I brought my silver ring in for repairs on the band and when I got it back it was fixed perfectly! They polished it and returned it to me as if new! Excellent customer service!

Andy and Jenny were very helpful in replacing a missing diamond in my wife’s ring and polished it to a brilliant lustre. Also, their price was very fair. I would recommend their services to anyone looking for a reputable jeweler.

I have been here for watch battery replacement, watch service and ring resizing and every time I’m here I’m greeted with very friendly staff. Pricing is good and things are done in a very timely matter. Will be going back.

I don’t usually do a Review to often and when I do it is because the store or owner deserve a review, I felt I had to. For some of you this may mean nothing, For me it means everything. Here is my Review.
In the past I would buy Batteries for my Watches across the way at a different jewelry store From White Rock Jewellers and another Jewelry store in Langley. The batteries can be replaced at the store or they have to send it away for Battery Replacement as they don’t have the tools required. When watches come Back. Usually 2 to 3 weeks later, I would be charged $40 for battery and Installation. One of the watches they said can not put battery in as the guts of the watch needs to be replaced at a cost of $265 Plus tax. To top all this off, the batteries installed would last 6 months. When I asked why? The answer was I have a watched or watches that consume a lot of power.
Across the way I discovered WHITE ROCK JEWELLERS. I took my watch in for a second opinion, they looked at the watch and said nothing is wrong with it. Does not need new guts and said needs a new battery, They did not charge me for inspecting watch. On top of that, White Rock Jewellers use Swiss and name Brand Batteries. Quality Batteries for a fraction of the Cost. Much cheaper than across the way and no bulk batteries. I should say I have been going to WHITE ROCK JEWELLERS the past year. All batteries they have installed is still good. I also had my 10 ct gold necklace fixed there. They did not have to send it away. 2 hours later I picked it up. Necklace looked brand new and all polished. When I had work done across the way all my Jewellery had to be sent away and takes 3 weeks before it was ready.
Today dropped off four other watches to have battery replaced. 30 mins later I came back. The Jeweller said because I needed 4 batteries he only charged me for 3 and gave me 1 free. These are brand name Swiss batteries and not bulk batteries. I just had to write a review as I will always be giving my BUSINESS TO WHITE ROCK JEWELLERS. I highly Recommend this to anyone needing repairs and replacement batteries. They are very inexpensive, they use name brand batteries and no wait time. Drop off watch and do shopping, then pick up watch.

I am so happy to have this amazing couple in my neighborhood! They re-sized my mother’s wedding rings perfectly so that I can now wear them in memory of her. What a gift! They are reliable and affordable. Thank you.

I had my watch re-sized by Any and I left thinking it was just great only to come back a week later realizing it was too tight after all. He remembered me and found the perfect link to resize my watch to the perfect size and didn't charge me for it! I appreciate the friendly and efficient customer service!

Recently, I had resizing done at White Rock Jewellers. The resizing involved making the rings larger by adding extra metal and soldering the ring (s) back together. The workmanship was excellent - the metal was matched perfectly and there is no visible sign that the bands were cut. My rings were returned to me within 12 hours. I couldn’t be more pleased.

Now I am awaiting a handcrafted pewter brooch to be turned into a pendant. Jenny helped me pick out the perfect silver chain to match the pewter. It was and is very exciting.

I found a guy to change my watch battery and he couldn’t close my watch. After I went to this shop, the guy works there told me he could fix the problem for $40. He made it within 30minutes. I was happy with the job he did.

My husband bought me a ring that was too small and needed to be resized. I brought this ring to White Rock Jewellers and they did an amazing job! The man there selected the perfect/correct size for me and I was surprised how quick they did it - was done in an hour! Pricing was also very reasonable!

I find this jewelry store to be very poor and handling my watch it came back with scratches inside that were not there also inside the crystal was dust that was not there and also scratches on the outside that were not there based on previous picture. When discussed with the owner they told me I am seeing things will not recommend this place.

Had a couple of rings resized. Very fast service and reasonable price. Came back fully polished and "good as new". Professional and friendly.

Incompetent, greedy and irresponsible!
I brought several items of jewelry for repair to them. They took forever and i had to come in several times before things got completed. They (over) charged money upfront - complete rip off!
One ring was repaired very messy and glue was all over it.
The other ring had a replacement of a lost emerald. They inserted an emerald of a completely different color/shade than all other remaining emeralds in the ring.
The white gold bracelet was repaired with removing one section, but they never gave back to me the piece of gold they removed from my bracelet.
The last one was the worst! They were supposed to repair a cross pendant. Not only they did a horrible job, they literally butchered it - they completely messed up the thing to the point that now even a competent jeweler would not be able to repair it. When i brought it to their attention, they made no effort to fix it or even apologize or at the very least return money for repair - THEY WERE ARGUING! They messed up a cross that was a gift and was very important to me, and took no responsibility whatsoever.
Worst jewelry service i have ever seen. Do not go there, do not trust them your valuable items!

Great place for a variety of jewelry. Fairly big ring, earrings and necklace selection and a small watch selection. Very friendly owners as well. I go here to get my watches sized for $10 each

Great service, very fast.i brought in a high end watch for a crystal face replacement and it was done in less then 2 hours and half the cost as the retailer i bought it from.i would recommend to anyone.

I have dealt with White Rock Jewellers for over 5 years and never had an issue. The owners always remember you and are kind and friendly. I have bought and had jewelry repaired here many times and never once had a negative experience. I completely trust Andy and Jenny with my wedding ring or any other piece of jewelry I own. Will continue to be a customer and recommend White Rock Jewellers to anyone who asks. Their pricing is fair, I refuse to bargain shop with my most treasured items. They do good work and deserve to be paid fairly just like the rest of us for the work that we do. More than that, trust is priceless.

It's nice to have someone who knows how to repair jewelry, and make custom made jewelry. The owners are helpful and their prices are reasonable. Will recommend them.

Everything was great, very personable and very efficient with the work they were doing for me with a few different pieces. Also had Andy clean and maintain a watch and it was done to perfection and at a great price. Shop around and compare, you will see they are more reasonable at others while doing better work!

I am a first time customer but very impressed with their work, quality and outstanding prices. Jenny and Andy are lovely people and repaired an old ring my mom had given me perfectly.
