White Spot at Granville & Drake stands out as a delightful dining destination in Vancouver. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, ideal for both family outings and casual business lunches. Service is friendly and attentive, adding to the overall pleasant experience. While the prices are slightly above average, the portions and food quality justify the cost.

We are not asking too many things “, We need just a little bit respect. But the stuff prefer making jokes to each other instead of preparing orders.
Management should check their amount of workers and should work with a person who are really works.

I ordered off of Uber eats for delivery. I asked for the triple ooo sauce for my legendary burgers to be placed on the side because I didn't want the bun to be soggy. They forgot the OOO sauce completely so I couldn't enjoy my burger (my burger was dry). I also ordered a milk shake and they forgot that as well. Will not order from this location again. Very dissapointed as their milkshakes are my favourite. I even checked with the Uber driver who said they didn't give him a milk shake with my order.

I moved to Toronto and try to visit White Spot whenever I visit. Glad to see they haven't changed the Burger menu much.

Low expectations given the appearance and staff but the food was actually quite good. Ample serving and with a quality and taste between fast food and proper restaurant. Service was slow given it was almost empty during my visit. Floors were sticky but generally clean otherwise. You're not coming here for date night but as a place to get a reasonable meal it was okay.

Hotel above supported discounted price for foods. It was yummy enough, restaurant atmosphere satisfied.

I would probably rate this place a 4.7. The gfood was good, the service was good, and it was super easy to order online and customize the order. We have picky eaters, and they got their customizations done perfectly. We were staying in the hotel connected to the restaurant, so we just got a to go order. Thus, I didn't rate the atmosphere. When we went down at the appointed time for our order pick up, they didn't have it quite ready, hence the detracting of the 5 star rating. Overall convenient and good place to grab some traditional bar food.

I mistakenly ordered food at this location on skip and the guy who picked my call, he was rude and didn’t cancel my order even though restaurant has full authority to cancel the order.

This is the best restaurant I’ve ever been to, when I entered the restaurant, I was assured that my vehicle was safe because of their superb parking service. The host was a top G and very kind. My meal was delicious and prepared within minutes. I would suggest this restaurant to every friend and family member.

I've been to this location several times and I've never been disappointed good service and great food and and all around great experience

Very short staffed, my waiter stayed on top of things. Loud arguments in the "bar" section by patrons. The whole atmosphere is simply beige, there is no colour. Food was okay. $$

My friends and I had reservations elsewhere this evening. The service was sub par and we came in to White Spot. Jadesh took care of my friends and I so well. The service was amazing and the food was great. Thanks White Spot! Saved our night out.

Waited at entrance 'wait to be seated' and had to eventually go looking for staff. Made reservation on.line but they didn't get it. Food took a long time to arrive but was obvious the kids food was ready long before just not brought out so it was cold and pancakes and toasted grilled cheese were hard and couldn't be eaten. Took awile to get napkins or cutlery. Finally.did get butter for waffles but by then they were cold. Place was pretty full but wait staff was minimal so service was poor although the waiter was trying his best.

Ordered an omelette and it took 45 minutes before it came. The place was practically empty at the time. Washroom was disgustingly dirty. I’m afraid to think what the kitchen must look like. Never coming to this location again.

The food takes forever, waiting from past 50 minutes and my breakfast isn't on the table. Plus I asked for medium poached eggs on my cheese steak and they were hard. Some drops of hollandaise sauce on top even I said extra and it was already cold since they take forever to serve.

It was okay. We waited at the front (to be seated) but nobody came. And so we went inside. Waiter didn't seem to be happy with that. Other waiter was friendly. Interior and terrace didn't feel very inviting but the drinks were alright. Breakfast was OK. I think there's potential for improvement in this place - it can really become a nice place as the layout is good. I'm still wondering why the code-lock for the toilet.

Great happy hour specials, but food is sub par especially when compared to local spots very close by.

Messed up at least 3 times for our order, and then forced a service fee without having any signage or notifying us. Ridiculous service from a place I used to always go as a child. Don’t come here if you’re with a group.

Unfortunately we won't be back. The restaurant is dirty, 2 of our 4 orders were incorrect when they arrived and the manager grabbing my debit card out of my hand to tap at payment time was disturbing.

Ordered the hot chicken Caesar salad on Uber. No salad dressing, no parm cheese, just lettuce and chicken. Manager offered my 10% off my next order. Won’t be ordering from here again.

The service was weird, the carpets were dirty (wish i took pictures) and the food was cold. Strange, shadow of old school white spot, kinda sad.

Never coming back again. This place was due for restoration 10 years ago. Inside feels like a beat up dirty pub with sticky tables and old dirty carpets and paint

After eating at White Spot for over 30 years I had my first bad experience there and will not be returning. A couple weeks ago we placed an order for pickup. When we got home forgotten to pack one of the burgers that we ordered and paid for.

I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager, he took my name and number and said the next time I come in they would replace the meal that was missing.

I placed an order 2 days ago and when I went in to pick it up, the manager came out and told me he could not replace the order but they could only offer me 10% off of the meal I was replacing.

I know he did not check the log book or search for the previous order because he didn't even bother to ask for my phone number or name.

So sadly after 30 years of being a White Spot customer, my family will not be returning.

One of my favorite places to go. The food is always delicious. The service is superb. Love coming to this location.

Mediocre restaurant with mediocre food.
The shrimp pasta wasn't fully cooked and the bellinis were mostly ice.
Howerever, our server was very respectful and attentive.

My first time in this location! We got a table quickly and our server was amazing and efficient! The Pirate Packs for the kids never disappoint! Plus a bonus that you can upgrade to a milkshake! I love the Legendary Platter add cheese! And a chocolate milkshake for me and a blueberry one for my friend! Delicious!

Waited 17 minutes out front and no one even came to help to see if you were even there poor poor service

Normal restaurant: “hi, welcome to xyz, let’s get you a table, could I please see your vaccine passport? ” (Full mask on, respectful, welcoming, appreciative)

White spot on drake “ vaccine passport” then after scanning walks away with the mask on his mouth and not even covering his nose, I don’t care about it. But atleast pretend to be welcoming, pretend you want people to be here, there was only one table in the whole restuarant.

Anyways, I’ve had good experiences in other white spot restaurants, this guy, needs to wake up. Never stepping foot in that spot ever again and will make sure none of my friends or family do.

I wouldn't ever come back again. First of all I was waiting in the cold as I saw a wait here sign. I saw an employee putting her order in and kinda ignoring me.finally I knocked on the glass and she said I was at the wrong entrance which I was. I was at the pick up entrance. That's my fault. The food was good no complaints there but before I ate I asked the server if there was any hand sanitizer she said, "no only at the front. " I went to the front entrance and I didn't see a bottle so as I was walking back this tall gentleman wavy dark hair in a sweater (looked like a manager type) asked If he could help (not in a friendly way). I told him I'm looking for hand sanitizer he said it's at the front which I then told him I didn't see it. When we got there he just abruptly pointed and said "There". Then he added under his breath " didn't you see it". Horrible! Obviously if i did I wouldn' t have asked. Anyway so disappointed and horrible for White Spots brand. I included the photos of the hand sanitizer.to me walking from the back to the front I honestly don't think it's that easy to see.

After 4 separate visits, I have to give this location a low rating. The service is painfully slow and the set up is so inefficient. From the moment you walk in, it makes no sense. You wait by the door to be greeted/seated but there is no one around and you can't be seen because of the set up. It takes forever to get the server to come to your table. They claim it's because there aren't enough servers but if you look at how slowly they are moving you'd think they were doing walking meditations instead of food service. You need a code to get into the washroom but again, you have to chase a server down to get that. I really don't like to give poor reviews but this location has let me down too many times when I just wanted to stop in for a Pirate Pack for my nephew.

Wanted to dine in for breakfast nearby so White Spot at Granville and Drake it was. Ordered the Classic Benedict and Hearty Breakfast with sausage and pancakes. Food was tasty but nothing extraordinary and it was quite expensive for a breakfast meal. Service was just so so considering it wasn’t busy. Asked for decaf coffee but was told there was none. Won’t be rushing back anytime soon.

Extremely poor service. The servers don't know what they are serving. Half the items are not there on the menu. Mismanaged place.

Always good food at this longstanding Vancouver family restaurant with great food at reasonable prices.

The food was excellent. They had this dessert that was simply divine. It was a sort of caramel filled donut type pastry with ice cream that made my taste buds sing. The service left something to be desired, but the quality of the food made up for it.

I love food in white spot, and now i can to talk about breakfast, is delisious, i liked benedectic eggs, i recomended it.

Ordered a burger cheese was not melted at all just cold. Bacon was freezer burnt toast was not toasted. This is consistently the worst white spot in all of Vancouver. The manager also does not care or seem slightly apologetic when you nicely point these things out. Avoid at all cost. Bad service. Bad food.

This was a really bad experience. There waffle machine was broken, not a big deal, but annoying, went for the pancakes and whipped topping instead. Food came out 30 minutes later incorrect. I pointed out what I had ordered and the server went back and brought the correct dish but no toppings. Just 4 sad heating-lamp dried out pancakes. He went back again and brought the toppings which were very sad looking as well. He attempted to put whipped cream on the bowl of strawberry topping, which I pointed out how this would turn everything immediately into soup. When I finally got to eat, 45 minutes after ordering 4 pancakes, they were dry and dead, the whipped cream was lazily whipped 35% cream unsweetened. Think liquid blob of milk. The were no serving utensils. Our coffee top ups barely filled the bottom quarter of the cups, forgot to bring creamers and sweeteners. I know this sounds whiny, but it was literally the easiest thing to make on the menu and they screwed it repeatedly. We received $3 off for our diffulties (the two small, hardly topped up cups of coffee were $9). Avoid this place. Go literally anywhere else, like the 7-11 across the street for better service.

If you want to turn your beautiful day into a nightmare and if you are seeking some anger this is the best place. Come and enjoy

This is the worst place I have ever been. They choose and categorize people from which is disgusting. We waited for our order for more than an hour. I saw their awful behaviours to delivery people. They should appreciate them because they are carrying their food but especially the manager behaved so rudely. I will never come back to this place and will never order even a coke from here.

The pancakes are always rock hard and chewy. Why don't you guys develop a new recipe? The pancakes have always been like that.

This has to be the poorest run white spot in the entire lower mainland. The manager seems to be responsible for this.

Terrible service, took forever for a hostess to come to entrance. Ordered milkshakes and was told would be 15min, came back and told 15min more. Others were also waiting for a long time, ended up leaving as it was taking 40min just for milkshakes. Have had similar experience before, terrible services especially as the restaurant is never busy. Will not be returning to this location.

Terrible service. I hate before partner, he was waiting for his. Food cold. Took 50 mins for simple bacon and eggs. Wont be back. Skip the dishes was more important than real walk in customer's.

Very quite at the moment because of the pandemic but great food if you can stand eating it outside on the patio!

Ordered takeout tonight and it was the best I’ve had in a long time from White Spot! They got everything right on the order and burgers were perfect. Even included a free brownie for no apparent reason. This is my new fave location

Dependable White Spot. Had the New York striploin steak, I think it’s a special feature at the moment, not bad at all.

Absolutely amazing service! I ordered through uber eats and the driver mixed my order up with someone else's.after calling the driver (to no avail) i called white spot and they make sure i got my food, and were super kind and thoughtful.a special thanks to jatinder malhi!)

Fast friendly service and super great food! Tried the new bourbon beef brisket on fries today (also is a burger option!? !?) with my always awesome bacon burger.honestly it's super good and super filling. "Triple A (o?) " experience for sure.

Lousy food and worse service. Charged 40 $ for 2 breakfasts that were cold and undercooked. Gross

No idea what the food is like. But there is almost zero service ‍️‍️ Was there was for 35 minutes. In that 35 minutes we were shown to our table and not checked on again. So we left.

Terrible customer service. Waited 20 mins for a waiter to take our order and they never did so we left without ordering anything. It was very quiet as well so that wasn't the issue.

White spot has really upped its game in the last few years. Excellent comfort food, service, and of course the triple O sauce! Love it!

I ordered a club sandwich to go from this location. When I got home I discovered the bacon was basically raw it was so under cooked. Literally no color on it at all. The entire thing was inedible and disgusting. Whoever you had working your kitchen on Friday Jan 10, is completely incompetent and needs to be taught basic food prep methods. Totally unacceptable!

The food is okay but the staff are very slow! It took 40 minutes to receive our food and that's just crazy.

Our server was very pleasant when she finally arrived. Service was slow and the food appeared to have sat under the heat lamp for a long time when we finally got our food after over 30 minutes.

Good old Nat Bailey, you started a great Canadian franchise and the endless fries are a simple but effective incentive to a great main! Always a pleasure dining in any of your restaurants!

Pretty slow service overall.quite busy especially on weekends. Food is served fresh and you get the big portions you're accustomed to, but the service is definitely lackluster unfortunately.

Came in as it was attached to our hotel. Stayed, and came back again, and again. Butternut chicken cob salad excellent, and it fed 2 of us. And you need to try the nat's caesar.

One of the poorest run restaurants that I've ever been to which is disappointing for a White Spot. We waited for over 20 minutes before we were served and the server only came to our table because we waived him down. It took a long time for our food to arrive and we kept having to waive servers down. When he brought the dessert to our table we had to ask him to clear our dishes so we had space to eat. The server was polite but just clueless and the shift manager just seemed to be wandering around the restaurant without purpose. On top of that, they served us drinks in plastic cups and gave us plastic spoons to eat our ice cream. Not sure if this was standard across all White Spots for their special Pirate Pack promotion but it's disappointing they would create so much waste. We will never go to this White Spot location again.
