Wild Pacific Trail

The Wild Pacific Trail is a beautiful place. We went on the lighthouse loop which was a nice and easy 2.6km walk with some inclines but pretty walkable. The views were amazing. The sound of the wind, the crashing waves, the rocks, the trees and the many viewpoints with benches made this visit very enjoyable.

Nice walk around the headland with a bail out innthe middle for anyone that is having a hard time. Great views benches to sit on. Parking csn be tight but is allowed along the roadside as well

Super endroit, le bord de l'océan pacifique est sublime, on y voit le souffle des baleines. Les rochers avec les îles et les grosses vagues c'est vraiment beau. Il y a des bancs un peu partout pour s'asseoir et les points de vues sont grandioses. La piste est facile.

Nice coastal area loop trail that's definitely worth checking out when in the Ucluelet Tofino area.

Beautiful. Walked here several times and each time it is different. In the mist it is captivating, in the sunset it is breathtaking, and after a storm, wild. Will come here again and again. A must see.

Well marked trail. Lots of good photo opportunities. Takes about an hour to an hour and a half depending on how much you stop

We did the 2.6km lighthouse loop and probably 1km of the coastal section.

Overall, would give it 3/5 stars.
3/5 if you're a hiker looking for an interesting and technical walk.
5/5 if you're a runner looking for gorgeous views, gentle but frequent hills, and a relatively unpopulated trail.
4/5 if you're looking for a short walk with good views and varied fauna and flora.

Well, this was an easy 5 stars. Simply spectacular - words and pictures can't describe it. It's something you have to feel for yourself. I could have spent all day just staring at the waves. The trail is well groomed and maintained and there are so many spots to just sit and relax and take it all in. Go. Do it. Do it more than once!

Beautiful loop with great views. We've walked this many times, in many different weathers and it's amazing each time. Easy with a stroller, the path is well maintained. The lighthouse is fun to check out and the Love Lock post and fences are fun to see as well.

To say you should go there is an understatement. This hike has been the highlight of our 3 weeks trip in Canada including Rocky Mountains and the region of Squamish. We were there after 7pm, hesitating between one last hike after Tofino and going to the hotel resting.oh boy what a great decision we made to go. It’s a magic place. Be there early in the morning or late afternoon on a sunny day for the best light, and you’ll have a blast, no doubt!

Great trail with a beautiful and interesting coastline. Take your time to enjoy and your camera to take a lot of wonderful pictures!
