Great dentist office! The girls at front desk are so helpful in explaining all your questions and very friendly. The dentists do a great job as well.

Willow dental will not disappoint. Lovely staff very friendly. Great dentists. A visit is made unstressful. Highly recommended.

The Dentist and assistant were very caring, pleasant and made the procedure easy as possible. Very thorough on the diagnosis and explained the process and results.

I am so impressed. My kids actually go to a different dentist (who is awesome) but I ended up here and an so impressed with the whole team. I really enjoy each visit and definitely recommend them especially for anyone who is nervous.

I had a back cap fall out while eating sponge toffee on Friday night. I decided to email Willow Dental to see if I could make arrangements to get it looked at next week. I received a call from Willow Dental on Saturday and they made arrangements for me to come in same day at 3: 00 p.m. Had all my cleaning done as well as the cap put back in place within 24 hours. Didn't expect that and thanks very much for the great service provided from everyone on staff that day.

I had a great experience with Willow Dental. The staff is welcoming and very friendly. The Invisalign made my teeth so straight and I am now proud to smile again!

The dentists here are great. But the receptionists are awful!

They've mixed up my appointments a few times now. Scheduling isn't hard to do, they shouldn't be having these problems.

Update: still poor receptionists! When calling to book in they answer and hang up right away. I have only been able to maintain a convo with them by email.

Another update:

They booked me in for something completely unrelated to why I was there and what I had booked in for and then blamed me for the mix up when I have proof of the booking via email

Time to find a new dentist

I very rarely have to wait for anything. Michelle is always so awesome. She is kind and tells me what is going on all the time.

I went into Willow Dental Care today for a cleaning. My dental hygienist was very pleasant, friendly and efficient.
I am not particularly happy when I am in a dental office, but this was a very good experience.

So happy with this place.

I had a back tooth that at first needed a root canal and I had made an appointment for a mths time but the tooth chipped of in 2 places and was causing me alot of pain and I just wanted it pulled. I called and they changed my appointment right away for in 2 days time and said they would call if they had a spot come available. They called back 2 hrs later and got me in right away. I was there for literally 10mins.
The dentist was so nice and his staff. As I came from work they let me pay later that day by credit card over the phone.
I highly recommend willow dental and will be going back for a filling and cleaning.
This will be my full time dentist for sure

Shamefully it’s been sometime since I’ve been to a dentist because of super dental anxiety. My hygienist Renata explained things to me while she did them, calming a lot of my fears. I’m terrified normally to go. The pain was less than I thought. She was direct but kind. Tv and great staff. Would completely recommend for anyone putting it off based on a past bad experience anywhere else.

Charged an elderly friend of mine (a pensioner) almost $600 for a simple cleaning. He was very upset and will not be returning: (

This dental office has been wonderful. I got my first root canal here, and the care they put into making sure i was informed and comfortable was phenomenal. I would recommend this clinic for sure!

I whent there to have 2 cavities fixed on April 6 and I could not be any happier with the service and the work done. They really care about your comfort while the work is done an it shows. Highly recomend!

As a child I had a poor experience with a Dentist and make a poor, nervous patient. I love my dental appointments now at Willow Dental in Chilliwack. They are so friendly and careful with me being so nervous it is like having a long time friend for your Dentist.

I have recommended them to neighbors and friends who all agree they are wonderful and caring.

I have always liked going to willow, accomodating and always willing to work with you. Front staff is always friendly and helpful, the dentists and support staff make my anxiety dissapear whenever i am there, and have got me through some horrendous dental issues. Thanks everybody @ willow

What a great experience! I would highly recommend sending anyone who may feel nervous and anxious about attending a dentist appointment. When I called Willow dental, I explained my concerns with going to the dentist over the phone, and the person who I spoke to was absolutely helpful at assisting me with my issues, as well as encouraging me to take care of my dental health. The overall experience was better than I anticipated. The staff was super friendly, and the dentist, Paige, who treated me was fantastic. 10/10 would recommend!

Called to book an appointment to be seen for two broken teeth. Had amazing service over the phone. Went in at appointment time. Wasn't a long wait. The staff where super helpful and efficient. Yesterday was my first appointment at Willow Dental. I was greeted with a smile as soon as I walked in. They have all the necessary safety measures in place with regards to Covid-19 which made me feel safe. Renata was my hygienist, and she was beyond amazing! She made me feel at ease which I have never felt at any previous dental clinic. Looking forward to going back soon.

Always been a friendly office. Was always nervous about dentists since childhood but the staff have always been very understanding and Dr Islami has a very disarming persona. They are also great dealing with annoying insurance companies.

Of all my experiences with dentists this one was amazing. Doctor Nikoo is amazing and the staff there are all very professional. Im very happy to recommend them to anyone who needs work done A+

My husband went in last week for an exam and he has coverage but like another person had posted they dont know how to properly check coverage my husband had 1500 left and was still charged 110 for an exam when it should have been covered never had a problem in the past like this with any other dentist.

The staff is so friendly I wish I could remember my last dentists name, it was my first appt woth him specifically and he made me feel more comfortable than I ever have in a dentist office. I was recommended by a friend to go and I am very glad I did.

Awesome. I was sleeping in the woods for like a week and a fillig came out. These guys sat me in a chair and gave me an assesment within the hour and I was on the road again. High five, team.

I will continue to go to Willow Dental as all the staff were great. Very good experience and very friendly. Explained in detail what needed to be done on my next visit. My daughter lives in Sardis and she goes to Willow Dental there. My daughter had a very bad experience at another dentist. She was in pain and the dentist could not do properly what needed to be done. So right away she went to Willow Dental and they were able to extract her tooth the same day.

The overall experience within the office is fantastic. It’s a warm, inviting environment and all the staff are extremely friendly. I would have no issues recommending this practice to others.

Willow Dental Care are the consummate professionals. I'm always at ease when I have an appointment. They get the job done very nicely and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The price for seniors on a pension is very reasonable too. A1 service.

I am so happy that I recently made the move over to Willow dental care. Their staff are very friendly and reassuring and I cannot thank them enough for helping me to feel calm and relaxed while I am there.

Dr. P. Eslami and his team offers all that I am looking for at a dental office including the latest technology, professionalism, attention to details, friendliness and most importantly, trust.patient-focused practice which is very rare nowadays. Referred two friends and will still continue to do so, this dental clinic is the BEST.

Had a horrible experience. Seemed like the dentist and the dental assistant were more interested in flirting with each other than caring for their patients. The Dentist was so engaged with talking about life with the dental assistant that he was leaning on my head poking my mouth and forgot to do certain things. It was awful. It was the worst dental experience I have ever had by far. The dental hygienist that was working with me before the dentist was amazing and I wish she worked at the other Willow location in Garrison where I am now going. I do not recommend this location to anyone.

Great dentist. But the admin staff don't know how to check for insurance coverage, so I'm stuck with an extra $400 bill at Christmas time: (

Went in for a filling. Had A dentist with a slight accent who was very rough and careless while doing it Need to be reminded to change gloves between patients. My mouth was very pain full the next day, with my gums bleeding around tooth that was filled. 2 weeks latter needed a root canal to relieve the pain. Gums keep bleeding for 4 weeks. Beware of who does your teeth at willow. Profits before people. The root canal I received, the filling is falling apart and my gum under that tooth is still sore. Dont waste your hard earned money at Willow dental.
