Food was good as always. Our server was remarkably good. We were a large group, and she was superb.

This place is fire. I had the halibut and shrimp with coleslaw and it slapped. The staff is great and hopefully I'll get to go again

Been here twice for pick up order so far. They deliver to your car however parking is horrendous. I had to park by the garbage because they don’t have reserved parking for food pick up even tho they offer it.

The people who work here are nice and the food is consistent. Just wish it was more organized for curbside pick up!

Me and my family sat in just before 5pm and waited and waited. We got passed by 5-6 times including the male EI floor manager who’s wearing a buttoned shirt -2 the size of his body. Normally once seated, we would be offered by drinks for starters but not even one server approached. None of the servers seemed to be interested in working there by their looks on their faces. Even when I made my conversation with my wife be heard to a Filipina server 10 feet away, she still passed by pretending not to hear anything. A female EI server also came out from the inside of the kitchen with plates who seems like she was hanging out from inside the kitchen the entire time. I could also see 2 employees standing at the front counter just talking with the floor manager while we waited.

After 10 minutes of waiting, we just walked out. 4 employees including the manager all East Indians were standing behind the front counter all standing looking uninterested in their jobs were looking at me and my family wondering what was happening.

We have been regular customers of this restaurant since they’ve opened and tipped fairly but never experienced the dinner time. Seems like that fat East Indian manager needs to go. No motivation to himself or to the servers.
The the female Asian manager is way better and friendlier.

Had a few apps during happy hour. Shared the poutine, zucchini fries, and quesadilla. Fries were soggy and gravy was watery. Zucchini fries were bland. Quesadilla was okay. Highlight was my beer.

I'll stick with the burgers next time.

Take out has fast service. Food ready when they say, even on busy days. Just make sure that you give yourself a lot of extra time if you dine in for breakfast though. Service is polite but super slow. Can't get coffee fillers (unless you call out loudly across the room for someone to come), stuff asked for is forgotten (cream, extra napkins, water filler, etc.), no one comes to check to see how everything is going. Dinner seems like better service. Maybe servers should be having an espresso before coming to work in the AM. Great food. Ok portions.

I don't know if they sold this place to a new owner because it used to be better. Not very clean, dirty cutlery, dirty table (you would think this shouldn't be a problem during a pandemic) low quality ingredients used for food. Cesar salad was all limp and brown. I wouldn't go back here.

This restaurant has to work on their service.which is painfully slow. Other then that the food is decent.

I just went today at this location with my kids. I have had the worst experience (food and customer service wise) here than at any other white spot I've ever been. The food is definitely below average and don't even get me started on the staff. The management here does not know how to handle even 6 tables full at the restaurant. I went there when it wasn't busy at all and the staff was walking around without a care in the world that people are waiting for the orders to be taken or the kids have been sitting for legitimately 25 to 30 minutes (at the quietest time of the day) before the food arrived. The cutlery was never given to us. There were 5 of us and my husband had to ask them to bring us. I mean how rude and careless.

I loved how White Spot was always my go to restaurant for homely feeling with good and reasonably priced food and this particular location has definitely given me a reason to look elsewhere. I will never put a foot inside this location, I would rather eat leathery meatballs at Ikea next door than come here.

Horrible experience.the only thing I got on time here was the bill. I did tip but I'm regretting the decision. I gave it 1 star because I unfortunately I can't give it anything less.

Ordered fish and chips they were just drenched in oil wouldn't recommend this location for anything other than burgers

So I was going to ikea for breakfast but found out they no longer serve breakfast and had to go to the next closes thing which is.white spot, I tried the nats hearty breakfast.for $15.99.there's really nothing HEARTY about this plate, it comes with 3 small sausages, a tiny portion of scramble eggs, this horrible thing they call smash brown potatoes and some really stale chewy pan cakes. I had better breakfast from A&W, I'm beyond disappointed that especially for the price, they have the audacity to serve so call breakfast at such standards, I come to realize why the people who frequent here are majority senior citizens.their taste buds flew out the window and they could care less about how they spend their retirement funds, basically I'm going to dennys or dedutch the next time I feel like paying close to 20 bucks for breakfast.the only decent thing I had in my meal was the watered down Coke, if you look at the picture, the foods almost the same potions as those little sauce containers.outrageous, also I was seated and had to wait for 6 minutes before someone comes to take my order and about another 6 to 8 minutes before they realized I finished what I could of this plate and sat there looking around waiting to get the bill for check out

I didn't really eat here because it was very full and their service was okay now I got all the other restaurants that I've been to and I feel like they're overcharging you for some of the food but the food is good on its own really a task and their service is okay it's not good but it's like the answers to get at McDonald's like ones daycare few mistakes here so that's why I'm only getting in 3 out of 5 stars.

Good food. Surprise birthday cake. However when a guest is offered a coffee refill, please deliver. Was offered a refill twice and still had to request my second cup. Are the cups smaller or do I have restaurants confused?

Very disappointed, White Spot is an icon breakfast place in Vancouver. Today was my first visit after 15 months, I couldn't believe how bad the service and food had become at this location. To top that they removed one of the only Gluten Free breakfast items by changing the mix in their oatmeal.

Family friendly restaurant that has quick and dependable, friendly service. Very family friendly menu and prices. Kids menu available as well. Usually come here for breakfast on weekends as a treat for the kids and they enjoy it every time. The pancakes are giant and the waffles are similarly sized. Oatmeal and farro is cooked to perfection. Other menu items are burgers and sandwiches and the traditional diner fare like grilled cheese available anytime of day. A standard for family fare. Good value for money.

Place was fairly empty hosts were quick to see us and nice. The waitress though was not at all attendant most of the time that we needed her she was never around we had to wait 7 to 10 minutes for her to appear from the back. There was only four tables, two other families in the entire restaurant and she only had our table and another table look after. I can't in good conscience give this a bad review because the food, the hosts and the actual restaurant itself we're fine. But having the flag down the server repeatedly even to speak to her first I don't feel deserves a four star+

We went for lunch and ordered fish and chips. Food was really good. Service is also nice. Overall a pleasent experience.

Visited before the most recent restrictions and the place was setup well for social distancing. The staff were friendly, but didn’t come by to refill drinks or fries often. The burger was decent, but the beef drop was terrible. Wouldn’t recommend this or any other White Spot. They really need to improve their menu.

Great food! Everything was clean. The waiter had great attentive and polite start however it disappeared towards the end and we were ignored so it took a while for us to leave when we were done. However I'll give the benefit of the doubt even though it wasnt busy.

5 STARs for me. Good customer service. Nice environment. I ordered the NEW Avacado Beyond burger no ranch sauce gluten free bun, regular fries, and Zucchini sticks. Burger taste great, first time I had a burger where it didn't fall apart on my first bite. OLD warm fries, I told the server and I got a fresh one right away, and Zucchini fries were tasty. If you are planning to order regular fries, maybe ask them to make fresh because they offer endless they might have so much laying there and the freshness might not be consistent. It is

Generally standard WS quality, service was a bit poor, with low attention from staff, no drink refills, no one coming for payment, etc.

Loved this landmark restaurant. The food is excellent and the service was quick and efficient. Their hours of operation were also extremely pleasing to me as I often get home quick late but can always grab something delicious before going home.

By the time we got there around lunch hour it was fairly quiet on a stat holiday aka Good Friday. It sure changed 20 minutes later. I font think the restaurant was expecting this rush.

My wife and I tried the new avocado burger (highly overrated and overpriced we think) while the kids had a pirate pack.

Midway through our lunch, my daughter says what's this from her mouth. I took this white object which was a piece of hard plastic from her cheese pizza.

The senior staff did write a report on this called the 'Foreign Object Incident Report, ' so it's obviously this isn't the first time nor its last time. It was a good chunk of plastic, about a 1 centimeter long (see image). Am glad my 5 year old didn't try to munch it. The staff was willing to offer us another pizza, but my daughter was turned off on it.

Would we return to this location? Not 100% at this time of review.

Sunday 9am arrived waiting 5 mi utes for someone to come to host station to be seated. Food took 25 minutes for breaki to arrive it was sub par waffles were cold and had hairs one it. Place was empty service poor wont be back to that location ever

Milkshakes and burgers were good but the service was so slow! We were a big group but we reserved so they knew we were coming in and should have had more than one server on the table.

I've been to white spot more times this year than I have my whole life. Comfort food, usually attentive servers. I like the food, unfortunately not a lot is made in house.

Nice clean newer restaurant went there around 11.30am service sucked not many people in there we were seated had to wait almost 10 minutes before waitress turned up again asked us what we wanted to drink. Then while eating meal no one asked if we wanted coffee refilled i had to call waitress and ask for refill

Food was perfect from portions to flavor and our server was very pleasant. This place has never disappointed. Its not fancy, just s place to eat good food with friends and family

Whitespot restaurant has always been one of my favorite places to eat. You're almost guaranteed an excellent meal. I especially love their breakfast selections. From Eggs Benedict to a classic ham and eggs breakfast, there's one dish you're bound to return for on your next visit. The newest location in Richmond that opened 3 years ago is the least busiest of all locations in the lower mainland, but it is a good one to go if you're in the area because the wait is way shorter. And there's plenty of parking.
