August 16/23 - 16: 30 hours. Table for two

To the owners, please accept my sincere apology for a huge error on my part.
The previously posted review was not intended to describe the dining experience.

In fact, the meal was better than anticipated. We stopped in for a quick bite and short visit.
The quality of the burgers and fries only complimented a great afternoon.

Our server was friendly and attentive. My only regret is not leaving a large enough tip.

I look forward to our next visit. Two reasons. Great food and to offer my humble apology for my lapse in judgement

Got to stop for lunch during a work trip and I had an opportunity to sit in during the rush.

They were prompt in getting me placed at a table and offering me a beverage. All out of non-alcoholic beer that day, but I happily settled on a coke.

I ordered the beef dip and the waitress managed to up-sell me on the add-on (wasn't hard, I love crispy onions, but I commend her for the effort.) At one point of miscommunication or another. These things happen don't get discouraged; the onions and cheese were missed.

When the meal arrived, we shared a laugh over her selling me a Ferrari and delivering a Honda. She took everything in stride and played along, excellent conflict resolution skills. Read to the end.

The meal was enjoyable and hit the spot. When it came time for dessert, her partner (a new trainee on day 3) brought me a menu and I took a shot with the caramel brownie. Upon delivery the girls played a joke and showed up with a bowl of whipped cream for dessert (now thankfully, they didn't dip my nose in it, although I would've had a good laugh) but the waitress told me I got to lose out on two Ferraris today. Her partner showed up shortly after with an excellent dessert to cap off my lunch.

My only regret was I didn't speak to the manager directly about the efforts M and C went out of their way to make the experience personal and enjoyable.

Standard White Spot fair, Very consistent service and the food quality is always really high. They are always busy which tells you they're doing something right.

The wife and I love the white spot! The triple O sauce will keep making you say “ooooohhh that’s good”. It’s like a Big Mac sauce on steroids!

Ordered a Nats hardy breakfast asked for over easy eggs, got eggs that were so hard I threw them out. Sausage they make are questionable not sure if they’re cooked. Ordered a waffle breakfast from this place and I got half a waffle and one piece of bacon, you’re also going to want to order extra paper towel for you’re sausages because you’ll want to ring out all the nasty grease. Won’t be ordering food from “white spot” anymore. I don’t recommend anyone else either

Another consistently good restaurant in Penticton. And you can get bacon and eggs in the afternoon!

Great place to eat with the family! With the ac rolling it was perfect! Good food that was super quick!

Always go when we are up from Vancouver Island when visiting family in the area. One of the kids favorite places.

The staff was no so friendly and the food wasn’t all that good. I got the spaghetti and it didn’t have much flavour and the noodles weren’t cooked very well. My sister had that Mac and cheese with chicken strips and she said the chicken had a weird flavour and the Mac and cheese was dry. My mom had the 1 piece fish and chips, the fish was very soggy. The restaurant was very dirty, it looked like it wasn’t cleaned for awhile. Won’t be returning

My husband ordered a bottled Heineken and a quarter of the bottle of beer was missing. Our server replaced it. He ordered fish and chips and said it was good. My legendary burger was a bit overcooked. The service was very good when we arrived and then we did not see our server again until we asked for the bill.

Wonderful service! The portions were perfect & the food is great! Stopped for breakfast & they let us bring our pup on the patio!

Haven't eaten at a Whitespot for 6 years. The food (bacon, cheese, 6 oz hamburger) was as delicious as ever. The Cesare salad was great. Service was friendly but not over the top. Everyone's food looked. Definitely going back.

Brought my elderly mom for dinner. Very happy with everything. Kevin greeted us at the door and was polite. I am used of some people treating us different because we have dark skin but he treated us equal. Then he served our teas and the cups were very clean. Once our food got to our table, the food looked absolutely delicious and once I started eating the food it was very clean as well.

Took my son on a mother son date night after I got off my 12 hour shift as this is my son’s favourite place to eat. Go to pay for our 2 meals and was charged twice. When I noticed the next day I called the manager and he was going to look into it and get back to me the next day and I haven’t heard from anyone. Not very impressed with the customer service that white spot provides. Let’s just say my son will have to pick another restaurant.

Screwed up the whole order but was good they offered to remake and give a 30$ gift certificate food was good overall

Yummy breakfast. In past, we have enjoyed deep fried pickles, amazing salads and the best burgers! Staff were run off their feet but remained cheerful

4 people went and had fish and chips and 1 was not cooked enough. Other than that was all good

Doesn't seem to be much for customer service at whit spot penticton any more. Food and service has dropped dramatically.
