Love their fish and chips but it's sad how much their prices have gone up now. It was great when it cost $16.99 but now it's $23 something makes a dinner for 2 a little pricey.my husband and I used to go 2-3 months but now maybe once a month or every other month.

We ordered take out where you park and eat in the car. We are very impressed by the service. Thank you so much for the amazing experience and food, really appreciate it!

Consistently good food service and atmosphere servers are friendly and kind and the food is consistent never experienced a concern that wasn't immediately addressed and the staff work hard especially Mike he's a genius does his Job well and you ll never need for anything when he is your server Bravo! Ask for extra chilli sauce on the club sandwich it's tasty!

The ambiance is superb, I highly recommend this restaurant, the food was amazing and the service was fantastic! Specially my server sadia1618 was such a professional and friendly that she helped me to chose delicious food. I would love to visit this place again and again thanks

One of our group had allergies and was very through in the requests of deleted items. The burger came wrong, but they were on top of getting it fixed. The manager offered extra sides while we waited and allowed us to take the wrong one home to avoid food wastage. We offered to pay for it, yet in the end, they said no while also comping the entire burger meal. Might not be a big deal to some, but it really made an impression on us. Thank you, and we will be coming back again.

Terrible service. Server told us 2 times she would be with us shortly. Never came to take our drinks order. We sat waiting for 20+ minutes before we got up and left. No acknowledgment whatsoever.

Had an issue with a previous order and made a complaint. Issue was resolved quickly and the customer service was great. The food is extremely good here, highly recommendable.

I normally don't leave bad reviews. Unhappy with the service at this White Spot location. Was told "will be with you shortly" twice by server.waited for 25 mins no one came to even give us round of waters while we waited. Got tired of waiting and eventually left. Hope next time service will be better.

The food was good, the waitress left on her break and never told us but also no one covered her. We were waiting for the bill for over 30 mins when we asked a different staff on the other side of the restaurant where she went and that we asked for the bill was told she went on break. Not great.

Service was the best part. The food was good although prices were not good. I was treating a friend for his birthday, and he was disappointed in the fries he got with his burger. We got lots of coffee, which was good. My food got cold quickly because it was a bit too cold in the building.

Great location for comfort food and a relaxing atmosphere. The service was quick and professional. The food tasted great, as always. The blueberry milkshake was delicious.

Menu has finally been updated since covid. Prices have gone up quite a bit. Food is still good. Fish and chips used to be cod but now its haddock.

Busy location but wait time usually isn't too bad.

White spot is pretty consistent so can't go wrong.

I just wish they bring back the chicken pot pie. It's sooooooo good especially on a rainy day. Please bring back chicken pot piiieee.

Me and hubby went for lunch. We sat for a very long time after being seated and were actually about to get up and leave before or waiter can to take our order. The food when it arrived was good. The waiter then left and we did not see him again. We ate the food and sat a good 30 min with empty plates in front of us waiting for someome to remove the plaits and bring the bill. A waitress finally came and took one, left the other and again another 10 to 15 minutes went by and husband finally got up and asked a random server if we could have our bill. Very strange since usually this restaurant is prompt. There was no apology for the long wait our server popped his head out saw the waitress bring our bill and walked away.

Food was good as usual but this time there were a few disappointing things. The old fashioned drink was made with rye, French fries ordered as an appy arrived after the mains when I asked about them and the avocado served wasn’t ripe.

The quality of food has declined significantly over the years. Despite the best efforts of the staff, i'm doubtful to go back again.

Amazing food and amazing service! We hadn’t returned to this location in ten years but what a wonderful experience. The fish n chips we ordered were beyond expectations…fresh, hot and actually crispy! Fish n Chips…Better than England! So DELISH!
Plus our server was so kind and courteous which sealed the experience to be top notch!

It is a place I chose to go when I’m in the area. Both the food and the service is amazing. Specially the service by the veterans who has been there long.
Every now and then though I find some servers and hosts being un professional and rude and very disrespectful to guests. Those people need to be reminded daily about the legacy of the restaurant. The manager has a big responsibility in doing so. Those few immature employees need an orientation on how to do better in restaurant business.

The food is usually okay but size and quantity is never consistent. My son ordered for us tonight but once I saw the increased prices I tried to get him to cancel. Your burgers and fish & chips weren’t worth $18, I will no longer be ordering there as $23-25 is completely not worth it. Sorry, I’ve been a loyal customer for years, even when they messed up the order repeatedly, but I’m not paying that much for that quality of food.
