We've come to this white spot numerous times. Poor service, cold food. Servers standing around. We won't come back again.

Been going here regularly for last few months and have had enough. Food (spaghetti bolognese, steak) has been mediocre - soggy spaghetti. Service has been bad, ex) trying to find server. Be better white spot.

I usually like white spot lunches, yet today service was slow & restaurant not really busy. I was disappointed with "canned baby shrimp that was used on my sandwich considering being a coastal area and the price for it. I wish the menu or waitress would have said it was canned.it's not the same as fresh.

Ordered take out and was disappointed to see how small the pieces of fish were in our fish and chips. BC chicken burger patties were smaller also. Overall very lackluster and definitely a big change from previous times I've ordered or eaten in the restaurant.

Breakfast warning. Those delicious smashbriwns they used to have are now just run of the mill hashbrowns (but still called smashbriwns) and rather meh.

I never write reviews but this I had to write. I ordered cheesesteak hash from this location on Uber eats, the order is supposed to come with poached eggs and hollandise sauce, I never received any of those items. The food came like it wasn’t cooked at all and everything looked raw, I attached a picture to see, I called the store directly to see if the issue can be fixed by just giving me those items, they told me I have to speak to Uber eats directly. This is very disappointing and I’m never ordering from here ever again. If I could give zero star that’s what I’ll give.

We have always loved White Spot and this one is very good. The waitress Patricia is a step above and always makes our time there feel like home/ family. The staff make it a place to come back to.
This restaurant does need some physical updates as the benches are old with the upholstery cracking and making the seats very uncomfortable. If not for this fact I would have given it 5 stars.

Food portions are meant for toddlers not adults. The tartar sauce looked like it was already used. I got about one bite of coleslaw. For $20 this is a complete rip off. Save your money and go buy fish and chips from White Rock!

Phenomenal waitress on Monday (05/16) lunch, I didn't catch her name. Coming from an 8 day vacation where I almost died due to allergies, I was extremely comfortable in ordering and eating without fear of dying. That is something to appreciate.

Portions where really small. Food quality was horrible. Place was empty service was still slow.

Son had the kids meal and wife and I split the mushroom veggie. Delicious as usual. Sadly these kind folks are short staff much like many restaurants lately so food took some time. Service was very good though so was pleased overall.

Slow service. Didn't have any kids menus or crayons. Staff at the front door were clear having an interesting conversation with each other.as we waited for them.

Great place to go with the kids. They're doing a good job of managing restrictions with dine in eating. The food is always good. We go there quite often when we're not in the mood to cook and haven't had a bad experience yet

Wow. Super disappointed without how much they cheated out on pouring soup I ordered. Got home to realize they didn't even fill the containers to the halfway point and charged me full price.

I have made the same order at other locations that have filled the container to the brim.

Never ordering from this location again.

The brunch we had was amazing! The eggs benny came out perfect and the skillet was a good size and perfect for us!

We asked for well done bacon on our eggs Benedict it wasn't and the waitress puts the food on the table and never comes back to ask if we needed more coffee or anything else. And we had to call here to bring the bill after we were done.

Won’t be visiting White Spot, and especially this location again. I understand that Covid and blah blah blah whatever the excuse is has caused issues with supply chain and finding staff, but I’ve not been to another restaurant that has both increased its prices so shocking much while understaffing their service to such a degree. I love White Spot, in general, and it kills me that I can’t enjoy a reliable, affordable, delicious casual meal out here anymore. $100 for 2 people for a rushed out, but underserved service with mediocre food just does cut it. Literal Cactus Club pricing for fast food quality meals. The servers are friendly and competent but are so obviously over stretched that they cant keep up. Perfectly summed up: $4 for free refill pop is insane…even more insane when you can’t get it refilled.

I have been to this place twice but the visit yesterday changed by reviews for this horrible place. Specially this is because of the server (old lady) who was from the first step was very very rude and gave a weird and unwelcome looks as if why we are here. While placing the order everything changed as she said that fish and chips will not available for now as they have to change the oil which is one of the most stupid reason I have ever heard and felt as if she was lying and wanted us to leave the restaurant as soon as possible. Will not be visiting this place as I feel they only want certain class of people to only visit … sorry for sharing that but I along with my family felt it really offensive.

This White Spot location is by far my favorite location in terms of service and quality of food. They have fast friendly service and food always comes out fresh. There is parking available in front and the side of the restaurant. The area can get fairly busy with a number of businesses surrounding the restaurant.

They served me a raw egg, the egg whites were still runny and clear, and when I asked for a waitress, she gave me attitude when I pointed it out. Every time I’ve come to this location it has always been a bad experience. They need to retrain everyone, or shut down at this point.

Had an amazing experience! The greater at the door whos name I had to get (Erica) was so kind! She made sure that after we got our seats we were helped and got our drinks. She would also come and check to make sure food was great!

Attended yesterday August 11th around 4PM. No one there. No one at the bar. No one at the front. No waitresses/waiters in the seating area. No hostess. No customers. I saw a waitress walking around in the Kitchen who seemed to always miss seeing us. Also heard 2 ladies laughing together, chatting in the kitchen.

I hollered "Hello" twice to see if we could get someone's attention to be sat, once incredibly loudly, and nothing. We waited for 5 minutes to be greeted let alone sat. Nothing.

Left without speaking to - being greeted by - anyone. What else could we do?

Much better service than their neighbor Cora I was seated right away with friendly and quick service.

Just passing through.glad to see this place is still open with inside seating. Haven't been here for about 10 years. Had a decent burger, cheescake, and coffee.

Awful service, we ordered the food through skip, burger and fries were ice cold and no sauces or ketchup given and I called the store and Manager named Varun refused to take any responsibility to deal with the issue and stated it’s not our fault and wanted me to deal with the third party (skip the dishes) It was like talking to the wall. Absolutely Poor management and no customer service skills.

I ordered take out- The wrap with a side spot salad. When I got home, the spot salad was wilted, soft greens with nothing else. I found half an almond and 2 craisins in the entire box. Disappointed and annoyed.

Would highly recommend, was really good, staff are friendly and food was made quickly. Lil bit pricey but it's worth it

Been here several times over the years. Occasionally, there are mishaps with our order, but for the most part it is always what we expect. The one time I did the survey and gave a bad review, the manager reached out to me and sent us a $20 gift certificate. So that to me shows they take your concerns seriously!

Getting up there in price, like my favorite which is the chicken and mushroom fettucini alfredo is now almost 20. But I'm going to gladly go to support businesses through this hard time!

Servers here are great, food is awful. Burger platters are yummy and same as they are at any other location. Everything else bleh.

This is the LAST thing I EVER order from this White Spot and possibly from all of them. We ordered breakfast and got home to no smash potatoes. When I called back the girl answered the phone with a very abrupt, “can I help you” - I had to ask if I was calling white spot. Told her we did not get our smash potatoes (these are ENDLESS in the store) and when my boyfriend came home and showed me what they gave him.well it was a waste of time to even bother. They gave him about 1/4 of a take out box. Now the rest of our food is cold. Like you guys used to be our favourite place for brunch but this is the final straw.

The worst service ever. It took us 20 try’s to get the waitress attention and ask for a straw. Don’t come here if u have plans to go somewhere after.

Service was great as was the food the new menu offers little choice but understandable in these covid times. Support your local eateries

By far, the best customer service I've ever experienced at any White Spot! Very clean and food is hot. We drive out of our way to go to this White spot. Great wheelchair access.

White spot has been out family favourite for long time. I have been going here for over 15 heats and since I find past couple years service and food quality and everything has gone down. I find servers to be moody sometimes very good service at times quite rude and slow. I’ve had many unsatisfactory meals and the manager don’t care, he says defensively “no this is how the dish always is”. Now with social distances in place they are not busy like before however more slow than ever. I am wish the quality of food will improve again especially because prices have all gone up.
I prefer to just get take out to go home or eat someplace else nowadays compared to there.
I mention it’s a good place for whole family too.

We ordered it today for Father's Day dinner. We asked for onion rings but they were out so asked for yam fries instead but never got any. And our home is only 10 minutes away from white spot. By the time we got home burger bun was so wet, mushy and soft. Next time I will not order white spot for pick up.

It's become a go to spot for an affordable supper or breakfast.
Ond of the servers is actually a retired nurse, so it's nice to know that someone has a high level of first aid, and she's a sweetheart too.

Great customer service

Wendy is awesome. I had a minor issue with a take out order and Wendy took care of it right away with a smile. I love white spot. It's a place for everyone. To the owner. You must keep that young lady around. She has made me a life long customer of yours. Thanks Wendy and staff.

We're from out of town and we were told we HAVE to try White Spot. We got seated immediately. We ordered our food (White Spot Club with fries and the Bacon cheddar Bigger Burger).

It seemed like it took forever for the food to come out. And when the food did come out we were seriously disappointed.

The White Spot Club was cold and hard. The bread was cold, the Bacon was cold and the fries were REALLY COLD. They replaced the fries with more cold fries. Like seriously.

The burger was ok, nothing remarkable.

Asked for the bill, and that took forever.

Good service, and decent food. The wait staff here prepped a breakfast for 23, and all were fed within a few minutes of each other, and happy. Will definitely come again!

First time in a long time that I have been to White Spot. Was a good experience had a great waitress and the rest of the staff was friendly and the restaurant was kept clean. Will return some day

Worst meal ever. Ordered my usual bacon cheddar burger but first time dining at this location. Bun was soggy.so obvious they are frozen buns reheated. This location has poor service.

I hadnt been to this location in about a year because the service had gotten so slow. Wanting to give it another try, we went back today.
Nothings changed. Waited just under an hour to get our food and the restaurant wssnt evn half full. Food was good, but the wait time was unacceptable. The server, though friendly, was also slow in getting our bill.
If you dont mind the waiting, go ahead and visit.

Don't waste your time just hut up trusty dons across the street and you will be more then satisfied. As well Cleanness is not satisfactory

The restaurant was nice and the server was very friendly. The food has suffered over time as trying to change their identity to an upscale eatery hasn’t gone that well. They are charging top dollar, but not the quality of higher scale competitors. Half of the menu is a story about who they want to be. Used to just have great burgers with butter toasted buns, now they have the same burger with a huge non toasted bun. I guess I like a better burger to bun ratio.or more steak and less sizzle as the case may be.

Service and food were awesome! Had the turkey dinner delicious, love how they did the brussel sprouts! Nice bright restaurant

I grew up with this so it might be a nostalgic thing but White Spots are always great, this location has awesome staff. Also the beyond meat burger is surprisingly living up to the hype. However, their classic burgers and pastas are the real reason to go.

Nice staff. Asked for as many pickles as a burger could possibly handle and they delivered. Only thing that ruined the night was the screaming kid and the parents ignored it and let the kid scream his head off. Manager should have stepped in.

It was ok friendly staff the ceasar salad wasnt that great no dressing at all fries were tough burgers were just typical white spot I didnt get cheese and everything is better with cheese
