White Spot Abbotsford

Went there for Brunch and it was great. The food was delicious and savory. Order Cheesteak Hash with Turkey and Sourdough Bread and Nat's Hearty Breakfast. Also got some Orange Pekoe and Earl's Grey Tea which was also good. Loved it all in all. Service was great and in time inspite of being busy. Definitely Recommended!

Paid $80.83 for 3 meals and had to go back for cutlery. The Caesar salad was good, but the dry ribs were so overcooked and hard to chew. No flavor whatsoever. Not even a lemon wedge! The fish and chips were small portions for the price, but they were enjoyed very much.

I won't be going back. Not for that price and quality.

We haven't been to White Spot for a couple of years and were happy to see all the wonderful 'new to us' menu items. Our brunch was delicious and our server was attentive, but not overly so. We'll visit sooner rather than later!

The name scared me off for a bit but eventually trying changed my mind. It's really good.

Just ordered take out there usually pretty good not impressed tonight burger was not fully cooked so a waste of dinner and too late to go back

Went for breakfast, service was slow. Two of the people at my table ordered chocolate milk but we were told they ran out and could only do one. They charged us for both anyway. Place seemed a bit in chaos. Server went for break during our dinner and we were left wondering if anyone would help us, got helped after she came back from her break. Food was ok like it usually is. Wont go back.

It was predictably good food. Nice to get out after being locked down for so long. We enjoyed our time and our waiter, Jeff, was very professional.

They let us in close to closing time, on our way home from a day at the Waterpark. Food and service was great. My family loves White Spot.

The level of service in this place is beyond pathetic. Everyone seems miserable and the food cost was absurd.

Let’s not forget spilling hot coffee on my wife’s arm with nothing but an “oops”.

Ridiculous.

"it's okay" is the perfect description. Usually when we visit from Alberta, White Spot is one of our must-do restaurants, after our last visit it's no longer on that list. Staff were inattentive, they were out of strange items (like onion rings), and their normally great burgers were just alright. White Spot is now on our if-we-have-time list.

It was a terrible experience they messed up my wife's order and for got my other friends friut dish and when they gave it to him it was full of old messed up grapes

Normally they are a great value and a good dining experience. Not this time. We did take out because of covid of course. However the order was 20 minutes late, short changed on my daughters macaroni and missing the dip for my beef dip. I would still recommend this restaurant, but was sadly disappointed this time.

Food and service were excellent, though the neighborhood was somewhat questionable. I had the Black Truffle Mushroom Burger, patty was juicy and toppings were fresh. Truffle flavour was there but could’ve been stronger. Will ask for extra truffle cheese next time. I ordered my son the pirate pack which comes with a drink. Got him milk and he insisted he wanted juice only after it arrived. =. = I apologized to our server and asked if we could order an additional kids apple juice. I said we would pay additional for it and she was so understanding and said not to worry about it. Servers seemed visibly stressed and overworked though, likely due to understaffing and the short notice of dine-in reopening in BC. Hope that management is able to bring in more people to help.

Been sober going on 2 months told the waitress I cannot consume alcohol then tells me after the drink I had had alcohol in it and the manager does not even come over to check

We placed a order for pick up today since it was mother's day. We ordered to be picked up at 930 but showed up a bit earlier and order was ready a few minutes later which was appreciated. We were on our way home and I got a call from the gentleman who gave me my order and said they had forgot to pack an item and not to worry they will deliver it. When I got home the same gentleman dropped of my item. Wow if this isn't customer service I don't know what is. Most restaurants would ask you to drive back and or give you a credit of some sort. These guys blew us away. The food was great too. We will definitely be back not because of the food because the customer service was amazing. Keep up the great work.

14 years ago I had an experience at this Whitespot, where in which I chose at the time not to come back. Now with time things can change. A friend and I had a meal at this location on Monday, May 31st roughly 9am. We did order a lunch or dinner item for Breakfast. The food was excellent and so was the service. We will be back!

The front desk lady rolled her eyes at us the moment we walked in. The veggie burger we ordered had a piece of salmon on it. All of us had splinters in our meals from the pickle holders. The meals are way more money and half the size. The beyond meat burger was really raw I ate it because the lady told me it was fine to eat. Ya they obviously don't research there products I got really sick. Will not be eating here again. Tables outside dirty and wobbly. Very bad experience.

We ordered breakfast on Skip, pretty early on a holiday Monday, and not only did everything taste awesome it was very thoughtfully packaged. No soggy breakfast like you sometimes receive elsewhere! Thank you very much for doing a great job and being open so early on a stat holiday lol

I went with my sister and my niece to this location. Wait staff and manager were good. However, the issue that I am sharing is over their hostess/ and her dishonesty and laziness over cleaning and checking the bathrooms.
We had the booth right next to the washroom. The young hostess walked over at 1448 and signed the bathroom checklist multiple times. What she put her initials to was that she checked the bathrooms (mens, women's and alternate) for cleanliness and supplies. She signed that she checked it at 1500 and 1600. Imagine us, it was only 1448 I do not think she can attest to future cleanliness.
So, with that dishonestly and lack of witnessing the state of White Spot washrooms to make sure they are covid safe, I will not be visiting that location.
I will also follow up with the inspectors to make sure that covid 19 protocols are kept to standard at this location.

Food is always amazing, definitely recommend the beef dip and fries. Miss eating in restaurant but take out is the next best thing. Nice service at pickup.

White Spot has been a family favourite for decades. The service at this location was wonderful and the food was as good as ever.
I gave four stars because the prices have gone up exponentially which makes it difficult for a person with a fixed income to go out and enjoy a sit-down lunch with the family.

I had my usual CBC and it was really delicious. There was quite a good amount of chicken in my CBC which was perfect! The Caesar's salad was so fresh and yummy but most importantly, it was our server Quinn, who was really friendly and polite. Very good customer service! I witnessed how he was dealing with other customers around our section and he was very pleasant to them too!

Excellent food as always. Zoo sticks are fun to share. We split the beef dip. Love what they do with the clubhouse. The blackberry mule was generously poured and I always enjoy the Granville Island beer. Kids love the Pirate Paks and the app.

White Spot brought back the pot pie by popular demand. Unfortunately they don't do the puff pastry anymore and there was almost no filling inside. Just a bunch of dough. Very disappointed but the fries were great as always. Next time I would suggest the burger. Always good.

Terrible service on multiple occasions. Ordered water and break fast never refilled my water or my friends coffee. Asked for our bill 15 mins later got it then 10 mins later got to pay. Last time I was there I had to get my own utensils (pre Covid) our party of 10 were there for over 2 hrs had to take out desert to go it took so long

The service here is extremely slow, but I think that's because there seems to be a lot of regulars who come to this location and staff spend a significant amount of time talking with them. Delicious zoo sticks, though!

Always one of my favourite locations with good service and the always reliable food choices. The menu has grown to include more nutritious choices! Still a great place for lunch.

This is the best white spot I have been to in a while. Everyone was super nice and the food was delicious. I appreciate the measures that they put I place for covid.

The food was good but the service could be better. The place was fairly empty but we waited 10 minutes or so just to ask for a table. Employees walked past us several times but didn't offer to seat us.

2 and a half stars. Ordered take out for the family. Came at the scheduled time to pick up, and it wasnt ready for another almost 15 mins. Got it home to find the order was labeled properly but wasnt quite what I wanted, a few things were off. But the restaurant is across town and didnt feel like driving all the way back. Daughters fish and chips were overcooked and on the oily side. Fries on a few orders were pretty over fried. Burgers were clearly rushed put together. Everything tasted pretty ok, but Whitespot is better left as a sit down eat place, not a take out place.

Took a long time to get our meal but the server and manager told us we were getting our meal comped before we even said anything. It was a good customer service experience.

Sat there for 30 minutes. Manager asked every table around us how everything was and ignored us. We say something and they get rude and snappy with us. NEVER will I ever go there again. Worst service ever!

My husband and I have eaten in here many times during our time living in Abby for the last 9 years. We've taken our parents and friends here. We were shocked yesterday afternoon, when we came in the door, there was nobody to greet us. For more than 5 minutes we stood around. There were only a couple of tables of people eating their food, so it wasn't busy at all as it was pre-dinner time. We could hear voices in the kitchen laughing and chatting so I went to the bar and called out "Hello? " several times, each time louder than before. Finally a very young woman came out indignant that we'd interrupted her conversation obviously, didn't apologize, no explanation, NO GREETING of HELLO even. She grabbed a couple of menus and walked ahead of us with such attitude I turned to my husband and said, "Let's go, I'm not eating here". I informed her that her Customer Service was dreadful, she didn't even say hello to us. Won't go back here. We went to Lou's Bar and Grill instead and had a great dining experience.

Best breakfast I've had in years. I had Eggs Benedict with smashed potatoes. It was wonderful. Everyone in our party enjoyed their breakfast. And the coffee is awesome.

Great service and atmosphere! They do not serve the Tuscan chicken pasta anymore which was a favorite! Had their broccoli chicken cheese with jasmine rice and the taste was good but compared to other times the dish was oily and you could see the oil in the dish. Having had the cauliflower bites before, we ordered it again but again something was off in the dish compared to previous times.
