Amazing experience! If I could give this place more stars I would. I was greeted with smiles and good conversation when I walked through the door. You can tell they care. Any vehicle I wanted information on these guys didn’t hesitate to give me the full run down on those cars. Customer service was great and I will definitely be back.

Up until a week ago, I was driving a 23 year old beetle named Daisy. My husband and I decided it was probably time to start looking for a newer car. So I started looking for a newer beetle and came across this beautiful black 2018 beetle at White Rock Volkswagen. I sent a message I quoting about her. Not long after, Oscar reached out to me. We messaged back and forth a while and found out our work places were only a hop skip and a jump away. He came to my work and had already done all the leg work and everything needing to be done that usually happens at the dealership. He is everything a car salesman should be. I truly feel he had my best interest in mind and made buying a new to me car extremely easy and fun. When it came to to signing the papers, Oscar and his amazing team already had everything ready to go for me because I only had a small window to come in.

Purchased a 2017 QX80 and enjoyed the whole experience. My sales person was Gabe and he was very knowledgeable and very patient with no pressure sales. His main goal was to get me the vehicle I would be happy with not to just sell me a vehicle. I think this dealership is lucky to have such a genuine guy. Actuality all the staff were excellent and I would recommend this group to anyone. I looked for about three weeks and visited a lot of dealerships, only two I can say were good experiences. If you’re looking for a new or used vehicle I can confidently say go visit Gabe.

Not really sure how to rate the experience other than disappointed. I limped into the dealership with a Volkswagen only to hear them say they didn't have anyone around who could help me until 5 days later.

Thank goodness for Lordco down the street who were able to hook me up with parts to get me on my way.

Bailey and Greg were absolutely fantastic. Bailey was a joy to deal with. Negotiations with Greg went smooth and fair. This new management team and sales they have there are so much better than the team we didn’t buy a car with 5 years ago.

My husband and I have been going to white rock VW for over 2 years now to service our cars and they have been exceptional every time. Every staff we met are very friendly. We love their free Valet service especially because we have young children. Their prices are pretty fair too.

Worst dealership ever. Changing the price of Car after customer locked it online on their official dealership site, just to Jack up the prices. Sales rep.giving misleading info.

THEY CHARGE 10% EXTRA as market adjustment on a car they have in stock and said factory order one if you don’t want to wait that long! Buy from other VW dealers! (They don’t charge that)

Such a bad experience with this dealership. Un-professional dealing from a sales rep.as when she fails to provide the info, Hang up the call saying, “ i don’t need to explain you and go find some other dealers”. What’s the point to give business to the dealer who’s representative care more about money than Customer Satisfaction and handling?

They will suggest you to go to other car dealerships once they don’t match with their online prices and if you argue with them over it. I have never expecteded any representative to be as rude as BAILEY. She is rude and discriminate her customers.

Worst dealership I’ve ever been with. When something goes wrong with your vehicle your just a number to them. No compassion, loyalty or respect. They throw you under the bus. My vehicle was recalled for 5 months, they made me pay for a vehicle that wasn’t even close to the value of the vehicle that was recalled. No compensation for the trouble and on top of it they returned my vehicle to me and they didn’t even clean the inside or outside. I’m trading my vehicle and going to a new dealership. Again, the worst service I’ve ever felt with in all the years I’ve been owning vehicles. They don’t care about you.

I had the pleasure of coming to White Rock Volkswagen after Jon reached out to me on my previous vehicle. I was in the market for a Taos and I knew what I wanted and how it had to be. We did the deal efficiently and a week later I picked up my new Taos. The pure grey is a hard colour to find in Highline trim right now but it was so worth the wait, I absolutely love this vehicle. Very athletic and muscular stance and very fun to drive. I highly recommend Jon Schellenberg and I look forward to many years of happiness with the Taos!

The sales people there are pretty good but terrible management and very sneaky. I was trying to lease a car for my wife and their managers are very sneaky be careful. I am also a car dealer and these guys post your car on Traferev and get a top value and never honour the won bidder and offer you peanuts on your trade in. We ended up using Clarkdale/Main st VW they were straight forward no games no drama.

Do not buy any coverage in this dealer! The agent will cheat u will get the cash back after u coverage expires! But u won't! You will cost thousands dollar get nothing back! Everybody be careful! It's bad experience for myself!

Rob Smith is the best sales man. He always impresses me. I originally bought my VW Atlas from Rob at the Abbotsford location in November 2020. Rob was exceptional then and very true to his word when he told me to call him anytime if I had questions. Sure enough I had an issue which I called Rob on and he walked me through it. He immediately got me booked into the White Rock VW which I might say is a very nice location. There Service Advisor Giang Dinh was also very pleasant and super helpful.
