We always get really great service at this location. Food is always amazing. Absolutely love the Zoo Sticks!

Not happy with the meal we had sauce was piled on top of the plate and as we stated to eat our main meal came out. Had to go up the bar to cutlery and napkins and we didn’t see the waitress much. Not a happy camper and won’t be back for a while White spot

I was disappointed in my food.fish and chips.it seems White Spot has changed the batter for their fish.it was a lot thicker and greasier than before.then the chips were like from the bottom of the basket.plenty of little bits and pieces. Not what I have come to expect from White Spot.
Service was very friendly and quick.

I love coming here for breakfast, service is very good and the food is amazing. I love the smashed fried potatoes. I'll be back soon

Came here for appy hour there was barely any sauce on my garlic Parmesan fries. My perogies were cold. The service was terrible. The floor wasn’t clean at all

The food and service were good but there was a girl clipping her nails right beside us and playing peek a Boo with a cousins baby for far to long for someone that wasn't invited too

Had a horrible experience ordering take out from this location. First tried to put my order through online and it wouldn't go through. Then I tried calling them and after 4 attempts they finally answered. When I picked my food up, some items were missing even though we were charged for them. Will never come back here for takeout again. Their quality has gone down.

Got busy just after we arrived so the food took a while. But it was really fresh and tasted great.

I have been to this location many times over the years. They have some new items in their menu as well as a few summer items. Responsive server great food. I didn't feel as though I was being held hostage waiting for the bill. Great location to catch a bite to eat before or after a movie.

Walked in and the place was crowded and I didn't want to wait or deal with the crowd.left and got dinner somewhere else

Fast friendly service and large portions of yummy apple pie. The strawberry milkshakes and zucchini sticks can't be beat. Really like the options for their daily happy hour. Lots of sharables, great snacks or early suppers. Particularly enjoy the flatbread. Take out and car hop service is also available.

After 1 pm, wasn’t very busy. Hostess & waitress were great. Food took 1/2 hour so we had to have it packed up to go. The Brioche waffle and savoury potato was awful. Mushy potatoes and waffle was doughy and hard as was the poached egg and the apple (expected it to be cooked). White spot is normally our go to but we definitely won’t go back to this one!

We came here for breakfast and were satisfied. Place has plenty of parkings. Waitress was pleasant and professional. Menu has variety of food, burgers to pasta to steak dishes. Price is fair.

The avocado breakfast burrito (wrap) with endless potatoes were worth going for. Quite a treat to your tastebuds!

Awesome staff this morning as always! THANK YOU DEBBIE. I had a cheesesteak hash it was absolutely delicious and wifey had a classic benny. Food and coffee were yummy. Thank you

The server DARLENE was very rude and was not at all helpful, she was very mean and was rolling her eyes a lot. The food was bad too, the smashbrown potatoes were not cooked at all and eggs tasted very bad. I will never come to this location ever as the people and food was not welcoming at all.

I just came in with my mom for lunch, and we received amazing service from Chelsea! She had an amazing personality and got our food quickly! She was amazing!

Great food and service, but please fix your leaky A/C unit (s). This has been an ongoing issue that needs a permanent fix. Definitely takes away from the experience.

We rarely go to Whitespot and now I remember why. Subpar food with barely adequate service and almost no atmosphere.

If I can think of one word to describe my experience today, I'd say: meh. The food had no taste at all. We ordered the prawn spaghetti and the tomatoes weren't charred, the spaghetti was undercooked, the prawns were rubbery and overcooked. The legendary burger was okay, the fries was supposed to be bottomless but we waited 30 minutes for fries. Our server was polite but the food used to be so much better.

Amazing food and drinks with good vibes. Our server was good and friendly. Their virgin drinks were really good however Bellini was okay. Too strong in alcohol n less in flavour.

The Asian waitress’s service was really bad, and her tone was really impatient which made me really uncomfortable and ruined my mothers day. The food was slow too. Other waitresses are friendly.

We ordered a finger appetizer and they never even brought us napkins.
The table behind us complained about it and I believe it was the manager that came to them and brought napkins, plates and cutlery.
When our food came.we had salad and no cutlery.
We had to ask again.
