Many years ago, I got a copper IUD inserted at Willow Clinic. That was fine - in terms of scheduling the appointment and the procedure itself. Got it replaced, also no hiccups. (Again, this is in terms of the procedure only. My experience with the IUD is a whole other story. In hindsight, not worth it.)

This time, the booking process to get it removed was horrendous. Communication was extremely poor, all the way from the initial email conversation to at least touch base, up until the end. Add on the phone tag and the receptionist herself when we finally got to speak on the phone in real time. She was quite inept. She kept stuttering and randomly falling silent, which left me confused about what was happening on her end. The final straw was when she almost booked me in for an implant removal. That would have been the case had I not confirmed before hanging up. I 100% would have preferred to have my GP perform the removal, but when I went in to see her, she couldn’t do the job without risking injury, due to no ultrasound available, so back to Willow it was.

To the Clinic:
I know I’m not the only person who has experienced this communication issue, as the same complaint has been written here repeatedly. It’s 2023. Your clients would really appreciate an online booking system for ALL services — especially since you now very rarely answer the phone and only permit voicemails for certain appointment types, but then ask us to call to book anyway. It's absolute nonsense. There are plenty of online booking platforms out there. As well, please train your staff better in regards to tone/etiquette/customer service skills in general.

That being said, a final heads up for those who are looking to book a removal as well:
They only do online booking for abortions and IUD insertions, not IUD and implant removals. It became very clear to me that they seem to prioritize making money rather than actual care. So be prepared to be treated that way.

Honestly, really rude staff this is already a scary place to go but the staff are all cold and unwelcoming and make you feel like a number.
16 November 2023 0:57
Awful receptionist tells you off for your behaviour when you are in distress and emotionally scared. No Sympathy or caresThis is not normal and very unethical. Stay away from this clinic it should be reported.
11 November 2023 0:43
Staff and doctor were incredible. I got my second copper iud inserted here- my first time was just at a regular clinic and was very painful.
At willow, they give you necessary painkillers/anxiety medication upon request, and they’re very familiar with the process.
The doctor was super professional, kind, and supportive, and I literally only felt a pinch, no joke. I was shocked when she told me we were all done!
All in all, a fantastic experience, especially for such an invasive procedure.
To the women reading this, take my advice and go to willow! 10/10

The staff here have only ever been fantastic, both over the phone and in person. Dr Hall was very compassionate and lighthearted, which put my mind at ease. Would absolutely recommend.
22 August 2023 17:27
I had an IUD removal here and I would 100% recommend it. As my strings were not visible, I was very anxious about the removal potentially being unsuccessful, but the doctor I saw was excellent, respectful, and understanding of my anxiety around the removal.

For anyone who is scared for their IUD removal, or whose strings are no longer visible, choose Willow Clinic!

This is my first time having IUD insertion, the process was really smooth from the beginning, called to schedule a virtual and consultation and make an appointment, staff was really nice over the phone and also in person. Of course I was super nervous and scared from all stories from other women, but my insertion process is smooth and I got no pain at all (a tiny flinch but not pain) from insertion then normal cramps after its placed. Dr. Ellen made it super well and she explained what to expect after inserted. I would recommended Willow Clinic if you looking to have an IUD insertions:)
04 August 2023 21:12
Rude receptionist. I was actually concerned for my safety and all she said was “this is not a walk in clinic”. Never coming back especially when I was re-traumatized.
03 June 2023 7:40
Had my first IUD inserted last week and I had a great experience! The front desk was accommodating when booking the appointment and both doctors I saw for the consultation and procedure were very sweet, friendly, answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable throughout. I’ll keep coming here!
28 April 2023 1:26
I got an IUD here and the insertion was virtually painless. Cramping and bleeding yes, but I didn't even realize it was done. I did take ibuprofen before hand. They let you stay for a bit with a heating pad which is very nice and I would recommend getting one (if you don't have one already) for afterwards when the cramping comes.
22 April 2023 10:46
All the staff are friendly and helpful. They are punctual and welcoming. Very good clinic.
18 April 2023 15:01
From the front desk, assistant and doctor B was so helpful and patient. She helped me to relax and follow the procedure very calmly. Great service with great staff members. Even on the phone they were able to assist in every way they can.
08 April 2023 10:56
Dr. Amanda Whitten is an absolute gem, I’ve had her twice and she’s pretty much the only reason I like to come back to this clinic. She always lets you know what’s going on and I’ve never had any issues from my IUD placement thanks to her wonderful skill and amazing wealth of knowledge and experience. Never thought going to a women’s health clinic would be a highlight in my day:)
18 March 2023 11:51
Had two procedures done here. Dr weibe and Dr. B (forgot her name) both are kind, knowledgeable and amazing ️

Thank you!
29 January 2023 14:23
If you’re closed for over an hour in the day and cannot receive calls, it should probably be reflected in your online hours. The emergency line stated in the phone recording is COMPLETELY unintelligible, so from 12-1: 30 you can’t reach anybody, even in an emergency.
24 January 2023 23:06
I had an IUD inserted here with Dr. Wiebe and had a mixed experience. I want to start off by saying that I came into the appointment VERY nervous and anxious but the procedure was so quick and virtually painless - that was definitely a bonus, because I had heard so many horror stories about IUD insertions and I was pleasantly surprised when the doctor told me it was in - I didn't even notice! They perform an ultrasound before and after insertion and also numb the cervix - I think this really helped because I barely had any pain. The insertion/procedure itself was seamless and I had no issues there. I want to make it very clear that the insertion was so much better than I was expecting.

However, while Dr. Wiebe is clearly a very experienced and skilled practitioner, I was a bit taken aback by her bedside manner. I was visibly upset when she came in and she didn't address it at all; when I mentioned that I was feeling quite anxious about the procedure, she laughed and said "that's normal. " She immediately went on to do the ultrasound and the procedure, and did not ask me if I had any questions or concerns, which left me feeling kind of dismissed.

After the procedure, I had questions about aftercare and she was very dismissive and told me to "refer to the pamphlet" (I didn't receive any pamphlets so I wasn't sure what she was talking about) and just briefly went over keeping an eye out for infections. She had very blunt answers to the other questions I asked.

I was really shocked at the end. I was laying on the table while she was finishing up her chart notes and I said thank you, but she just walked out of the room without saying anything. I bled a decent amount during the procedure, and I was just left there on the table, still bleeding. I was confused because I wasn't given anything to "clean up" with so I was left feeling very uncomfortable. All she said was that I could go back to the waiting room to rest for 5 minutes or to the recovery room down the hall. I got dressed and went to the recovery room with the heat packs, where another staff member (a nurse or receptionist?) told me to "make it quick because we're closing soon and I have to leave to go pick up my kid. " There were 2 patients that came in for insertions after I did, so I knew I had a bit of time until the doctor was finished, but the comment from the nurse/receptionist threw me off. I ended up just leaving the clinic and going down to my car to sit for a bit.

The doctor was clearly in a rush, which I can understand, but a lot of people (myself included) are quite nervous with these procedures and I feel like I would've been much more comfortable if the staff were more compassionate. I am really happy that my procedure was so quick and painless, but I was really upset with the lack of compassion and bedside manner from the staff.

EDIT: I see that Willow Clinic responded, which I appreciate. However, I went down to look at some older reviews and found 2-3 additional ones with very similar comments regarding the lack of compassionate care and being left alone in the room bleeding afterwards, and these reviews mentioned the same doctor. It makes me wonder if these comments were ever even addressed by staff since they are 2-3 years old and the doctor is clearly still treating patients the same way. I really hope that the clinic actually takes some sort of meaningful action.

On August 16th I went to the clinic to get a Mirena IUD insertion. The insertion went smoothly, but I did get symptoms after, such as a high fever, chills, and discharge. After I got my IUD, I experienced frequent pelvic pain which worsened during intercourse. On September 16th, the pain ended up being so bad that I had to go to the emergency room. After doing a few tests, the doctor noted that the IUD was not inserted properly and nowhere near my uterus. As a result, I had to get the IUD removed. The clinic didn’t offer much to rectify the situation other than offer to provide another insertion. The experience I went through was absolutely horrifying, and I’m too scared to get an IUD. I wouldn’t recommend this clinic to anybody.
09 December 2022 0:13
They never answer the phone even when you call during clinic hours, front receptionist are rude and unprofessional. They don’t listen to anything just want to quickly hang up when your just trying to get some important information.
06 November 2022 19:58
Im posting this review to give my support to the staff.its obvious they are likely overworked and understaffed.phone lines are hard to get through to and appointment times are delayed (30mins - an hour) however, everyone i've interacted with has been kind, informative, and professional.i appreciate what you all are doing.this would be a 5 star review if operations worked a little bit smoother ; management should seriously consider coming up with some sort of plan to help with the workload and increase clinic-patient communication.at the end of the day its pushing potential clients away.some of which really need your help.
04 November 2022 21:37
I just had my IUD removed and unfortunately I forgot the doctors name but, I have to say that's the BEST experience I have ever had with a doctor. She was so kind and genuinely cared throughout the whole short process. Thank you SOOOO much. The clinic itself is small but clean! Thank you to all the staff right from check-in to leaving. You were all amazing!
16 October 2022 6:35
It’s impossible to make an appointment with this clinic, I’m calling every day for two weeks and there always the same voice message, and there’s no response, I fill up the forms on the website last week still on response, I went in person and they told me We can’t help you in person. I don’t know any other ways.
24 September 2022 20:20
Really positive experience at Willow Clinic. Minimal wait time, efficient in all aspects and the Dr.was so great throughout, checking in and explaining step by step what she was doing. In and out within 30mins, couldn't ask for much more! Would recommend.
21 September 2022 16:52
Never heard back after filling out the form to book an appointment. I was happy to discover that Canada has approved Nexplanon, disappointed that this clinic my sister recommended to me was not interested in helping me replace my Nexplanon. I used to have to go to America to get it, and now I'll still have to go.
17 July 2022 21:28
Filled out a form nearly 2 weeks ago, tried to call and contact via email still no word. Wouldn’t recommend as they promise that they will respond within 3 business days but never do. Save yourself the hassle go somewhere else
26 January 2022 11:48
My entire experience at Willow Clinic has been amazing both times! I went there 5 years ago to get an IUD, and recently to get it removed and have a new one placed. Both times I had Dr. Wiebe, they are incredible. They found common ground with me to keep my anxiety low while doing the procedure and it was fast and painless! Very informative and professional.

Willow Clinic is my go to for women’s health. And will continue to be. Thank you to the staff and everyone at Willow Clinic for creating such a comfortable environment!
25 January 2022 21:24
Been trying to contact them for two days and no answer, not reliable for follow up when having issues
27 December 2021 17:20
Got my vasectomy done here. Doc was very friendly and minimized pain. I'm quite thankful I went here
17 December 2021 17:51
The people, especially the doctors, who work at Willow are amazing individuals. My only gripe is that the appointment times are really inaccurate and you'll end up waiting in the waiting room for a long time.

What's a 1 hour appointment will realistically take 1.75 - 2 hours. Something for consideration if you have the kind of job where it's not that easy to be away from it. I've had instances where I thought I would be able to make a client meeting, and then couldn't because I was blocked up with the waiting.

I know that Willow is busy and COVID makes it especially more challenging. But I would consider having more realistic appointment times so that people can plan for it.
03 December 2021 20:52
Very prompt response I got and Dr and counselor were very kind and helpful.
Thank you so much.
27 November 2021 8:29
The staff at this clinic are very supportive and sweet, 5 stars to them! My experience with Dr. Wiebe was less positive. This was my first experience with this clinic, I came for a pap test this past summer. Dr. Wiebe oddly tried to get me to agree to an IUD during my intake with her. I was confused as I only wanted a pap test. I attempted to interject when she spoke but she kept talking over me. She asked me what I was doing for birth control, and her response was, "I guess that is working for you. " She felt more like a sales person regarding the IUD, to be honest. The pap test procedure she performed was the least painful I had ever experienced! That is the only positive re: my experience with her. I said goodbye to her as I walked out and she ignored me. My take on it was that she has been doing this work for so long that she forgot about the human element, the patient, that she is talking to. I would go back to this clinic, but not to Dr. Wiebe.
25 November 2021 0:25
I had great experience getting the Mirena IUD. I was nervous prior but the process was super quick and wasn't as painful as I had heard. I would recommend it to anyone who has been thinking about getting one.
19 November 2021 7:56
So impressed by Dr. Mulzet's skill!
I had been dreading getting my IUD replaced, because my first experience (years ago & far away) was so painful. But this time was a breeze!

It mattered a lot to me that the clinic staff respected my request to use an "atraumatic" tenaculum (a particular kind of medical tool). They also use effective local anaesthetic.

The IUD replacement was very quick, and just briefly slightly uncomfortable, as advertised. NONE of the kind of pain I had last time.

There was a long wait for an appointment, but it was worth it! Intake doctor said the clinic places hundreds of IUDs per month, and all that specialized practice adds up to a very refined skill. Highly recommended.
16 November 2021 17:23
I have been trying to get a hold of someone since Last week. When I finally got through the booking lady on the phone is horrible. Very impolite and rude. She told me to read over the website and call them back, and when it's already almost closing time for them.
I tried calling again today left a message and someone called me back right away, she apologized that the phone lines can be really busy. I spoke to Kaye on the phone one of the booking lady, and she was very helpful and patient with my never ending questions. Very friendly and professional. Would have been much more stressed without her. Made my day since I have been trying to contact the Willow clinic.
09 November 2021 6:51
I had a vasectomy performed here, they were very professional and the procedure went very smoothly with zero issues. The following day I was feeling almost 100% and never experienced any pain.
06 November 2021 8:10
Very traumatic event (IUD insertion) in a least traumatic and a most supportive way. Everyone is very nice and friendly. Big thank you to Dr. Hunter and Dr. Coffey
18 October 2021 16:35
Posting under a fake name for privacy reasons- quick, easy, super nonjudgmental. Was in for a very sensitive reason and the dr was lovely, the counselor was lovely, the whole process took less than two hours before I had my prescription in hand. The fastest response of any of the clinics in the city, never once did I feel looked down on or judged. I was so scared, not of what I was doing itself but the attitudes I was worried I'd encounter but everyone as so understanding. So grateful this resource is here for all AFAB people in this city.
03 October 2021 8:37
I had a very good experience replacing my IUD, the clinic is efficient and organized, the doctor who attended me was super kind and fast. I thank the doctor and the clinic
16 September 2021 1:35
So grateful for how helpful they were especially after a terrible experience at Bagshaw. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their kind of services. Just wish I’d come here first rather than being messed around by the other place.
10 September 2021 8:25
To be seen for my insertion took over 1 1/2 hours. It was quick and uncomfortable. Although the doctor was able to insert the IUD quickly and less painfully. I was left in a room to relax but was then moved to another room which was not cleaned. My follow up appointment was no different, they made me wait for over an hour past my appointment time to be seen. The staff laughed among each other about how they forgot to sign me in. The doctor was cold and harsh. It did not feel like a clinic for women. And it did not feel safe and comfortable. Go to a proper OBGYN or just your GP. These people don’t care at all. Will they pay for my 2 hour parking for the first appointment and the 1 and a half hour parking for the second?
07 September 2021 2:18
Cannot recommend getting your IUD inserted/removed at the Willow Clinic enough! I had such a positive experience here from start to finish. I had my copper IUD removed and replaced with a hormonal IUD and it was a waaay better experience than at another clinic I went to when I got my first one put in. I was very nervous because I had such a traumatic and painful experience the first time so it was really comforting to be helped by such kind staff at the clinic.
26 August 2021 22:31
I had an amazing experience with the ladies at willow from the receptionists to the doctors. Call back was fast, appointment was quick and gentle. I didn't feel rushed.
07 August 2021 23:36
I went in for an IUD insertion and I was super nervous but Dr. Hunter made me feel very comfortable. I held off getting an IUD for a while solely because of all the horror stories I've been told but the procedure was super quick and pretty much painless, all I literally felt was a light cramp that lasted like 3 seconds when the IUD was inserted! I couldn't believe it when she said it was over. Highly recommend to anyone who is wanting to get an IUD. Thank you to all the staff and to Dr. Hunter!
11 May 2021 4:24
I found their staff friendly, knowledgeable and kind. Dr Weibe did my IUD insertion and made me feel incredibly comfortable. I'm so glad this clinic provides freezing before the procedure!
One thing I will say is that they need covered bins and garbage cans! Do not read further if you are squeamish:
I saw some tools in a blue liquid that was in a bin they keep on the floor. These tools were covered in blood and some kind of tissue or flesh (although perhaps it was a blood-stained piece of paper towel, or something along those lines. I'm not sure). Additionally, I saw a bunch of things in the garbage can that were covered in blood. It wasn't a good addition to the rumination I had before the procedure, and made it 10x more stressful.
06 May 2021 22:25
The staff and physicians are amazing! Even though my IUD replacement was incredibly painful, this is absolutely no fault of the doctor and 100% a function of my body being sensitive (my previous IUD insertion at another clinic was just as painful). She was gentle, kind, and treated me with respect and dignity despite my body's reaction to the IUD. The staff took good care of me afterwards as well, and made sure I was ok before letting me leave.

The clinic is small but extremely well-organized and welcoming. They are efficient and the appointment was quick and easy. I highly recommend this clinic!
11 April 2021 19:46
Went in to get an IUD removed and inserted. My last experience at an SFU walk in clinic was terrible, so I was really nervous about today. I took some pain medication before I arrived. The appointment started promptly, staff were really nice and the procedure was almost painless! I could not recommend this clinic more!
10 March 2021 8:28
Professional clinic! I found it to be a comfortable and safe environment, love the pretty tree art on the walls. Dr. Weibe was so quick and gentle that I didn't even know that the pap test had even started and it was done! Receptionist or nurse at the front was also very nice, booking was easy peasy! Thank you so much for this great clinic!
19 February 2021 2:05
My experience with the staff at Willow Clinic has definitely been interesting. I got an IUD insertion in September of last year and had an amazing experience with Dr. Hunter. Super sweet woman and made me feel very supported through the whole experience.

Unfortunately, I was experiencing severe cramping on a daily bases for almost 4 months after (still am) and I set up an appointment to speak with a doctor about my concerns. The doctor I ended up speaking to was very abrupt and seemed to dismiss my concerns entirely. She assumed I wanted to get the IUD taken out without even asking me what I would like to do. She spoke over me multiple times as I was explaining my symptoms and then hung up on me mid conversation, I can only assume she was busy or thought that I was finished talking. I got absolutely nothing out of that phone call and was essentially told all I could do was remove the IUD. Definitely not the experience I would expect to receive from any clinic.
02 April 2020 13:11
As for clinic itself, had an overall good experience. Definitely crammed and small for amount of traffic it gets and its location, especially for treating such sensitive/stressful issues, but has friendly and professional staff. Also, please get a hold option (or automatic) for your phone! It's nearly impossible to get through. Not only does the clinic not confirm cancellations via voicemail, but you will have to call back multiple times without even being put on hold, let alone get through.
10 January 2020 10:03
I went here this week to get my old IUD replaced, whereas my first experience was horrible, Dr. Coffey at Willow Womens Clinic did an amazing job making me as comfortable as possible during this second time. This experience was as easy as it could possibly have been and was over before I knew it! Definitely coming here again in the future!
01 December 2019 20:58
I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Dr. Ellen Weibe!
She is VERY knowledgeable, which is helpful to put your mind at ease. She is understanding and she shows that she cares and is sympathetic. She was very helpful and made the whole process as stress free as possible for the circumstances I was in.
The front desk was wonderful! & Rhonda whom works in the front as apart of the receptionist team I believe was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond for me! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience my heart truly felt warmth from the amount of kindness and compassion these two ladies showed especially but as well as the rest of the clinic! Thank you women’s willow clinic! It’s so important to have places like your clinic for women to have.
21 November 2019 4:57
I don’t understand how are they running this clinic!? I have been trying to get a hold of someone since 3 days in a row. I got connected once after calling 30 times in a day, and whoever picked up the phone just hanged up on me and wasn’t able to get a hold of someone. This is ridiculous!
26 October 2019 22:42
Had a pretty good experience here today. Found the front desk staff weren’t very friendly and welcoming, but other than that the doctor I saw was amazing. (Dr. Coffee I believe), she was extremely kind and patient and talked me through everything as well as answered my questions. Being such a scary thing to go through the doctors / counsellors here were great and definitely made me feel very comfortable. Thank you!

EDIT: Came back for my follow up and had a really bad experience the second time. I got a different doctor than before and she was in such a hurry. When she did my ultrasound I was in a lot of pain and discomfort and when I said ouch she just told me to stop moving. I ended up just breathing through the pain, after that she asked me what kind of birth control I wanted to go onto and just listed off all the brands. I was sorta hoping that she would go through them with me to find a good fit but she was in too much of a hurry to say anything more than “just pick one! ” and listing them off. She gave me no chance to ask her any questions so I ended up leaving not knowing what to expect or what to do. Super negative experience second time around.
09 September 2019 6:59
I been here for 2 times to get an IUD and everyone is friendly and all doctor's here is professional and dd a good job give a and 5star they do amazing job.thats why i really want to come back for future needs.
02 September 2019 20:52
Got a referral from UBC Student Health Services to get an IUD here in May. The doctor doing the insertion was very professional - she talked me through the procedure and asked me questions throughout to keep my mind off the pain. Insertion was extremely easy and painless. They let you sit in a separate room after the procedure, and check in on you to make sure you're doing okay. I originally didn't book a follow-up when I had the insertion done, but was able to book a follow up in June (for early July) no problem. I did not have to wait an excessive amount of time to get through to the receptionist on the phone, and I didn't have to wait very long for my appointments. The waiting room was full the second time I went, but honestly with so few women's clinics in Vancouver it doesn't surprise me the clinic is busy. Very happy with the service I received here!
02 June 2019 1:03
Nervous is an understatement for how I felt going into the clinic yesterday morning. It is my first IUD and only my second exam. The mixed reviews I've read left me uneasy as well (we all jump to review negative experiences, not so much positive ones. Which is why I am writing this, for people like me reading these!). I filled out the form online and didn't get a response from the clinic in the time frame they stated. They did eventually call, twice, but I was unable to answer because I was at work. It took me at least 6 calls to get through to a receptionist. She was okay, but was struggling to get my information correct (name, birthdate etc.) so it took longer than expected. I appreciated the text reminder of my appointment (not that I'd forgotten!), it was just very convenient. The receptionist I spoke to at the clinic was a bit cold. She barely looked at me and didn't make me feel welcome or at ease at all. Something I found odd as well is that she LOUDLY mentioned what I was there for, I really expected more discretion. HOWEVER, the staff once you got past the waiting room was wonderful! They were kind, they were smiling, they were chipper and friendly. Like I'd said, I was.terrified. But the women behind that waiting room door were excellent. No one was as excellent as the doctor herself. She was super personable and relaxed. She engaged in conversation with me and so easily it put me at ease. She was kind in her instructions and explained what she was doing during the procedure. EXCEPT for the scary parts when I was getting freezing and the IUD inserted. I am 100% on board with this approach. Did that mean I couldn't tell it was happening? ! NO. It was truly very painful, I said "ow ow ow" through it and then it was done. Afterwards, there was a nice place to lay down, with a heating pad if needed, while they made sure you were doing okay. I am a person who is easily nauseated so I had a bit of a struggle for a few minutes. But I got over it and left without issue. The first day, especially the first few hours were tough, and I'm still pretty crampy today. But NOTHING like when it was first inserted and it's totally manageable. I also wanted to mention a couple other things I enjoyed about using this clinic. I did not need to have a referral from another doctor, which was great because I don't have a family doctor and waiting in a clinic during flu season for a referral (and a boat load of questions) would have been a frustrating. I also got to pick the type of IUD myself, which, as I understand it, can be difficult as doctors often like to pick for you, even when you've done your research. They also have a pharmacy right on the entry level of the building where you can have your prescription filled. They organize all of that for you at the clinic, you just have to go pick it up (and pay for it, of course). And, lastly, there is a parking garage connected to the building. It was super easy to find parking; not cheap, but I really didn't care. It also meant that when I was finished my appointment, and I didn't want to walk much and I just wanted to lay down, we didn't have far to go. I know that was a VERY long review but I wanted to sum up my entire experience. Getting an IUD was never going to be pain free, but they made it comfortable. They made ME comfortable, which is no easy task.
PS. Thank you to the staff of the Willow Women's Clinic who showed me kindness and great care:)
29 March 2019 11:12
I have had a wonderful experiences at this clinic. The staff are friendly and the doctors are so personable and professional. I will reccomend this clinic to everyone I can.
22 March 2019 4:21
If you are a woman seeking this clinic’s services I urge to go elsewhere. I have taken 2 sets of the medications and I ended up having an D&C with Care clinic with the most amazing care. This complain is not that the medications did not work but rather of how incapable this clinic is when complications arise, and their lack of professinalsim, and knowledge. On multiple occasions I tried explaining to the doctors over the phone and had some questions and she proceeded to raising her vocice and not listening to a single thing I was trying to say. I am professional educated woman who has never been treated with such disrespect and applauded with the lack of care, and knowledg of this clinic. Since taking medications I have had unusual pain and when I spoke to Dr. Weibe, her words were that “you are unusual and good luck. ”
You will not see the same doctor twice, I was told by one doctor that the pregnancy was in my uterus still and the next day had another doctor call saying they are trying to rule out an ectopic pregnancy, later that day the office manager called apologizing that the doctor did not read the notes of the previous doctor. When I had my initial appointment with the counselor they ran an hour late and she never once stuck her head out once saying she’s running late. They are quite careless, jaded professionals who should not be doing this. The docotor’s bedside manners are so degrading and appalling. It’s one thing to be in difficult situation such as this, it’s another when you are treated so terribly and when something goes wrong to be told good luck and are done with you.
To the women reading this, I am sorry for the difficult situation you are in, but please go somewhere else. There are too many details in my story with this clinic that is unbelievable, but I feel I have a duty to tell other women who are in this difficult situation to go elsewhere and not experience what I have with this clinic. Don’t be fooled with their website.

And no, your phone calls were useless, the phone calls were only to try cover your own mistakes and justify things**

Came in for an appointment but waited an additional hour in the waiting room for no apparent reason. It’s completely unprofessional. When I asked how much longer it was going to take the first time the receptionist didn’t even reply to me. Then I see her slot my chart into the box and asked for a second time. Instead of telling me the truth she made some excuse that someone else put my chart away. Physicians in the clinic are excellent, it’s a shame these MOAs don’t reflect the same level of care.

Just why go here if they will turn you away. This is what happened: I had sent in an appointment form from which they called me and left a voicemail. I called back and talked to someone who told me I could just walk in as I didn't need to order anything through WWC. I walked in and they told me not only did they not receive any booking form, but that I had to book in June. They then called me again today, I didn't leave my phone number when I went in. I'm just angry that the receptionist implied that I couldn't call the right number. Who else would answer with Willow Women's Clinic?

Had a great experience, spoke to Mya on the phone and she was very helpful and patient with my never ending questions. Would have been much more stressed without her.

Absolutely terrible. I can’t believe they are still in business. I waited over an hour for my appointment, watched people arrive after me and leave before me. Why make an appointment when they’re telling everyone they’re over an hour behind in wait times. Might as well be first come first serve. DONT GO HERE. If they can’t stay on time within reason why would you trust them with your body. They are a disgrace for a medical clinic. Absolute disgrace. They treat you like you’re a horrible person when you aren’t even there for an abortion. If I could give zero stars I would.
