Furnace stopped working. They sent a repair crew over the next day and had everything up and running again in short order. Would highly recommend.

Again we have been provided excellent and timely service by this company. Thanks for helping us. The tech was awesome, friendly, and super honest with what we needed. Will keep calling Wightman for help.

We are so happy with the rapid response to our a/c issue considering how busy every company was during the crazy heat wave. The tech was super friendly and got us fixed up very quickly. No wishy washy “possible problems”, he knew what it was, fixed it, and the cost was fair and less than anticipated. Thank you for the great service!

** update. Required some more maintenance, called Wightman, 2 x a charm, again, great work, fast, efficient and courteous. Really impressed with these guys, from the booking intake through service and cash out. Even rocked some little booties when in the house.well done.

Greyson did a job that a normal installer wouldn't do, pulling a 60 gallon hot water tank out of a narrow 23 inch opening.
He and his manager did it with a can-do attitude that no other company employee could do.
I was impressed.

Jayden was very nice and helpful in letting me know how the filters, furnace and heat pump work. He took the time to show me how to set the thermostat, as well. Clear about costs and got everything done quickly. No problems!

Our heat pump locked out yesterday. Wightman was able to schedule a service visit the same day that I called them, which is impressive in that we are in the middle of a heatwave. Jayden confirmed his arrival time and was efficient in diagnosing the problem. I really appreciate his explanation on what is up with the heat pump. Awaiting quote on parts or possible replacement of 17 year old unit.

Best service I have ever had. Specifically, friendly, (all staff interactions) rapid response time, knowledgeable, options were fully explored, and advice was without any evidence of bias. Furthermore the actual work was done extremely neatly, and in some instances beyond the work madate. I have no reservation in strongly recommending this company.

Had to buy a new HVAC system and the buying experience was great from beginning to end! From the salesperson to install team to management, everyone was kind, knowledgeable and fantastic to work with.

Dwight was amazing! My parents AC broke down this Saturday night, right at the start of the heatwave. We called and left a message and Dwight called back right away. Within half an hour he was at my parents place and fixed the AC immediately. From breakdown to fix it was less than an hour on a Saturday night! Highly recommend. Thank you again!

Jayden came and fixed a mistake made by another AC company. It was clearly my bad to go with any other company in the first place. What at first seemed to be an expensive fix became very reasonable as Jayden was able to identify a small wiring issue with my AC compressor. 10/10. Will 100% be using them and specifically asking for Jayden for any future help needed.

Our AC stopped working earlier this month when the temperatures were in the low 30s. Was referred to Wightman by a friend who had used their services previously. Contacted the company online and received a follow up call the next day. Grayson was both friendly and professional, checked everything that needed checking and replaced a part that wasn't working. In and out in short order with the AC working great again and the cost was very reasonable! Would definitely use these folks again. Thank you!
