Relatively well organized place. Lots of booths. I was only disappointed with the grapes that came with the pirate pak. Moldy but these things happen.

RAW CHICKEN BURGER

My brother in law ordered White Spot last night for dinner via Ubereats for our family and I ordered their Gochujang Fried Chicken burger with fries and coleslaw. I had about 3/4 of the burger until I realized that the thickest part of the chicken burger was fully raw inside. The burger was covered in a thick spicy sauce, so it was hard to notice how raw it was until I cut into it with a knife. White Spot is supposed to be a well established restaurant so we were all shocked at the rawness of the burger. I'm also heavily pregnant, so the risk of having uncooked/raw chicken is a huge risk to my baby and me. We immediately contacted White Spot, and the manager gave a $50 food credit via email for the "disappointing experience" with the "under done chicken" (an understatement.it was raw!) which I think is ridiculous because firstly, why would we want to go back after this experience, and secondly, it's not even the entire bill or even a refund, but a food credit. It's one thing for a steak to be rare, or have raw fish like sushi, but chicken and pork cannot be eaten undercooked or raw. We're incredibly disappointed by the food and the way they handled the situation. I will be contacting Fraser Health as well as this is a serious issue.

95 year anniversary and serving fries soaked in oil.along with clubhouse with maybe a drop of sauce with burnt bacon, and charred toast.

Great chicken ceasar wrap and yam fries. Fairly consistent which I like. The blueberry milkshake is soooo good.

First visit here, good food for a chain restaurant, great service.
Keep coming back for the great food.

Ambiance is good with friends.still more expensive than other places for the same amount of food.

We had a large group and the waiter was awesome. A little annoying that the prices are going up on food, but I get it.

I ordered ribs and called this location to confirm what type of meat they were (pork or beef) prior to placing the order. They indicated beef. Shortly after some were eaten, my SO started feeling ill. After researching learned they are actually pork and not beef. The employees need to be more educated on the foods they serve, this could have resulted in a more severe reaction!

Meh. Prices have gone wayyyy up for food that's mediocre. Their breakfast is still good but no longer affordable for family dinners.

I did not eat. I just took a glass of wine. Chatted with a kind retired teacher who has a few years over me. And a lot longer than me in White Rock when they came. They pay for my wine even giving me the half of there bottle! Reminded me of the Lord, s care in small details. " The blessing of the Lord maketh rich and added no sorrow with it. " Thank you Lord for this couple.

Our waitress was a delight! Unfortunately I don't remember her name but she was amazing! We were there to celebrate my 30th daughter's birthday and we had a nice early dinner. She even had a free dessert. Very nice restaurant. My only complaint was my Flatbread was not as warm as I wanted to be but was tasty and I enjoyed it.

I trained as a White Spot waitress 47 years ago. The rules and standards the manager taught us aren't observed that much now, IMO. For example, "Always acknowledge a new customer. " Today, wanting a coffee and a bite, I stood at the front desk for quite a while, servers going back and forth, nobody making eye contact. It was after the lunch rush, not busy, with a lot of servers for the mostly empty tables. At last I called out toward the back to see if anyone would come. Someone seated me as if she were doing me a huge favour. After reading over and putting down the menus, I had a question. I still hadn't received any eye contact or any other form of acknowledgement from anyone, and I left. After all, my last few experiences here weren't that great. (The food didn't taste good to me.) It's past time to lose the sentimental attachment and find another place.

Food is great, but never ready on time. You can order one or two hour before pickup and it will never be ready on time. Ordered from this location 12 time and it is always a 10-20min wait.

This white spot customer service is phenomenal. Ordered skip and the food was super cold and hard. They remade it and threw in 2 blueberry pies which made my daughter so happy

This place is excellent. They’re very consistent with food and service. One of the best White Spots I’ve been to.

As a vegetarian, I ordered a vegetarian burger for take out and they gave me beef. I didn't realize until it was too late that there had been a mix up. I am very very upset about this and I hope that no one else will have to deal with this. Will not be eating here again

Ordered delivery a while ago and the company (not white spot) mixed up orders and delivered the wrong things.
White Spot not only told me to enjoy the wrong order, but immediately remade my original order and the manager delivered it within 20 minutes to my door, fresh and hot!
And guess what? Inside was a coupon for a free burger.
Ive ordered from here a few times since and even got a free desert once!
Really love this place. They know how to do business.

Would recommend this place to everyone, had one of the best customers experience ever and the food was really good. We came here for the first time and the server Marion gave us the best service we have ever seen in a restaurant.

My parents and I had a lovely brunch here for my Dad's birthday. The staff is very friendly and accommodating (my parents have some dietary restrictions). The atmosphere is relaxed. The place is very clean and well-maintained. There's lots of space and seating so meals are never rushed.

What a scrumptious meal we had here. The entire staff was fabulous. My dad has some challenges and he was accommodated fully. Have the Cheesesteak Hash

I always get incredible service from this location. The take out team takes special care with all my orders, sometimes even enclose little thank you notes with treats and hearts like today. If you can't dine in, please consider supporting this location, they are AMAZING! Thanks guys!

Good food like most White Spots. This was my first time at this location. Lots of friendly, helpful servers. The atmosphere is good, I even enjoyed the background music! No flies or obnoxious odours. I may return. The prices are acceptable, above fast food points and below five star gourmet level.

White Spot in White Rock is a poetic existence, not only because of the name, but the way it's atmosphere whisk you away to a bygone era where things were a little simpler. I brought my girl here to get her a burger (you won't like her when she's hungry) and a little something for myself. In classic me fashion I ended up getting a full rack of ribs and when I ate all my fries the server said ' can I get you some more? '. How could I say no. When we left to catch our D-Box seats for the movie Dune at strawberry Hill, we felt like we were leaving with more than full stomach but with a new home. We will be back.

I really recommend this place. Not just for the food. You can have different experiences depends of the mindset that you are.
But you can have a dinner in family or a date if you prefer, or you can stay in the bar and hang out with a friend.

Went in today for a early lunch, my partner ordered the waffle which came cold! I ordered the legendary burger and fries both arrived cold! The only positive was the server was very good! Not a good place to dine.

Their burgers are well known for a reason - so juicy and great flavor - especially the bacon cheddar bigger burger. I wish they didn't take their spaghetti & meatballs off their menu though - they were sooooo good. They've also recently taken off their halibut & chips - cod just isn't the same - for me, fish & chips is all about the halibut. I'd like to see more stability & consistency with their menu offerings.

I was left with a bad feeling the other day after frequenting our local White Spot in White Rock. As always, I had my COVID vaccine passport (which included my booster shot) and accompanying ID ready to show along with being masked up. As they should, the staff member at the front door asked me to present vaccine status, which I did immediately. I then posed the question, is it the policy of this establishment to have a mandatory vaccine policy for their own staff? I was then told that I wasn’t allowed to ask that question because that’s private information. In which I replied, I not asking you about your personal status but rather asking about what White Spots COVID vaccine policy was. Once again I was told that it’s not my business which implies to me that there’s a possibly employees that are not vaccinated are free to work there. There’s no way to tell and while I’m keeping others safe by showing my passport, the reciprocation is not there from White Spot’s side. Interesting enough, Sawbucks Pub from across the street, is more than happy to announce that all their staff have been fully vaccinated. Going forward, I’ll be taking my business to Sawbucks or other restaurants that have staff vaccinated before I step into White Spot again and put myself at risk.

PU order tonight and was cold. Have had this happen few times. Morgan Crossing WS is better, but not opened tonight.
Makes me mad when pay this money and tip for Luke warm food

This evening my husband and I dined at the south Surrey White Spot on 152nd Street. We were served by Thomas. We would like to say what a pleasant experience it was to be served by him. He was very calm, pleasant and efficient. The turkey dinner was excellent.

Thank you Rachael for making me wait 20 minutes for a single brownie and then putting only a fork in my take out package. You had one job. Luckily I had an extra spoon in my bag, but come on. Not even a thank you after I paid. Rough night? Don't take it out on people who aren't involved.

One of the best family oriented restaurants you can go to. Amazing customer service. The food is authentic and delicious. Friendly atmosphere.

Very nice place and service. In line with most White Spots. Our last order took a little bit to arrive to our table but I guess it is to expect considering the current times.

We've been going to this location for 3 years. Over the last year the food has lost seasoning and flavour. Wonderful and attentive staff.

Honestly the amount of times i’ve ordered from this place and had my order messed up is crazy.raw zoo sticks, 1 slimey white piece of lettuce on my burger.raw burger patties …. The kitchen needs to figure it out or hire someone else.expensive food, terrible quality.worst white spot ever.

They follow covid protocols. But I suggest plexiglass between tables. We were a party of 7. Two tables divided us. But some of us wanted to sit in tables of 2 and we're not given the option to do so. The bar hostess was so scared to work and had to go ask the manager how to seat us. We are a year into this pandemic. Let's try to learn how to seat customers.

Even with a limited pandemic menu, my mom and I had a great lunch. Service was efficient and friendly. Lots of room to feel safe.

We live in Chilliwack, but we went for a drive to White Rock to walk on the pier. Then find a place to eat, we found/seen White Spot. Went in and got seated. A+ Service. I had a two piece halibut+chips. Best I've had in a long time, next time gonna do a three piece of halibut. We Will Definitely Be Returning!

Ordered 2 burgers last night. All contents were in the bag (which is unfortunately rare with take outs for some strange reason) staff were practicing safe social distancing protocols which really made me at ease for eating here! Will definitely be coming back!

Ordered a curbside pick up order, and an entire meal was missing, so we went back to see if it was there. We were questioned as whether we were sure it wasn't in the bag. We said we checked, and were again asked if we were sure. We had to bring the food back in to prove it to them before they would get us our missing meal. Will not order curbside again.

Great location, lots of free parking, good basic breakfast and coffee before starting the days work. These types of big restaurants are slowly disappearing so I support them frequently.

We ordered 2 pirate packs.one burger and one spaghetti.spaghetti came as penne.it was very spicy for my 4 year old.the garlic toast had parsley on it.and my kid refused to eat it because it had green on it! I mentioned it to the server who was amazing! Which is the only reason I'm giving 3 stars! Above all else everything was just meh! I dont often go to white spot for this reason the food was just meh! Boring and flavorless! Loved our server tho!

This was the first restaurant I went when I arrived to Canada. I've been going back since then and my experience have always been great. Semiahoo location is definitely my favorite not to mention the salmon trio meal which is what I always order is super yummy.

So nice to be able to go and dine in the restaurant again. Great precaution was taken to keep everyone socially distancing. Staff were curtious and kind. Service was fast. Restaurant was clean.

This is where my Father and I meet when he comes over from Blaine WA. I think if we could find a different place to meet we would. It's convenient and the food is quite inconsistent. At times good then the next visit quite poor. I've lost count on the number of times we've had to send food back. We're very easy going people. Dad leaves a big tip regardless. But you'd think after all the years we've been eating there someone would acknowledge us Poor management, OK staff. Feels like the focus is not a good meal but seeing how fast the staff can flip the table. ️

Love ordering the bargain breakfast sandwich with shredded hashbrowns with hollandaise overtop, it's about $15 after tax and tip if you skip the coffee, which they have downgraded lately. Used to get three cups, now it's just two, or none at all.

We had our 96 year old Dad with us who has little appetite and isn't interested in eating. We ordered the chicken pot pie for him. When it came we gasped as it looked so huge with its puff pastry topper but he ate every bite and enjoyed it! My husband enjoyed his fish and chips and I loved my shrimp and scallop fettuccine done with gluten free pasta and a gluten free bun. Our waiter, Matty, was very helpful, obliging and attentive while flying around serving many other customers.

My go to every Thursday for dinner. Honestly I can go anywhere for dinner but you have an incredible waitress named Tammy. Tammy looks after me so well every time. She is smart, witty, observant, attentive, kind, caring and always has a smile for me. I expect good food and I am never disappointed. She is the reason I come back every week. The cuisine here truly never disappoints, everything is always so fresh and cooked with passion. Last night my wife and I came here for a nice dinner date we started with a fantastic Prawn and Avocado flatbread, my wife enjoyed the seafood fettuccine with prawns, scallops and clams and I enjoyed a beautiful Pan-seared Halibut and Prawns, we then ended our meal with a delicious Salted Caramel Brownie to share ️ everything was just superb and we can't wait to go back.

Did not have what I came here to buy, apparently sold out. Instead of leaving I ordered another sub par dish. Received the bill and paid almost $40 for a simple sandwich, gravy and pop. One person. Not worth it. Service was ok but some offer of consolation given that your establishment did not have what I came in for would have gone a long way. I got nothing but an overpriced mediocre sandwich, leaving unsatisfied. I will go somewhere else when I want quality at a reasonable price.

Typical White Spot. Service was decent. Food was okay. Not enough space for the population of Grandview.

5 of us stopped in for lunch around noon. Our server was friendly and our food came out in a timely manner. I had the salmon burger and it was really delicious. A couple of the guys had burgers which they enjoyed. The only iffy meal was the chicken and mushroom fettuccini which was bland. I would return for lunch or to try the yummy looking brunch on the weekend.

Very friendly, cozy place for having Hamburgers and fish‘n‘chips. My favorite is the mushroom burger with coleslaw and poutine.

This specific location is by far my favourite I’ve been to. All the employees are so friendly and the vibe in the restaurant is super calming and an overall very pleasant experience. There are so many different menu items it’s hard not want to try all of them. White spot offers many meals from the classic amazing fish and chips, gluten free items, vegetarian, and even some menu items can be vegan. White spot offers food for all that’s why we’re all spotatarians! I highly recommend the blueberry milkshake and the poutine. But if you want a healthier option I also recommend any of the power bowls. Power bowls include quinoa, for roasted tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, house salad, roasted corn, dry veggie slaw, and picked onions Thai dish is very delicious.

We bad customer service. I waited 40 mins for my food and it was served cold. Will probably never go back there.

They've dropped that home-cooked favourite! So ordered the seasonable halibut and fries but again disappointed with the thimble size scoop of coleslaw. Still in the Sunday evening groove I ordered the apple pie. For some reason they've dropped warming it up! They've added whip cream and the tiniest scoop of ice cream. The apples were little cubes and were fridge temp. What a all around disappointing experience!

Went there about a week ago and had a really rude server. Melanie or Melissa was her name. She literally threw my sons icecream on the table after we waiting 10 to 15 mins for it to be served. I asked her can we pay and get our icecream so we can leave after already being there for 1.5 hours waiting.she literally got snarly and slammed my sons icecream on the table. Told the manager and nothing was done. Disgusting

Food is good as always but this time got very annoyed with the service. First of all the server was very slow, even though it wasn't busy. And the most frustrating part was that I ordered a drink that was never served and later saw on the receipt that I still got charged for it.

Updated review: visited today again and I have to say I am not coming back here, the food is just never good here. I go to white spots a lot and this one just doesn't taste good!

Had lunch here while staying at a B&B in White Rock, The Haddock was excellent and thier signature burger was very good, service was also very good.

We ordered the pumpkin soup, garlic bread (panini), the menu fish and chips and the bacon double cheese burger. The soup and fish and chips were the winners. Food was fresh, delish and well seasoned! Will definitely come back if in the area again. Service was great!
