I agree with these other reviews. My first experience here was awful. The younger Asian employee was incredibly rude, charged me for "organics". Cans had some pine needles on them, and not only that- the count was HALF of what I counted myself before returning via express. I just returned 5 bags here and counted myself- I'm interested to see what the second return proves.

Très mauvaise expérience à cet endroit. Le vieil homme compte de façon TRÈS approximative et bien évidemment de manière à prendre avantage. Au lieu de s'excuser, il invente des excuses incompréhensibles car il parlait mal anglais et communiquer en coréen avec son jeune collègue. Bref je vous DÉCOMMANDE fortement ce lieu. Allez ailleurs chez gens agréables et honnêtes.

They're crooks! They purposely forget entire trays, reduce the number of bottles to pay you less! DON'T GO!

Unique property right at the corner. They accept metal, light bulbs, alkaline batteries. Lots of space to park with covered parking areas.

Been shorted on most express returns despite being clean and properly bagged. About half of my bags are accounted for in my account.

Good location and friendly staff. Just sucks that BRCCC won't license the location so you only get partial deposits for beer cans

Complete scammers. Don't do the drop off quick return here. Counted bottles the past 3 times and less than half are credited.

Hard working and friendly staff and got my bottles refunded quick without error. Not to mention this depot is much cleaner than other depots, which is great itself but even better because other depots do not seem to care too much about cleanliness. I also choose to come here rather than the other depots closer to where I live. Definitely worth it.

First time there doing the express dropoff.wasnt too sure the process.guy at front counter (didnt get his name) super helpful and was easy!

Staff is helpful.but the stench is almost unbearable! Where an oxygen mask.they need to thoroughly steam clean everything. First time I went in their o felt sick. My body has now adjusted, still ucchhh applies.

A disappointment since our experience was not a friendly one. Max 12 glass bottles, "no exceptions". Not worthwhile to use returnit except when there are no alternatives.

Outside is very unique, hard to tell they are there. Very friendly staff helped me get my bottles done quicker as I had lots. Really appreciate them. Hope to go back to this location in a few months. Very few parking spots not busy at all. Covid 19 protocols in place.

Pretty quiet compared to the semiahmoo location. Staffs are pretty quick. My goto for recycling bottles.

The guy little overworked because of the new expess drop off. But still friendly service and clean area

Awesome staff and great with my kids. Always a pleasant experience and kids connect with staff and enjoy the process. Clean, organized and fast.

Location is great, weekends are busy, but if your organization skills are in tack then all's well
