White Spot Dunsmuir

Had a filling and tasty breakfast there. The wait staff were awesome, attentive without being intrusive. My breakfast arrived at my table so quickly. I appreciated that because I arrived hungry. Would recommend this location.

10 minutes before a server came by, and when he did he got all the food wrong. My drink came after the appetizer, which was poorly breaded. We ordered basic burgers that were not hard to mess up but they came incorrectly. They got fixed but took more time.

I felt discriminated against when The evening floor manager "Beatrice" was treating my sister and I like we were going to run away without paying our bill. Was it because we are 2 native women from the DTES? Sure felt like it. But the Bartender Morgan was Awesome! And makes one hell of a twisted bellini! Thanks Morgan!

As always, the food and atmosphere is great. My only complaint is that the restroom was down stair and with my lack of barely being able to walk a flat surface, the stairs took me 10 mins to come down and 15 to come back up. It was the most uncomfortable trip to the restroom.

I guess not every place is not handicap friendly. I will go to the ones I know but not the downtown one again.

Food here was so darn good! Had the legendary burger and unlimited fries. Service was excellent!

Went there on the hottest day and their ac really cool me down.:) Also a very clean and tidy dining area. The food was good and better than some other Vancouver White Spot locations. Friendly customer services. Will come back again!

Have come here a few times for lunch during the work week and it’s always great! Love that they serve breakfast until 3 pm! We always order breakfast for lunch and they always cook everything to perfection! Crispy bacon, amazing smash browns and one the the best waffles for breakfast! Our new favorite hangout.

Plus- service is always top notch!

They have a new Chef if you want a burger you're going to get it medium rare done and if you can you fry chicken to get hair with it

Steady good. Veggie burger with gruyere and mushroom was very tasty. We accidentally stayed for over 4hrs and service remained excellent. The way they treated us, we didn't realize we stayed so long. And safety distance was well done. Good spacing. Felt safe.

We were there 2 days ago. It was only 1 male server and lots of tables; however, he managed all the tables perfectly. The service was professional and friendly and very fast. I appreciate the server and we will be there again because of him.

Went here while on vacation around some spots in Canada. I didn't realize that this was sort of a chain restaurant when I first went. The location I went to was mostly empty but I went during off hours so that wasn't a big surprise. It is a large restaurant so I'd imagine they probably can get quite busy during the usual rush times.

The food was just okay. It wasn't great but it wasn't bad. Basically what I'd expect out of a denny's or IHOP or applebees or similar in the US. The service was decent but being one of only a few people in a large place like this I'd expect decent service.

While I wouldn't make it a point to go here again I wouldn't skip it if I was hungry amd it was the only thing nearby. They also have a faily large menu so they probably have something for everyone.

Went for a rare sit down breakfast on a weekday and WOW what a gem this place is. The breakfast came quickly, and pardon the pun, the eggs were Spot on! I especially like the smash browns! Will be back with my family. Keep up the goood work!

Amazing food, and nice staff who were really friendly. Food was served pretty quickly, and was warm and tasty. The restaurant did a good job of having dividers between tables to meet COVID-19.standards, though perhaps they could have spread customers more tables apart. Otherwise, this location is a great White Spot.

Who doesn't love White Spot! Just wish all of the locations served shredded hashbrowns. Some only serve the smashbrowns but love the shredded ones more! Service is always friendly as well and the booths are heavenly. More restaurants need booths like White Spot!

Not one of my best white spot locations due to the service and the food long waits for both and ordering drinks take a very long time.

Put an order in at 11: 00 am, for a 12: 00 pm pick up, waited 30 minutes to finally get the order at 12: 30.
No apology from staff, I was with a daily customer (my boss), who was not impressed.

We went here for a meet up and they have a very nice room under the stairs which serves us very well. White spot also provided a great service and food was fresh and tasted well.

Lots of choices for everyone. Kids menu, some of the locations still serve you in your car! One of the best milkshakes in Vancouver.

I mean, why would you go to a WhiteSpot in downtown Vancouver when you're walking distance from some of the best eating in the world, and often that best eating comes at a cheaper price. It's a safe place and convenient location, but just remember that you chose 'safe' and 'convenient' when you're paying the bill.

Come here frequently. If you don't like White Spot this isn't for you and I am sorry you have so little joy in your life. This location also has a decent event space for small/informal events.

Had the beyond meat and it was actually pretty good. It tastes just like meat! I was very skeptical but you need to try it to actually believe

The Traditional Turkey Dinner was a pile of actual deli meat. The mash potatoes were fries.

About at average as it gets, the menu has a decent selection but the food it's not anything amazing. Service here is always a bit lax: our water glasses were never refilled, and we had to ask for the bill, to pay for the bill, and pretty much anything else we needed

First visit to this location. Our server Jonathan was excellent! The food was a bit disappointing, burger bun was burnt, fettucini was a bit burnt in spots, but we'd been walking all day and we were so hungry, so we just ate our meals.

We just had an excellent dining experience with Joe our server and Alex the manager. Great folks! The food and service was incredible!

Staff are an A+. Food is USUALLY a B+ or an A-, but there has been a couple times that orders haven't been exactly as requested.

It's fine. Think Denny's with better food and a higher price. Won't change your world but it will leave you feeling full and happy.
