White Spot Kingsway

Disappointment.

That's what you'll feel if you go there to eat. We waited an hour for food to arrive and it was over cooked. My burger was hard and dry, the fish was over-fried, the mushroom burger was tasteless, to name a few things. Everyone that was present had these things and more to say. They were all negative.

Hopefully they turn this place around. It's an unfortunate sign when the price of food goes up, but the quality plummets.

Not recommend.

We had our company Christmas Breakfast in this location, the owner was hoping to have the turkey meal but apparently they start serving that for lunch/dinner. Maybe next Christmas for lunch?

"Disappointing! Fish and chips: fish was dry, changing from Cod to Haddock on their menu was a mistake. We always ordered this menu item, but not anymore. We also had the feature fried chicken, it was one thigh and one breast, both boneless. Kitchen should know the cooking time for the breast differs from the cooking time for a thigh, The thigh was juicy, but the breast was overcooked to a point the edges were like jerky. Not a great feature menu item I would ever have again. This was not the quality we are use to from White Spot. "

Had an outstanding experience. Definitely will be back. Thanks. I have been at this location a few times now. Teresa is an incredible server. Makes my day when she waits on us. Breakfast bennys are delicious

We went to the restaurant on Sunday during lunchtime, there was no line to get in, but the server was super busy. The service was okay. The food wasn't good. The Baby Back ribs weren't tasty or hot, and the salad tasted like it had been refrigerated. We spent 60 CAD, didn't eat well, and won't be returning.

We're used to eating in White Spot, but today I needed to take out for home. Was parked outside of WS curbside to order online.was asked to create an account, I obeyed.then at the end when I put in my credit card.it denied me twice.it's the exact same card I've used in WS all the time! It wasted 30+ minutes of my time.and still couldn't get through. Had to line up and asked the staff.all you get is sorry, it happens sometimes, etc. Ended up ordering there and waited for another 20 minutes. I could have gone through another drive through without trouble and within minutes. It's very frustrating.

Came here for breakfast and was highly disappointed. The eggs were inconsistent (one overcooked and other undercooked), the potatoes was mostly fried potato peels. The service was slow, bathroom was smelly! On the plus side, the coffee was decent. Highly disappointed!

One of the go to white spot locations for me since they closed the one downtown with free parking. Always great service, and great tasking burgers.

The staff who greeted me is mediocre service except the server who took my order was pleasant.
Food was not bad and little pricey.
I won’t come here for meal in weekend because it is always crowded.

The service here is exceptional, food is amazing and it is overall very clean, the waiters are very well dressed, clean, and nice, that at least is in general, i cannot speak for all of them as they are their own person, but the focus here is the quality of food, not the fancy lights or ambience. Being an old guy, i dont care about the scenery, the food is what im there for, that being said, the scenery is clean and almost spotless, although not as fancy as some fancy restaurants are i would prefer on this because the quality is there, only complaint is i came here around 2 months ago and me and my wifes food were cold, but i didn't complain because white spot has never let me down. 10/10 would reccomend.

Best whitespot location in the lowemainland. Burger combo is the (double double with poutine). Dessert is the strawberry cheesecake. Both are delicious.

The happy hour was excellent, you can get pretty nice meals and appetizers for a very attractive price.
I couldn't forget to mention the super gentil, nice, friendly and efficient staff. GREAT job guys

Had the best meal at white spot Kingsway last night. Karen was an amazing server, she was very attentive and made us feel welcomed. I left a $10 tip on a $55 order and I could genuinely see the look of appreciation on her face. This was so refreshing to see in a city where servers expect tips like they’re nothing. Karen did an amazing job and i’ll be sure to even tip her more next time. Thanks Karen for making us feel welcomed and we really appreciate your service.

Our favourite White Spot location, staff always go the extra mile and it’s a great place for people with kids. We also order from them on Skip the Dishes, always packed with care and arrives hot.

Service and food were sub par for me the calamari was overcooked and the batter was excessive the flatbread was ok and the burgers also

5 stars for our server. White Spot is White Spot and the level of food should be expected to be the same no matter which location you go to. Our server, Kim, was incredible. She was always smiling, and seemed genuinely happy to serve us.a quality rarely seen in Western restaurants. We had questions that she answered, we had others that she couldn't, but she went to find the answer. 5 stars for Kim! And, oh yes. I had the mushroom burger, and it was not a disappointment.
