White Spot Richmond Centre

It's one of my favorite restaurants. I like the chicken broccoli and chesse dish, and also the cheesy bacon perogies. The price of the food is reasonable and worth it. I really want to come here for breakfast once as well. From what I heard, it has a good breakfast.

We had thanksgiving dinner here and so grateful to have Yan as our server. This is probably our 2nd or 3rd time here over the year and Yan has such an amazing memory about our drinks and what we like. My daughter had not arrived yet and she suggested that i wait for my daughter so the food would not be cold. She even remember how much we love cranberry sauce! She is an asset to have and I look forward to my visits to Whitspot! Please convey our thanks and appreciation for her excellent service!

Yan is the best server! She remembered both mine and my mom’s order from a year ago!

She provided excellent recommendations for food and drinks. Also, she handles a busy restaurant like a pro: efficiently, kindly, and with a smile on her face.

I hope to have Yan as my waiter again!

I absolutely love coming here for breakfast. The coffee and food are simply delicious! I had the spinach and tomato eggs bennedict and it was mouth watering! I loved the hashbrowns.

Very disappointed with the service of the host. Half of the tables were empty yet they put us on a wait list and made us wait 10 minutes.

Ordered the bacon cheddar burger and thought it was decent as well as the apple pie.

Not as extensive a breakfast menu as before and prices are quite high for reg.bkfst. Originally was going to IHOP but paking lot full.restaurant very busy.prefer their menu/prices and that may explain why they are full and Whitespot wasn't.

Met a friend for brunch. I had the Nat's hearty breakfast (pictured). Lots of crispy bacon which was amazing. I opted for the smashed potatoes which had not been boiled long enough before they were smashed so they were a bit on the crunchy side for my liking. Otherwise, the food was good as it always is.

Restaurant manager is weird.

My friend and I was asked to leave, because we had a service dog with us.

I mean, we waited for 30 mins, and got asked to leave? Seriously? You could've just let us know right away.

Manager reminds me of dim sum place.

The waffle is my favorite, if whitespot can do better would be to serve pancakes all day, the staff are always friendly, usually run off their feet. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Located within Richmond Centre, with direct entrance from northeast parkade. Across from Canada Line Brighouse Station. Good service. Decent place for breakfast. Has sour dough bread, shredded hash browns. Free mall parking.

Atrociously bad. Ordered the omelette with “endless” smashed potatoes. I didn’t even finish the first ones. Everything was raw and undercooked. Omelette had massive undercooked onions. Told the waitress who asked us how the food was. She saw all of the food on my plate intact and said okay and left. Avoid at all costs.

I come here whenever I want to have a big breakfast or brunch. This setting is better than IHOPE’s. But the servicing is equally slow, especially when you ask for the bill. A clear sign of labour shortage and the waitresses are just too chilled… Food wise I think it’s worser than pre-Covid. The portion seems smaller and the cooking gone downhill. Free flow of coffee and a nice seating for a long chat are the only reasons I returned.

I am skip driver. It’s so hard to find parking here and then they will keep you waiting for 15-20 minutes. Staff even don’t bother to tell you how long is gona be for your order

Updating my previous 3 star to 5 stars. Excellent service today from the hostess to the waiter. Coffee service was perfectly timed. My sons breakfast was cooked well and not greasy. My cheesesteak bowl was tasty and filling. Thanks for a wonderful breakfast experience!

as a tourist from italy who came here for vacation only very few places really deserved a round of applause

Went in for dinner. The prices were good for the portions. The Caeser salad was surprisingly good and was the highlight of our meal. The service was good and the food came out quickly. I will definitely come back if opportunity arises!

Super attentive service and a quick meal at that! Our coffees never emptied and our food came out nice and hot! Absolutely hit the spot. The ketchup was also really really really good.

Terrible Service. Service with a smile does not exist here. Food is mediocre, they don’t have iced coffee! Go to McDonald’s.
