The burritos are terrible!
We bought 2 and both were so wet!
We only ate them because we were hungry. Never again!
Consider one star as a negative star.

Went to buy some "fine" cheeses there. Selection was poor and the cheeses I did buy were so underwhelming. Prices in the store are way overpriced.

This is a rating based on the bakery section at Whole Foods. We had the New York Cheesecake with chocolate topping. It had a nice consistency of a cheesecake but the crust was soggy. I rate this dessert 4 out of 5. I have had other desserts from here and overall you can’t go wrong when you’re in need of a tasty dessert to bring to a party or special event. My favourites are the lemon cake (mouth watering) & vegan chocolate cake.

Very neat and nice organization. Healthy organic food, pricey. They also have cooked food etc.

Incredibly disappointed when “Helen” ignored my questions for directions in the store. Just walked past me and pretended like she could not hear me. I asked for her attention multiple times but she walked away. Very rude and unbecoming of a person working at Whole Foods.

Wholefoods is always a solid choice. This one has a great food area/coffee shop.
Birthday cakes are great value.

Great place, as a vegan I recommended 100%, i found everything in just one place, just hope they open in Calgary as well

Now cheaper than Superstore because of Galen's price gouging. Cheapest alt milk / alt meat prices in the city. Nice fresh take-out deli but that stuff is super expensive and you pay for convenience. I used to hate this place and its snotty adherents, but times have changed.

It's convenient having a Whole Foods close to home. The first 30 minutes inside the underground parking are free. They also validate parking if you plan to be there longer with a minimum spend. The Whole Foods is great overall. I really don't like the smell inside the elevator from the underground parking lot. It always smells like strong fumes and it's a slow elevator so you're trapped in there breathing in these really bad smells. Some better ventilation would be handy in there.

The store is VERY CLEAN, and usually well stocked for a smaller location. Unfortunately, the parking spaces in the area, and underground, are VERY narrow. Watch for door dings.

Don't know which dates to believe? What is it? Are you interrupting dates for more recent ones?

Clean. Super helpful staff. A bakery employee went out of his way to show me where I could find creamer for coffee, taking me there rather than just pointing in the direction.

I always enjoy visiting this Whole Foods. There are many specialty products of all sort and the store maintains a high end and modern look which is really cool. The design and architecture of this store further enhances the shopping experience. The store is always very nicely faced and fronted, all of the inventory is situated in one clean line (aligned uniformly). The staff have been quite friendly, even during the challenging times with the pandemic. The prices are fairly expensive so watch out for that but there are many specialty products that can't be found elsewhere. I do feel bad for some of the employees though. I have seen some of the bakers yelled at by one entitled customer. I hope others show a bit of respect to these retail employees because their job isn't fun or easy. Overall, this store is always a pleasure to visit and I always make sure to treat the workers with respect.

Everything is weird here, prices, rude employees and low quality of bakery. The only good thing about here is cleanliness, which that one star comes for that, but seriously employees were rude to me.

Strict Pandemic Prevention Strategies in place. Conveniently located with public transportation around and just a few steps from other shops and restaurants. It does not offer a patio to enjoy a coffee while shopping but there are plenty options around the SOLO district or across the street in Brentwood Mall.

I ordered flowers to be delivered. Norma and May were coordinated with their excellent/superior excellent service.

The beautiful flower arrangement was delivered within an hour.

I love Whole Foods not for everyday grocery shopping but popping in now and then and treating myself to the bakery.

Great staff/service. Usually love everything from this store but this is the second time we had a big problem with the bakery cakes. The cheesecake has gone up in price (which is expected) BUT after cutting it was really difficult and the bottom soggy, we found the top half was FROZEN. Not fresh at all.not nice to bite into a rock hard strawberry. It also tasted boring. Upon calling, the super nice lady at bakery counter sadly said they don’t make their cheesecake anymore! They have a 3rd party supplier truck them in. She agreed this is not good. FYI the other time it was about their Tiramisu Cake. You think you’re getting quality tiramisu but noooo. You are not.

Wholefoods itself I love and would give a 5 star review for the product range, store cleanliness, eco footprint and ethics as well as a huge emphasis on the fact it focuses on selling and promoting local business products within BC.
Albeit expensive, they have a fantastic selection and the bakery section is awesome with little yummy goodies to eat on the go, including lunch options such as sushi, pizza, deli, burrito and hot prepped food bars.
The reason for my 3 out of 5 review, and not a full 5 is that the sushi bar is a huge rip off, does not taste fresh, dry and downright disappointed, terrible!
Also picked up one of those Swiss Bakery Pretzels on the road for a snack which was absolutely delicious!

Love whole foods and just the whole concept. They have stuff here that you can really get thinking about your health, wanting to come here even more. Their bakery is amazing and I love that they make their cakes fresh (plus you can pre order if you want cake like for a birthday, for example).

I just take one star off because it can be a little on the pricy side. The only other thing is that there was a slight mis-understanding in my latest visit to the bakery to preorder a cake about two weeks ago where the staff wrote the wrong date and time on the pre order sheet so when I went on the right date and time I specifically told them, I was told the cake I ordered was not there and that when they showed me the sheet with my order details, it said ‘did not pick up’ and that’s when I realized the girl had written the wrong date and time (despite confirming with her). Luckily they had just freshly baked a new cake of the one I had pre ordered just one hour prior to when I arrived so I was able to still get the one I wanted.

I’ve never had a bad experience here before so I’m guessing it was just a one off thing. I’ll definitely be returning in the future.

I really enjoy shopping at whole foods. The ambiance and freshness of the product here are worth making a stop. I generally would stop by here for either the good quality cuts of meat or their small dessert section.

They have other things like cooked food, pizza, sushi & coffee bar if you are looking to grab something to go and eat right away. I have not tried any of those but it does look good.

The staff here are also very friendly and helpful. I find the staff working here to be more knowledgeable than most grocery places I go to.

The only con I'd have is the price. Compared to places like save on foods, superstore etc this place is quite expensive. You are definitely coming here for the experience as price would tell you to go elsewhere.
