White sparkle nails

I got scream inspired nails today and they turned out so beautifully The staff were kind and the salon had a very peaceful vibe:)

Fine! They don’t really talk to you or engage with you. 45 for a regular polish pedicure seemed to be a bit steep though

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a pedicure! The tech was very rough and rude and when I called her on it she started yelling at me and talking and laughing about me with the other techs. The pedicure itself was poorly done and so rough she hurt me. Lisa never spoke to me once and was in such a hurry I was out in 25 minutes. Never go here…. It’s a complete waste of time. I always look forward to a relaxing experience but I only went here because my grandkids gave me a gift card. Horrible customer relations and product. I would give it negative stars if I could. Don’t let Lisa near you!

I got a mani pedi. Unfortunately a lot of my skin surrounding my nail beds was cut off, this made the gel bleed onto my skin. After the gel was cured to my skin it was then cut off. Very awkward experience as I mentioned the bleeding and the cutting of my skin, but that didn’t stop the cutting from occurring. Still lots of residue in and around my nail beds and finger pads. Not the best skills.

I booked for 4 pedicure for me and my 2 girl and my husband, for my self I wanted shellac pedicure and regular polish for my daughter. I get pedicure every 4 weeks and it was my first time being in this nail salon.they were keep staring at us and talking in there own language…BUT the worse part was they didn’t pay attention to what they should do, i have ingrown and it took the lady to take it out in 20 minutes at the end she couldn’t do it she call the other lady to come and she just pushed my skin down and give me severe pain all night, she didn’t even remove my old color correctly and I ended up to decide not put color.for my kids the way they coloured my kids nails can do better than them.

Have not been here since the summer and needed to get gel nails done for an event for tonight. This was yesterday evening and while my appointment started out well with Hannah, she needed to leave to pick up her kids from daycare which I totally understand. However, the girl she had take over had the worst attitude. Incredibly rude, felt personal and I have never met this girl. The finished product looks like press on nails. Please see pictures for reference. There will be roughly 300+ people at event. I am so embarrassed.

Have been getting my nails and pedis done at white sparkle for a while now and I can say that I will never find a better salon!

Worst experience ever. Not go there anymore. Bad attitude and awful job. I never seen my nails that bad. I’m not recommending this place to anyone. Just voided.not even apologized from her. And they still charge me for their terrible job. What a customer service.

I don’t usually write reviews but I just want to share my experience so hopefully it doesn’t happen to someone else In the future. As an esthetician, I understand that things happen and things go wrong. This was my first time here and I made an appointment for nails and a pedicure and even messaged them after to double check that it was confirmed. When I showed up for my appointment, it was very clear that I was not booked in. I made sure I was at the right location and everything. There was a lot of confusion and scrambling and just over all a bit unprofessional. However, I am super grateful that they were able to accommodate me still. My nails do look great but I still probably won’t go back here.

Not recommend it at all.
I did pedicure and manicure there. When I got home, I realized the gel on my toes was not dried and it was bubbling. The day after I went there to fix it. They didn’t even want to redo it. They just did another top coat on top of the bubbles and they were very impolite. It was tow days ago and now even my finger nails have too many bubbles on them.
Never go to this place again.

I had a lovely time at white sparkle, they made sure at every step I was happy with the nails. They were very friendly and I will definitely be coming back:)

My favourite place to get my nails done. They always get the shape perfect and sharper and do an amazing job with the designs. Well worth the money.

Great staff, clean and friendly. Perfect nails every time. Also the best pedicure chairs, so comfortable. I usually see Tammy, but everyone there is so good.

So I went in with my shellac nails overly Asked to get than removed to add a fresh full set to my nails freshly done ask for it to be curved then hated it so bad to the point I walked out with nothing done No shellac or nothing on my hand was absolutely the worst horrible experience ever had I will never go there again they have no sympathy no remorse for the mistake that they’ve done on their end absolutely the worst experience!

I’ve been going to white sparkle for over three years now and i’ve always loved their work! Tina always does such a good job so if you’re thinking of booking an appointment ask for her.they also book by dm which is always nice too

Had an appointment yesterday with. I WILL NOT BE BACK. Was very disappointed been playing around with fake nails for my wedding etc. I ended up getting the nails taken off and shellac polish as she didn't really seem willing to work with what I wanted. The manicure was not good at all either. I will say her polish is decent that's about it. Also my friend and I both got charged to remove the nails even though we got another service. My lady helping me was not very friendly at all and quiet RUDE.moral of the story I wouldn't recommend. PRICEY and not FRIENDLY

It was very busy but my daughter and I had pedicures and a manicure and they didn't rush anything. Perfect job and very relaxing. We will be back!

Got my nails done yesterday and have done nothing other then sleep and drive and they have already begun chipping on both hands. Worst part is I can’t fix them as I am traveling tonight. Disappointing as I felt I paid a high amount for what I actually got.

I have been coming here for years. The owners always make sure I am welcomed and the quality of the nails is on POINT. No complaints. I'm always smiling when I leave.

White Sparkle is the best, I've been going here since it changed ownership a couple years back, even though it usually takes me 45 min to drive here. I only have great things to say! Tammy & Tom are lovely and their team does FABULOUS acrylic nails:)

I have been coming here for 2 years now and tammy or her husband do my nails and I've never been disappointed! I'm treated like family and the work they do on my nails is amazing! I highly recommend white sparkle nails!

This was the absolute worst experience I have had at a nail salon. The place and tools weren't clean at all. The nail tech completely destroyed my cuticles/ nail beds to the point where there was raw skin being exposed. He proceeded to paint my nails after I had said I didn't like the colour, only after painting my entire hand he then decided to take it all off. He then made his co worker finish my nails because he completely butchered them and she did such a rushed job. I told her I wanted a deep red colour but instead she insisted on using this bright orange red that looked awful. She left polish all over my skin and my cuticles were left sore and bleeding. Will never be going back and now I am just praying I don't get an infection.
