We came in for the last breakfast service before permanently closing, we will miss you all so dearly! The Willowbrook location has been a staple in the community for what seems like forever, so many people that I know have shared great times here. The staff have truly turned into friends and saying goodbye to our Saturday morning ritual will leave a big hole in our lives.

Still a great restaurant but the prices have increased, again. Some items that we used to come here regularly for have now become out of reach. Classic Sausage and Eggs is now $17.99; what was once a weekly breakfast is now turning into a monthly treat.

Love this place. In the past there have been issues with incorrect orders and slow service, but things change as staff changes. We typically go for breakfast and the quality and portion size are on point. The price is creeping up but that's not unique to this chain. Try the turkey, bacon, and spinach breakfast wrap with a side of zoo sauce.you won't regret it!

Always fresh, great tasting food at White Spot. Service was prompt, courteous, and professional. Food was quickly served in spite of the restaurant being very, very busy.

Hubby had mushroom burger. I had a breakfast sandwich, which was cold. The meal took forever. Service was slow sat for 5 minutes before a server even came to the table. Had mimosas that were served in the wrong glass. Shame on you for being fully decorated in Christmas when we haven't even HONORED OUR VETERANS

The White Spot has a special place in my heart. I remember as a child going to the White Spot and getting the the Pirate Ship meal and eating it in the back of my dad’s vehicle with a long tray that stretched across the back seat windows. You can still go to this White Spot location and get your order and meal while staying in your vehicle. Love the White Spot burger. Our visit was great. We had a large group and the service was great. The food was served hot and it was tasty. The restaurant was clean and well lit. The washroom was clean also. The location has lots of parking and easy access.

Very sad to hear this location is closing in December! We'll be sure to visit as much as possible before they're gone.

A cozy White Spot location. My friend ordered a hard boiled egg, a pickle, and ranch. Worried that it’d be too obscure of an order, we were prepared for disappointment. Alas, our lovely waiter took great care of us and made our dreams come true. God Bless White Spot.

On Friday we were seated in Mo’s section. He was really nice, very personable and efficient at his job. My only complaint was the wait time for food (literally only because I hadn’t eaten since 7am that day) but then again it was a busy Friday with a lot of huge groups of people. Mo handled everything like a champ!

Went for breakfast here with a friend. Food was as promised and delicious (although a bit more butter on the toast would be appreciated). The service was stellar. Janine (spelling might be wrong). She was bubbly, attentive without hovering and adjust an absolute rock star. Awesome tattoos as well. We’ll be back to sit in her section again.

It’s a good place. I really like the food. Sometimes. I get to see my hi school friends working there. I kind of wander.what makes them want to work there?

Way too long wait time probably close to an hour not a large table either, simple meals, people who can after us got their food before us and it was not an outstanding impression.

I had the garlic prawns with supposed to be roasted cherry tomatoes and they were hot but not roasted and spaghetti not quite what was expected but ok.

Food quality is terrible. Those were the worst pancakes and waffles that we ever tasted. The service was fine. Expensive for what you get.

We ordered the take out turkey dinner for two for $49.99+tax. The turkey, potatoes, stuffing and gravy was good. The carrots and broccoli were completely raw and hard which was disappointing and my mother could not even eat them. Also note that the picture shows whipping cream on the pumpkin pie but no whipping cream is provided.

Every time I go to White Spot I always think I should have gone to any other place. Food is pretty average.
Decor needs renovation.

Hello Manager …. Looking at your responses to the one star reviews why do think people deserve 5 star the next time? Shouldn’t you be providing 5 star service, and quality at every visit? Your prices are absolutely off and the chart now, how dare you charge over 4 dollars for a glass of flat pop I certainly wont be back

White spot has gone down hill over the years in quality of food and how its served. My waffles one visit had defrosted strawberries on them with no strawberry syrup, barely any whipped cream and the 2nd visit my caesar salads lettuce was pale, wilting with pink edges. They still have some good dishes but certain things are lacking now.

The server that we had today was awesome! He was seriously on the ball and I would only say great things about him! It was my first visit to this white spot and I will definitely return, just based on the service alone!

I have a real problem with waitresses who don't give service to tables with less people. I arrived and was seated, waiting for a friend. 4 tables were seated at least 15 to 20 minutes after me. The waitress walked right by to serve the tables with families. I arrived at 7: 10pm, she kept saying she will be right with me. Not even a glass of water. My friend arrived about 7: 40 and she still hadn't come to the table. She finally came to the table at 7: 55 and we said you happy hour starts in 5minutes, so we'll wait since you didn't want to serve me before. Then she came by at 8: 10 and said our food was up. She brought it to the table at 8: 25 pm. Cold. I sent back the shrimp and too hungry to send back the rest. Terrible serve! The only time the waitress came to the table to actually pay attention was to get a tip.

What a marvelous place to have breakfast alone! The staff are a pure delight and good grief, that Denver omelette is a beauty!

Okay, so we have been going to White Spot for ages and not always had on point services, but that's okay. It happens. We are all human.

So this exuberance was interesting but ended really well. We arrived and were told a 25-minute wait but was about 45 minutes. The staff was great they updated us and gave the 4 kids the kids' menus to draw on. We chatted with the front desk as we waited for the larger family to leave. Once seated, we all was good. However, we waited another hour and a half for our food to arrive. The server was so nice they brought fries early, apple slices for the kids as the kitchen was short staff.

The manager came out and apologized, and we 100% understand. The food was good, the service was slow but all the staff involved was very kind and aware.
