedish massages – the pressure. You can request light, firm or deep. Allow time to enjoy the hot tub and sauna. The ONLY thing that was a bit of a let-down… no tranquilly room/area to relax in after our massages. They have a small sitting area in their lobby. Maybe it’s a Covid thing. Aside from that – if you want an OUTSNDING massage, ask for Camille or Katie.

Wonderful experience. I get a lot of massages! This is by far one of the best I've ever had. Courtney was amazing and sweet and the massage/facial combo (Alpine Escape) was exactly what I needed.

I booked a facial for my daughter while we were visiting Whistler for the weekend. The customer service was amazing from helping me pick the best facial for her needs to the actual experience the day of the facial. My daughter was extremely happy with the facial. What impressed me even more was my daughter placed her gold necklace in the robe provided by the sap. She forgot to take it out after her facial and didn't realize she had forgotten it until we were home. We contacted the spa and they made every effort to find the necklace. The robs had been taken off site for cleaning and they contacted the 3rd party company and the necklace was found and mailed back to us. We appreciate the excellent customer service from everyone at the spa. We can't want to come back and book services.

Received the Alpine Treatment from Amie this morning. Ive been to Whistler Day Spa a handful of times now and I never leave disappointed. I requested a firm massage (upgraded to a deep tissue for an extra charge) and Amie did just that. She really dug into all the difficult spots on my body and it felt soo good! I usually go to a few different RMT places back in Vancouver however no one has massaged me like Amie.the RMTs usually just do a light effleurage even though I request firm and pin point spots to work on. The facial was very nice and I already love dermalogica products so it was a bonus! Overall it was a relaxing experience.just what I needed!:)

The moment you enter the spa area you will feel so welcomed. Amanda at the counter is extremely friendly and accommodating for whatever you need. My husband and I spent the afternoon swimming, enjoying the hot tub and sauna. We then experienced an amazing 60 minute Swedish message. The facilities is well supplied with everything we needed. Thank you for a very relaxing and enjoyable afternoon. I highly recommend everyone to take in this great experience at the Whistler Day Spa…. Outstanding!

Soooo lovely. I had a 50-minute full body massage with Emily and it was super relaxing. I also felt like it made a lasting difference in some head and neck tensions I had. She’s got magic fingers, checks in with you the perfect amount, and uses nice essential oils for the treatment. The foot and scalp massages were my favourite bits. You’re able to use the pool/hot tub area of the hotel afterwards as well, meaning you can chill after your massage before going straight back into the world. Very highly recommended

We really enjoyed our time at the spa! Everyone is really friendly, it was clean and comfortable. The Camille and Ilona were both fantastic and we had one of the best massages of our lives. Highly recommend this spa, and it's a bargain compared to the other spas in Whistler.

Courtney is the best eyebrow specialist in whistler, she’s amazing and does a great job, she’s a absolute professional and I highly recommend her if you want your eyebrows to be on fleek.

My massage was absolutely wonderful (I highly recommend Katie). It was my first since the start of the pandemic, and I immediately felt at ease and relaxed. My husband booked the massage for me before our trip to Whistler. I immediately got a pleasant confirmation message, and the spa was great about sending pertinent texts and emails. When I encountered an issue at checkout, the spa kindly and quickly resolved it.

My husband surprised me with a 50 minute relaxation massage in our weekend stay in Whistler. It was incredible. I have traveled throughout the world and had many massages. This was the best I’ve ever had! So relaxing. Felt amazing! Then I relaxed in the outdoor hot tub. What a fantastic afternoon. Thank you Pan Pacific. My go-to spa in Whistler. The stress relief massage is amazing, a head to toe experience. The staff are excellent and very professional. The pool and hot tub are an awesome way to end the massage. Highly recommend.

Small and quiet day spa. Staff were all really nice and good at their jobs! My husband and I both had 60-min Stress relief massages and it did just that. Lockers, robes, slippers were all provided. Access to Hotel Pool and Hot Tubs as well before/after treatments.

We treated ourselves to a massage. It was our 14 year olds first time and loves it. Everyone was so friendly and professional. Highly recommend when you are in Whistler. Thank you for an awesome experience.

The Day Spa may not be the biggest spa in Whistler however it proves that size isn't everything. Both my wife and I walked out feeling that we had just recieved the best massage that we had ever had. From the moment we walked in, to the minute we walked out we felt very relaxed in a friendly clean and professional atmosphere. Thank you from both of us.

Awesome first experience getting a massage at Whistler Day Spa! Great treatment and friendly staff.

It was such a great deal $99 for 60 minute-massage! I arrived in Whistler and saw this amazing deal on line. When I called to book for the next day, i had to leave a massage. However, I got a call back not long after. One thing that i really appreciated from the receptionist that she could finally find the time that fitted with my schedule despite how busy they were. I wanted to book this appointment to unwind myself while my husband and my daughter went for snowmobile tour.
Katie was my therapist. She was really good and offered the scalp massage too. Something that I had never experienced it before with the full massage service. I was so relaxed for having from head to toe massage. The bed was heated too the whole time which was really comfortable. This is definitely something to look forward next time when I visit Whistler again. Thank you all!

The girl’s name was Amie, tiny little creature with supremely strong hands. Originally from England where she trained in Physiotherapy from uni plus did a massage therapy course on the side. Avid skier.
I asked her to focus on my shoulders, feet and hands. She did my entire body with the focus I requested. BEST massage ever!

The front desk was also a pleasure to deal with- friendly and professional.

I’m going back for another massage with Amie and also booking my husband and son with her. Rare to find therapists of her quality. We must TREASURE them.

I've always found that massages at ski hills are the best in the world. I think it's because remarkable therapists like to ski and therefore flock to the mountains. This place is the best I've been to in my life and I'm lucky to have been to MANY mountain spas over the years. In the past few weeks I've had four treatments here and all of them were incredible. You know how you get off a big mountain and get your boots off.how good that feels. A great post ski massage feels like that times 100. This is the place to get one. It will set you up for better skiing/walking/thinking/being the next day. All of the therapists there are absolutely amazing but I have to call out Camille. She gave me the best stretch/massage/whatever-you-call-that treatment of my WHOLE life. I was hurting bad after some tough skiing and was worried the treatment would hurt. It didn't. It was like magic. She is so knowledgeable (like Dr.level) and talented.my body came out completely re-born after 70 minutes. I'm like new and ready to ski hard again tomorrow. As you can tell I can't recommend this place enough. Life is very very short and surely a better life with more and better massages. Enjoy:)

I tried Brazilian sugaring hair removal method at Whistler Day Spa, and it's less painful and irritating than waxing! Friendly and professional staff. Very enjoyable experience.

Fabulous! Pan gave me the best massage EVER! And the receptionist was so friendly and funny, we enjoyed passing by every day to use the pool.

Had a Lomi-lomi massage, it was absolutely exceptional. One of the best massage Ive ever had in my life. Lomi-lomi massage is very different but the flow is outstandingly relaxing. Felt so good after. 100% recommend. Very friendly and professional staff. Very clean spa too, felt very safe even during the pandemic. Thank you so much.

Not the place to get a pedicure or manicure. They use a facial or massage room without the proper equipment for a pedicure, don't do gel polish, and th epoch on my manicure only last two days before it began to chip

Services were great, staff all kind and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. The only complaint is they layout is wonky and feels like it was a crammed in afterthought of the hotel.
