Doctor McKnight was terrible, ignored my symptoms and downplayed my pain.

I had all the symptoms of a bacterial tonsil infection, and a long history of having them and requiring antibiotics every time, yet she would not prescribe me any antibiotics.
She insisted I pay for a rapid strep saying if that came back positive I’d get some antibiotics. First time in my life I was praying for a positive strep result! Negative as I thought it would be.and a too bad from her, was told to go home and “rest” and it would get better eventually.

I wound up getting much worse after leaving this clinic at 10am, the pain was excruciating for two more days, so bad I had stopped eating or drinking because of the pain and could not sleep, this was all completely unnecessary.

When I got home the next day I immediately went to a local clinic, and was told I had ALL the signs and symptoms of a BACTERIAL infection and was given antibiotics. After just two pills I felt much better that night, and nearly 80% the following day by taking 5 of them. Today I no longer have severely swollen tonsils, sore throat is almost gone and fevers are no longer happening, that’s just two days!

This clinics doctor McKnight fails on so many levels in my opinion! I was not asking for opioids FFS.

Dr. Tom and Jocelyn were both fantastic and accommodating. We showed up two minutes after closing and they still took our situation of a broken collar bone. Saved us 15 hours of pain and $1500 on fees.
Best of luck Dr. Tom on your biking adventures!

I was received very nicely and everything was explained in detail, $290 to be introduced to the doctor is of course a lot, but I thought it was still reasonable and expected more.also dr Gregory Campbell was super friendly, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, so that even if you didn't speak perfect English, you could understand everything. He then pointed out to me again that his signature could make it easier for the insurance company to cover the costs.
After initial concerns about going to the doctor in a foreign country, I was very pleasantly surprised and can only recommend this practice.

I broke my humerus skiing and have been seen weekly in the fracture clinic since. They make booking appointments so easy, the nurses are super attentive, and the physiotherapist, Sarah, is the nicest lady who really takes her time to explain to her patients recovery exercises, support them and listen.
I’ve found all the doctors take their time with patients, thoroughly answer questions and are very empathetic. Thank you Whistler Med!

Charged $670 and Dr. Rua Reed barely or did not further explain my questions, whenever I ask something her answers were very vague. She gave me a prescription no refills for 5 days assuming I’d get better. However, I am still in the same condition and I would have to pay again for the services to get prescribed in order to get more antibiotics.

The person who answered the phone is incredibly rude and disrespectful. First off, it took me two days to even get a hold of the doctors office because my calls where being declined or left to ring (I call during the proper hours 2pm to 4pm) The person I was talking to was quite condescending and hung up on me.

Prompt care, pleasant and professional admin and nursing staff, and Dr Bruce Mohr did an excellent job cleaning and closing up a laceration on my leg. I couldn’t have hoped to have been cared for better.
