Arrived for 9 AM on Tuesday for breakfast. Greeted by a friendly Server. Not a lot of customers during my meal. I had the Hearty Breakfast for $17.99. The Restaurant/Bathroom are well maintained and clean.

Table wasn’t cleaned. Staff was slow, harried and provided poor service. We sat for 42 minutes before we got our food. No apology. Worst service I’ve had in some time. Not sure who is managing this place but they need to step it up.

I went for breakfast and had the most incredible conversations with Ella and Gemma. They are amazing servers and made my experience that much more enjoyable. Go pemberton!

Came back after more than 2 years! Service and food quality have had a major overhaul. Kudos to the new management and staff. I'll definitely come back again.

Roman gave us the best service ever. Super friendly and was always on point with drink refills, giving us extra condiments, etc. Also, the bar looked awesome!

Waited to be seated while staff were chatting. I asked for soft poached eggs and there were cooked solid. I also asked for extra hollandaise sauce and none was added, and the bread was dry with little to no butter. The server spent the entire time that we were there sitting down at a table with a gentleman and talking loudly. Management needs to step it up here.

Dropped in for fish and chips from the UK, cod and chips better than England.

It was an acceptable experience. Both customer service and food were good. This has a big square feet and lots of tables but There were not alot of customers so you can enjoy the calm ambience comparing to other branches

I order here for pickup and the fries they gave was a like leftover like a tiny bits of fries. So whoever order for pickup check your order before you go home.

Bumbling, incompetent staff can’t even get an UBER Eats order right because they’re to busy making TikTok videos. Recommend a different White Spot location for your needs.

White Spot is an iconic eatery in Vancouver/Lower Mainland. Famous for its Burgers with Triple O mayonnaise, they also serve international entrees such as Pastas, Salads, and other unique dishes. It has Happy hour so we shared 2 happy hour appetizers and wine all under $7! Each. The food is of great quality and reasonable priced too. $$ Bon Appetite!

Great menu choices. Try the Halibut & Prawns. Excellent. Service a tad slow. Understandable as a result of the Pandemic and lack of available workers. Great to see the Sous Chef come out and assist. Thank you.

This is the best White Spot in North Vancouver. Professional, friendly and amazing manager, staff and the restaurant itself. I am so grateful to all of them. They are the only star among all the stars that shine well. Thank you to all of you. You are the BEST.

Since the food is pretty uniform in all of the White Spots it really comes down to service. My parents are elderly and used to go on dates at the first White Spot in Vancouver so they are pretty critical about food and service. I have taken them to all of the Vancouver, Burnaby sites and they have not been happy. Finally I drove over the bridge and found this White Spot! Finally I had happy parents! Thank you for great speedy service and Good food. We'll drive the distance to come back. Good Job!

Very good food, and the venue is seldom overcrowded so it's a really good spot for a decent meal and calm conversation.

Have stopped there twice in the last two weeks for dinner. Both times service was exceptional, food quality was great, and covid procedures that are being followed made us feel extremely safe. Will definitely go back again.

Again, the servers are fantastic. That, and the reason that I love this chain so much, is the reason that I keep coming back. Sadly, the food can be a bit inconsistent. It's never inconsistent enough to send back, but it is the store that I have had this experience the most often. Possibly because it is so close now?

Avoid this white spot. Putin was all mushy and the burger was over cooked. Service was good tho.

Not my favourite White Spot location. Service was pretty good, though it felt a bit rushed. The food wasn't as good as I'm used to from a White Spot. It wasn't made with love, that's for sure. I'll go back to my neighbourhood location in the future.it's tried and true!

It was nice to randomly show up to a White Spot that wasn't lined up for brunch on a Sunday. Service was fast and friendly.

Standard White Spot fare, but the chocolate shakes might as well be vanilla. This is always an issue at this location.

Server was friendly but order was wrong, fries were dark (oil hadn't been changed), burger patty overcooked, floor was dirty.

Ordered for take out. They forgot the salad for both meals ordered. Fries were cold and the burger looked like a dogs breakfast. Take out is not recommended.

Unfortuantley they told us to wait and there was no waiting lots of tables empty they just said they are low on staff and they cant take more people

Always a lovely experience, great staff, and the service in general has never left me disappoint.

Good old Canadian grub, endless fries and an awkward menu layout that is hard to flip through but one that they are reluctant to change.
Go now and become a "Spotitarian" which is their transparent corporate cultured way of saying you're a regular

Servers are not as well trained as competing restaurants in the area. Fries are not gluten free at this location because they use the same fryer for everything. This is suprising since this is a newer location. The older Park and Tilford location does use a separate fryer for gluten free items.

Nice place and friendly staff. My daughter loves coming to this place. Good for families with kids as well as adults.

The service was professional and very friendly. Our server was engaging with us the entire time. Even with us being the last diners that evening. We never felt like they wanted us to quickly eat and leave. They made us feel very welcome and appreciated.

Slow service. Everyone's orders eventually arrived at different times making it impossible to eat together. Meals were not hot nor very appetizing. Worst Whitespot experience ever.

I am a child of The White Spot. It is a standby for decent food and good service. The problem is they are so busy. I had to let the world in on a secret but this one is a little less busy than the other White Spots on the North Shore. So you get the usually wonderful spot food without the wait. The service here is a little slower than usual but I attribute that to not being busy.

White spot tends to do things pretty well.
Still one of the few places I'll order a burger, since usually I'd just make it better at home.

Mixed up with my take out order many times, mostly missing items.once I ordered online and went in to pick it up they had no idea about the order so apparently they did not received anything from their computer as the result I had to wait 30 minutes. I don not know what is going on with this place.not going back at all.

Food was good, service was poor. Although, there were plenty of staff in this nearly empty location, most were simply standing around chatting with one another while we were repeatedly waiting for service (to be seated, to take our order, coffee refill, fries refill, and even the bill) each time apologizing for the wait, but then doing it again. Our server spent plenty of time gossiping with tables he knew a big tip was due, and neglecting our small table. Thanks for wonderful experience, we won't be back.

Worst white spot ever. I don’t know what planet these people are on. Service is so slow and terrible. Place was a mess, only giving it 2 stars because the manager tried and she was very empathetic. It seemed like she was trying to do everybody’s job.

Service was slow and eating utensils were dirty. Restaurant was out of the two items I wanted to order. Our food was served cold too even though it didn't seem busy. Unfortunately, my drink came with an unwanted guest.even the second time when they "fixed" it.
Two stars because our server was polite & comped our meal for our trouble.

As of this writing we've been waiting for our food for over 45 minutes. So for no other reason, this experience deserves just one star.
