Dr Masson is excellent, very caring and compassionate. I never feel rushed and he answers all my questions. We are lucky to have such a good physician in Penticton. Nurses and receptionists are also very good and helpful. Thank you to all of you for outstanding care.

I showed up at the door five minutes before closing. They were super accommodating and still helped me with my questions and paperwork I needed. Above and beyond my expectations. Thanks so much.

The receptionist here is horrible. Like I say about anyone else in any industry, if you don't enjoy what you do, don't do it.
