I've been going to Willow Dental Care for about 10 years. I always find them caring and professional.

This was the best experience that I ever had at a dentist office. This was my first time at Willow Dental Care, and the whole team is incredibly friendly, empathetic, efficient, and professional. I came in for a night guard, and the receptionist offered me a cancellation right after my appointment to deal with cavities. I had 2 fillings and they were dealt with swiftly- no pain or anxiety. I normally find visiting the dentist to be a nerve wracking and time consuming experience but I feel so relieved that I can now go here in the future.

I broke a tooth. They got me in the same day and fixed it! Extremely friendly and professional staff that keep getting better with every visit. I highly recommend them if you are in need of dental care!

Such kind and compassionate staff and dentists. I’m a severely anxious dentist person and they really did a great job checking in with me and making sure I was ok.

My experience here was great, it made me feel like I’m welcome. He did a great job, his assistants were very knowledgeable. Dr. Shainbom was very good. I came there in pain and I left there very happy. I would recommend my friends to Dr. Shaimbom.

The experience was okay. There was a bit of a argument between staff at the front when I arrived. And the hygienist said my teeth were "too clean" and didn't really do much of a cleaning.

I came to see Dr. Karm and he was amazing. He went over everything in great detail. He took care of all my front teeth and made it so im confident in smiling again!

The worst dental team I have ever seen! Reetu did a horrible job with the cleaning of teeth and didn’t even know how to operate the equipment. Also, she kept asking odd and personal questions, even asking me if I was single. Very unprofessional. The dentist
Dr. Kunal Sadhwani was reluctant to answer questions about dental procedures and said that I needed 8 fillings. I checked at another clinic and they said I needed only 2 fillings. I don’t understand how they could lie about such things. Save your time and money and it’s better to find another dental clinic in the area.

I took the time off work for a dental appointment. Just to find out that it got cancelled when i arrived at the clinic. They said they left a voice message just 2 hours prior, the reason because the dental hygenist got sick. Its funny how they charge the patient $200 penalty for a missed appointment and they require a 48 hour notice, when in reverse they can cancel last minute without any consequence. Also the receptionist in front was rude.

Went in today for emergency toothache and they got me in quickly. Very friendly and not at all condescending. Happy so far!

It has been awhile since I been to a Dentist and I was completely nervous. The desk and the receptionist was super nice which made me feel super comfortable. Overall, it was fast and easy which was great.

Friendly staff and skillful dentist. Dr Liang redid the filling that I had previously with another dentist. He’s very nice, gentle, and I couldn’t be happier with his work on my teeth. As for the cleaning, Reetu was great, very thorough and did amazing job. So far I can say that I am a happy and satisfied patient. Thanks everyone for a wonderful experience and service.

I came in as a new patient as I was having a tooth issue. I was able to get in quickly, the place is immaculate and top of the line. Everyone was so nice! I had a cleaning the same day and I’m actually looking forward to getting my wisdom teeth out here!

I previously had given quite a glowing review of this clinic. Reception rescheduled one of my appointments last minute, the day before. I agreed because I was already booked for a cleaning and both time blocks still were back to back. I got out of my first appointment and was told they accidentally double booked the next appointment. I’d had both appointments booked for 4 months. I only agreed to the new time slot at their request to help them out. I was already there for said appointment but they honoured the other patient, when I was the one who accommodated them in the first place! Very unprofessional. I’ve never been so disrespected. It was their mistake. I did them a favour. I explained that I work 90hr weeks and don’t know when I can come back. They did nothing to accommodate me. No responsibility was taken fir their mistake whatsoever. Customer service=0. I’ve switched to Willowbrook dental where I feel like a valued patient.

I was not previously a patient but after being told many times over 30 years to have my wisdom teeth removed, I finally decided to do it. To my surprise they only recommended I have 1, maybe 2, removed instead of all 4 as every other dentist had told me. I truly appreciated this as I was expecting all 4, and arranged to have the bottom 2 removed. I got in quickly and I found Dr Maleki very thorough, kind and informative. I had a very low blood sugar situation after my surgery and nearly passed out in the reception area. Dr Maleki sat with me himself and got me some juice while I recovered and made certain that I was safe getting home. I was very impressed with his personal service and kindness. My only issue is that since the removal, 6 weeks ago, I'm still experiencing so much pain and sensitivity. I've been back twice immediately after the surgery and apparently everything is fine so maybe it's just me. But I can't bite down on anything, extreme sensitivity to cold and some hot, ear pain, and I'm living on Tylenol. I normally have a pretty high pain tolerance so did not expect this. I highly regret getting my wisdom teeth removed and wish I'd left well enough alone. That said, the office was clean, staff was very kind and helpful, and I found the pricing fair. I just wish I hadn't done it and wouldn't recommend it to anyone unless they were having continual extreme issues that do not go away

I called in the morning for a possible molar cavity and got an appointment almost right away. When I arrived at the dental clinic, the front desk ladies were very helpful, so my waiting time was minimal. The staff were very kind, they were also very professional and took hygiene seriously, especially considering we are still in the COVID pandemic, knowing your health providers really care about patient safety is a huge plus, and not to mention Dr. Shainboom and his team took quick action to treat my problem. The procedure was quick and efficient, they have made dental treatment a very positive experience. I walked away with comfort knowing my teeth are in good shape. I haven’t been to the dentist in three years because of a bad experience I had a previous office. I had to have fillings redone that were 10 years plus old. I’m really nervous about needles and just having any work on my mouth done whatsoever. Both a dental assistant and the dentist were really sensitive and understanding of my fear and decided to just take their time and really go slow when working on my teeth. They said my tooth would probably be sore for the next week because they actually refilled 3 cavities. After getting home and the freezing wore off I felt nothing on my tooth no pain the bite was perfect and they did an excellent job. The last dental office that did a cavity I had to go back four times because the bite was off and the pain that was causing me when I eat food was unbearable. I dealt with his pain for three years. Finally that side of my mouth when I eat isn’t sore.

The best dentist I have had. I have a very big fear of the dentist but Dr. Maleki has always been awesome. I have had a lot of work done, teeth pulled, root canals etc and never not once have I felt pain. Highly recommend them. Their hours are super convenient too being that they are in Willowbrook mall.

From the receptionist to the hygienist to the dentist, I was very impressed with how friendly and professional the staff at Willow Dental are! I felt welcomed and comfortable during my whole visit. I'm so happy this is my new dentist office and I can see why they were so highly recommended.

I am very happy to have found this dentist office. I phoned one time due to a very bad infection on one of my molar and my previous dentist told me that that tooth had to come out when it would start to trouble me. Then one day I had a terrible pain and could not handle the pain and I phoned around and found the Willow Dental and they took me in within a hour. The Dentist I had saved my tooth and I was so happy and decided that I will never go back to my previous dentist.
I have now been at the Willow Dental Care for many times and they are absolutely awesome and very friendly and experienced.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Our two year old fell inside the mall and shattered his two front teeth. We took him to Willow Dental Care where they took him in immediately. Faye, the Dental Hygienist was absolutely amazing! She clearly knows how to work with young children, is very knowledgeable and experienced. Dr. Darren worked quickly but gently ensuring our son was comfortable. It was a traumatic event for our toddler to shatter his teeth but we’ve now found our new dentists office and highly recommend them to anyone looking to switch from their current place.

During a dental procedure Dr Maleki started talking to me about Invisalign and all the benefits it had to offer. After showing interest, he did a few measurements and said I would be an excellent candidate for Invisalign and to book the first appointment to start to process with the receptionist.

I paid $650 for this first appointment and was told it would take about a month to come back with my Invisalign treatment plan. I returned to the office excited to see how my smile would improve but I received very discouraging news. Dr Maleki never submitted my file to Invisalign, instead he consulted with a friend of his that is his mentor for Invisalign. He stated that I would not be a candidate for Invisalign and that I would require jaw surgery and braces in order to fix my bite and straighten my teeth. Since he was unable to help me, he said he would refer me to a orthodontist he knows very well, it’s been over 7 months now and I still have not received a phone call from this orthodontist.

A month after this terrible news and not hearing from Dr Maleki’s orthodontist referral, I decided to look for my own orthodontist. I paid a $100 consultation fee that would go towards my treatment plan and was told I am in fact a candidate for Invisalign. My orthodontist was shocked to hear that I had been recommended to get jaw surgery as my bite can easily be fixed with elastics. I am now 5 months into my Invisalign journey and already see results!

My orthodontist explained that the $650 fee should only be collected if my file has been submitted to Invisalign and a treatment plan has been created. My orthodontist office called Dr Maleki directly to request a refund but they refused to refund me.

I highly recommend going elsewhere for Invisalign. I believe this dental office does not have the proper education or experience to treat people with Invisalign. I’m so thankful I got a second opinion.

My first visit to Willow Dental - they got me in right away with a loose tooth that was causing me a lot of pain. They promptly fixed the situation with a plan for future care. I felt heard, they made me feel welcomed and relaxed. Much gratitude to all the staff - I will definitely return and highly recommend!

Fromm reception to dental assistant to dentist the service was great.they explained everything well, and gave options for treatment that was appreciated.

Came in for an extraction today. Hour and a half later I was done. Although it wasn't ideal.the dentist and assistant made me feel at ease. Ill be coming back for sure.

I was referred to this dentist by someone else. First time going to the dentist in several years. From the moment I called, they where quick to make an appointment (that fit my schedule) and they dealt with the insurance company. The dental hygienist was amazing. So was the Dr. He was quick, to the point, and they where both very meticulous. It was a great experience (nothing like the 90s) and will never let so much time pass between appointments.

I came in as an emergency. They booked me right away. The service was amazing! The receptionists, dental assistants and the dentist were just wonderful and my tooth healed perfectly with no pain at all. I highly recommend this place!

I haven’t been to the dentist in a long time, but the Willow Dental team made sure to put me fully at ease. Amanda was fabulous and very thorough. Dr Maleki was also very knowledgeable. I have had a couple different opinions on my wisdom teeth, but he made sure I understood his non pressuring stance and giving me his professional opinion. Will be going back for sure

I would not recommend this dentist. I have gone here a handful of times as I am newish to the area. My last 2 experiences have not been good. 1st bad experience was having to wait nearly 40 minutes past my original appointment, time management clearly is an issue. The same day I was expecting a full cleaning and polish, I wanted the works because I was getting braces put on the following week. I never got the service I want due to a technicality with my extended medical 100% coverage which only allows polish twice a year, had I been made aware of this I would of simply paid for the polish.no problem.

My experience today was to go in for another cleaning (3 months later). Again, they were late around 15 minutes. Had my cleaning. They didn't floss, and again they didn't polish. I very clearly requested this when I booked the appointment. They don't listen to the client and I will not go back.

I had an amazing experience today! Usually my anxiety gets the best of me going to the dentist. Today was the complete opposite the staff was very friendly and accommodating the minute I got there to the minute I left I felt zero anxiety and felt happy about moving forward with my future appointments, definitely glad I have now found a dentist who I look forward to going to.

Dr. Maleki is the kindest, most gentle and professional dentist I have ever had! He is very accommodating and understanding with patients who are nervous about going to the dentist (me!). My kids go to him too and he is so great with kids. You can really tell Dr. Maleki goes above and beyond and really actually cares about his patients! The clinic is also lovely and all the staff I’ve met there and really great! Highly recommend

Today was my first EVER dentist appointment here. I have never been to a dentist as I have a fear of blood and doctor's in general. That said.from the receptionists to the doctor's, everyone was very helpful & made this a Wonderful Experience for me. They are Extremely Professional, Respectful and Comforting. They take Amazing care of you from the moment you enter the place till you leave. My hygienist (Dr. Ritu) was so Humble & patient with me, Very Understanding and Easy going. She showed me how to take proper care off my gums and teeth. She was amazing. (Thank-you again Dr. Ritu. I really appreciate everything you've done). I booked my follow-up appt with her again. After the cleaning session, Dr. Darren & Dr. Nikolai took good care of me and were very polite & lovely as well. I am definitely recommending Willow Dental Care to my friends and family. So happy and content with my visit as it was such a lovely experience. Visits to this clinic will definitely encourage you to smile more as they leave your teeth looking flawless.

This is my second time at Willow Dental and I am liking it more and more. I had Amanda as hygienist and I am very pleased with the work she did. Definitely I will return to her.

Great service pain less and they made me feel very safe. My dental hygienist is the best. I did not like going to dentist but now don’t mind it.

Since I was a child I have been horrified of the dentist. Today I had to get 2 teeth extracted and they were broken at the gum line and started growing over. I voiced my concerns of me being a big baby and I have to say that Dr. Maleki was amazing. He calmed me down and I didn't feel a thing. Not so scared anymore. I highly reccomend Dr. Maleki. The other staff there is amazing as well.

~Edit - My last appointment went even better. When my insurance wasn't covering parts of the procedures the staff went above and beyond and even called me to come back for a partial refund because they were able to make things happen. Doesn't get better than that.

We WERE customers here upto the point my 7 year old child needed to use the washroom who was just seen by the denstist and the heavy set receptionists denied him to use their washroom and directed us to Starbucks and laughed. NO COMMON SENSE. Take your business somewhere else. A lack of compassion and understanding by pathetic receptionists and possible foreign student job placements.

Wonderful! Being new to the area, I was at a loss on where to go for my dental needs. So happy I came across this office online and decided to do the research. My hygienist was super knowledgeable, knew to zone in on my problem areas without me asking. Very satisfied and my next appointment is already booked!

Honestly my best dental appointment ever, my hygienist was so kind and made me feel so comfortable, she was thorough and explained everything she was doing while doing it and gave really good recommendations to upkeep my oral health, very knowledgable. They also took the time to track my gum measurements which no dentists has ever done before but after the explanation of why they do that it made sense and is an important thing to keep track of. They were super clean and had implemented a very good routine in regards to our safety due to the virus. I would recommend this dental clinic 100x, definitely coming back here for all my check ups and anything else. Thanks!

I highly recommend this dental office! My daughter needed a root canal as well as a few smaller cavities. They were patient with her because she was very nervous. The office was exceptionally clean, modern and well run. The staff was friendly. The dentist really took the time to explain what was happening. All in all an excellent experience.

I can't say enough about Willow Dental Care. From my initial inquiry which saw me need to be seen and being that I am from out of town. I was able to book a ln appointment for a few days later due to the volume of patients on the day. When I arrived at WDC, I had filled out their patient forms on line Nd was ready to proceed in. I was covid screened upon arrival and then had to wait a meer 5 minutes before being brought to the back. Also I did wear a mask during this stage. Once in the back, the dental hygienist and dentist were exdcelent. I was given treatment options and allowed to make my own decision without feeling pressured for the treatment. All in all this was by far and away my best ever experience with a dental center on short notice. Would definitely recommend to anyone both visiting and living in the area.

I have mixed reviews about this place.

I came in the first time for severe tooth and jaw pain. I saw Dr. Stephens to discuss options (I was a student and did not have dental coverage) and she seemed so frustrated and impatient. I'm sure dentists are annoyed with the insurance portion but unfortunately, it is part of the job. I kept asking her to explain my options and what that would mean for me financially and she really lost her composure with me instead of trying to be understanding and calm. I was literally crying in the chair with severe tooth pain and feeling forced into making decisions that I did not understand. The hygienist was sitting there at the time and took over the conversation. She was amazing. She listened to my concerns and tried to talk me through it in an understanding and calm manner (the hygienists have always been amazing every time I go!). I ended up getting work done by Dr. Tan who was also very kind. Every time I go to pay though, the receptionists don't explain the financial portion and don't give clear answers when I ask questions. They also contacted me way too many times to book appointments and it felt like borderline harassment. I really enjoyed having Dr. Tan as a dentist but he no longer works there, so I won't be back. Dental work is such a sensitive thing for many people, and I just can't be bothered to go here if I don't feel 100% comfortable and supported.

Really love all the staff at Willow Care. As much as I'm not a fan of going to the dentist they dentists and hygienists make for a pleasant experience and really care about how you holding up while they are working on your teeth.

Willow Dental provides fantastic dental health services! The staff are warm and friendly, and they’re great at what they do! I felt totally safe during my dental hygiene appointment, as there are a good number of precautions in place to help prevent covid-19 transmission. Thanks very much to everyone at Willow Dental!
