I'm really impressed with the service I received from the Wholesale Blind Factory. In spite of it being summertime, where typically one can expect a longer than usual turn around time due to staff holidays etc, the Wholesale Blind Factory still managed to complete and install my order within their usual turn around time. I'm pleased with their service. The blinds are good quality and installer did a great job. It was a pleasant experience, doing business with them. I highly recommend them if you're on the market for blinds.

Friends recommended Wholesale Blind and we had a great experience. We went to the showroom but we also had a sales consultant come to our home to see the space and determine what products would work best. We ended up choosing blackout roller shades for the bedroom and 3% roller shades for the living room. Great communication with the installer who came to measure the windows and returned at a later date to install the shades. We also paid for removal of the old aluminum blinds which was very convenient.

We needed blinds for 21 windows and Tasha, Mike, and the rest of the team did not disappoint. We went with motorized roller shades for the main living areas and manual for the basement. Blackout roller shades for the bedrooms and light filtering fabric for the other rooms. There is a large selection of fabrics and competitive pricing which is the main reason we went with this company. Highly recommended.

Visited twice, some fundamentals about the product were not able to be answered or seen on display - referred us to see the manager during the week.both our visits were on the weekend. Had to prompt multiple times to see if they'd confirm the measurements before order & how that would occur.
