Whistler RV Park and Campgrounds

This is the best campsite in Whistler especially during Winter. The staff are very nice and friendly. The facility is always clean and well kept every time I visited. The price is reasonable given the epic view and all the amenities onsite.

Not as great as we thought due to the recessions. Quite expensive, the lady at reception was unfriendly and everything costs extra. What was amusing was that the second trash bag costs money, but then the bin is so full that you can't put anything in it. There are no bottles (blue bins) at all. It's kind of a shame, because you can see that a lot of effort was put into it.

Beautifully located campground about 15 km from Whistler from Vancouver. Relatively expensive, but the great view makes up for it. We had parking space 051 right on the edge with a clear view. The staff is very friendly and gives you a lot of information about the trails you want. Many trails start near the campground. We did the Braindywine Falls Trip, directly from the site about 17km, highly recommended with a great view of the falls and the Bungie Bridge, great impressions. The campsite is narrow but very long. Wonderfully quiet at night, no train or street noise, beautiful nature. There is a small café on the square, but it is closed on some days, and the office has small items for your daily needs. We didn't use the sanitary facilities. WiFi costs 10 dollars per day, which is a shame and is no longer standard these days but is often included. Even streaming works perfectly. We spent two nights there and can recommend the campsite because of the great location and view. It's about 20 minutes by car to Whistler, but we couldn't find a public connection. Whistler RV Campground is a clear recommendation and should definitely be included on a trip to Western Canada. Great booking portal. Best regards Katja & Ralf

This is a wonderful, beautiful spot. The sites are large, full service. The ridgeview is nothing short of spectacular. Great location that allows ATV's direct access to beautiful trails. The washrooms are clean and have nice showers

The only negatives were very little shade, and there really is no playground structure for kids.

On a side note, while we did not use it, there is a great tenting/camper area with tree shade.

We will all be back, I hope.

Great campsite! We had a small RV and had a cozy (non-serviced) spot underneath the trees. Great view! The pizza was food, everyone was friendly and it's a great place to visit the sights from.

Well equipped camp site. Cafe was handy for breakfast or a bite later in the day. Short drive to creekside area of Whistler. Next time I would try to book a site not so close to the pathway to the shower/toilet/washsink building, but we booked last minute. Washrooms and site overall kept very clean.

We've stayed here for 3 summers (3-4 months at a time) and will be back next summer. Staff is friendly and helpful and the campground is clean and it is hard to beat the views.

I like that they continue to add amenities and keep up the existing ones such as adding a great frisbee golf course, ping pong, a cafe, laundry, wiffle golf and basketball goal-none of these existed when we first started coming in 2019 which to me shows their commitment to improving the campground experience.

It can be loud during the day at times with ATVs but it is mostly quiet at night. They do have security at night that will take care of noisy neighbors after quiet hours (10pm).

It's also dog friendly-there is a leash rule in the park itself but there are trails at both ends of the park where you can let your dog go off leash.

RV spots are large enough to accommodate any rig (we have a 40ft 5th wheel), and the spots are not too sardined together.

They have great internet service (which is super rare for RV Parks) and great cell reception. I used Starlink and on the ridge there are no obstructions so that worked great.

This place is only good for RVs but not for tents.

I came up with my family, and they don't allow your car to stay near your tent just like every other tent site. I had to pick every luggage to my tent site back and forth because you cannot keep food or stove at your tent site due to Bears. I'll never book this place again and don't recommend it to anyone.

The campground is beautifully situated about 15km from Whistler with wonderful views of the mountains. The pitch itself was OK although much closer to neighbors. However, that doesn't bother so much. The reason for the lower rating is:
1) Sanitary facilities mean disaster - a single, more or less wooden cabin for the radius of several pitches is no-go. At the back also the only (wooden) cabin as a shower, very spartanically furnished for the same area of ​​​​the pitches - very weak! To make matters worse, the light simply and simply goes out after 10: 00 p.m. (no switch) - there is no possibility for "late showerers" to take a shower.
2) Garbage disposal only at the entrance to the campsite - since the pitches are several hundred meters away, it is incredibly long to dispose of them. A single collection point for everyone is also a no-go from my point of view,
3) Although the camping is not cheap, WiFi has to be paid extra at 10CAD per day. Nowadays- Out of Standard! This was the only campsite on our tour with paid WiFi (which, to be fair, worked well)!

Although the campsite is in a great location, from the point of view of the price-performance ratio, no more than two stars are possible for the rating!

A very nice and quiet place, well located and clean, if the showers were still hot and not just warm there would have been 5 stars but definitely highly recommended.

It was a great experience, with average sized sites and valley views. People on the campsite were friendly and the area was clean. The shower system could be updated. A nice place to stay.

After a stressful day getting stuck backing up our camper along a tight road in Cal-Cheak Recreation Site, we thought we would not be able to ever find a spot for the night let alone the remainder of labour day weekend.

Chloe reached out to us to offer us an overflow spot. We were so relieved already.but an hour in to us being parked in overflow, she called us again to let us know they had a cancellation and they could get us in. Our day turned around so fast. We had awesome coffee and poutine and relaxed for the rest of the day (the cafe is awesome).

Waking up to these views will never get old. Thanks so much for helping us out in a bind Chloe.

Great campsite a 20 minute ish drive from Whistler. The views from the campsite are beautiful and it's away from the main road so very quiet. Shower and toilet facilties were fine, a little dated but clean. The WiFi was an extra charge but did work well so we didn't mind paying.

Excelent park! Very beautiful, great views and friendly folks up in the office. Definately recommend!

Incredible view of the Whistler valley, but unless you’re right into quading and dirt biking, avoid this campground. Dusty and noisy all day and half the night.

First let me say how amazing the views are! Absolutely spectacular, especially from a Ridge View site. The staff are almost as amazing as the view and were very helpful to us in extending our stay, for which we are very thankful.

The sites are large and the hookups have been great. The wifi is reliable and cell reception has not been an issue. The bathroom amenities are super clean. There are many things to do, including ping pong, frisbee golf, trails, etc. The new cafe is good.

The location is also a plus, approximately 15 minutes to Whistler and 30 minutes to Squamish.

We are definitely coming back.

Worst refund service ever. Had to cancel because we were displaced from wild fires and even with 2 weeks time they still refuse to refund my booking.

We passed through Whistler RV park on a road trip around BC. We found the park to be pleasant and clean. The road up was steeper than expected but we had no issues managing it in our CR-V.

Showers were too hot outside of peak times. The staff were really accommodating with offering a pail for cool water to make the shower a safer temperature.

Would loved to have been able to use mosquito coils or citronella candles (not allowed due to fire ban)

Overall we would recommend this campground for a stay in the Whistler area!

Wonderful experience. Clean bathrooms, showers, laundry and wonderful cafe on site. Great prices on food for whistler! Katie was absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond to answer any questions we had and gave some great suggestions. Will travel here again

We had a fantastic time! Lots to do. Quiet and friendly. View was amazing.better than expected. Clean. Brew Mountain Cafe food delicious - pretty much gourmet! Can't wait to visit again!

Amazing spot! So close to lots of places to visit, especially Whistler Village. Friendly staff, clean facilities and the views are amazing. Sunrise especially. We will definitely be back!

Super fun playing disc golf with my kids. Cant go wrong with a huge private site looking out over the valley with a view of Whistler and Black Tusk. Chelsea was super helpful and I ended up extending my 3 night stay by 6 more weeks! Chelsea and Chloe helped with that.

Been here for a month and this is a great park! Everyone is very friendly and it’s a nice mix of people from all backgrounds. Very supportive of newbies like me too!

Here in late October so between seasons.
They have clean facilities and clear instructions on what they expect from patrons.
(Haven't check out their cafe but plan to soon enough)
Over all pretty happy.

Love this awesome Camping spot close to Whistler! We are return customers who enjoy the gorgeous views, cute chipmunks and easy pre-check in with the email with all codes and info for the site for easy reference. Also loved the food at the cafe. Breakfast sandwich and smoothies so yummy! Only negative note was office doesn’t take credit/debit for wood or ice. Cafe takes all payment methods though so that was convenient!

A great campsite with excellent views (the best I’ve seen from an RV site) and very clean a entities. We came in October and though it was cold outside, the hot water in the bath was very nice! Bathrooms are very clean too. The cafe has excellent breakfast sandwiches. Very close to Whistler. We’ll be back!

Well located camping with a nice view on the mountain. Bathrooms and laundry room were super clean. Camp sites are large enough to welcome a trailer. There is even a little café with food and beverages.
Worth the price.

Awesome view (ridge site) but a lot of REALLY LOUD MISBEHAVED children, as well as some adults. It was disappointing that people did not abide by the 11pm quiet time. We were there for 9 days and screaming children every day.

We spent three nights here over the Labour Day long weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The facilities are well maintained, the bathrooms and showers very clean and the staff very friendly.

We returned on Saturday to find a rather large puddle under our mat and the staff quickly came over to fill the dip for us.

Loved the amenities - the disc golf course if fantastic, the cafe has wonderful food - and was overall very impressed with how respectful and quiet everyone was.

Will definitely be booking another stay in the future.

Spent four nights here. The location is pretty convenient. Small shower room and bath room but super clean. A great place to stay when you want to enjoy at Whistler!

This place is solid! Nice sites, really organized and clean, even a cafe onsite there open in the weekend! Nice and quiet.

Top notch campground and RV park with full hookups, a beautiful view from the hillside across the valley. Very popular. You really need to book online in advance to be sure of a spot.

Best campground ever. Sites facing the beautiful view and enjoy the shooting star flying above. Kids enjoy the frisbee golf.horse back riding. In addition, good service, homey food from Cafe are added value.

Sites were clean and quiet (during quiet times), the staff was extremely friendly, fellow campers were (mostly) courteous and the view is stunning. Frisbee golf is a ton of fun while still being challenging even for adults. My new default go-to campsite from now on!

The best private campground we 've ever visited! Beautiful view, clean, friendly staff, amazing café with delicious breakfast, quiet at night and I can keep saying good things about them for a while. Definitely coming back more and more.

Awesome site, frisbee golf course was actually really good (baskets and all), cafe looked amazing, unfortunately closed the day we were there. Great price for being in Whistler. Bathrooms were nice although could use more frequent cleaning, but im sure they are short staffed as is everyone right now. Also my shower wasn’t hot but I went at peak shower time maybe the tank was drained. Would love to see the cafe open every day too! Thanks!

Sites a bit small but still shady and well draining etc.
Washrooms and showers good, cafe is a really nice addition with great breakfast sandwiches. Whiffle golf and frisbee golf, and rental of propane fire pits a nice addition (would be good if you could reserve, as they were sold out).

This was our first stay, but will not be our last.
Great staff, great park and great views.
Looking forward to our next visit.

Sites are large and spacious. Highly recommended

Not a lot of shade but clean and quiet CG. Washrooms and showers clean and plentiful, sites are full Service, some with 50/30/20 amp, plus sani and water. Views are good. If you have a rig you can leave at site and a car/truck etc lots of attractions or activities within 30 mins.
Also direct access from CG to Brandywine Back country ATV/Snowmobile trails.

I've stayed at this campground in Summer, Fall, and Winter, in tent sites and an RV site. I love it! The views are incredible and its surrounded by nature. It can get a bit noisy - nothing ear plugs can't solve. Bathroom facilities are good, and the disc golf course is fun - they rent discs for free to campers.

Online booking program is easy to use and gives a lot of details which I especially appreciated as one of the sites I was booking needed to be extra long. Location is great - just before Whistler so you don't have to try to get your truck and trailer through the village. And the view is stunning! They also have lots to do with walking trails, disc golf, table tennis, and they were in the process of building a cafe! There are some people that do ATVing out of the campground, but we are used to it so we weren't bothered. Overall, we were surprised by how quiet and peaceful the site was for how many people were there.

Great view, water pressure was low, not much stronger than the rv's internal pump, and 30 amp breaker was weak, kept tripping while a/c was on. Lots of room, easy to park.

Absolutely one of my favourite camping destinations in BC. Full hookups, amazing views, super clean and huge sites. Love that we can atv right out of the park to the trails. Last time we got to experience a food truck in the park and had amazing crepes. We try to go every year! Advise to book early in the year, especially got the good spots ;)
