My whole family loves Willow Video, we come here from abbotsford at least once a month. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. Any questions you have they are there to help! Great warranty on used games and consoles. Amazing selection of new and used video games, movies, and even music. There is always new inventory weekly. You can bring in your old games for credit towards new ones, and they take consoles as well. They have a selection of gamer gear, such as shirts, hats, backpacks etc.

I love this place, been coming here for 35 years. Their hours are impossible for me to make unfortunately. I'm wasting thousands of dollars at Amazon/Best buy/Ebay etc.

Excellent place to trade in games. Nobody had ps4s and mine died and they were the only place that had any stock. The workers are super helpful and nice and helpful! Highly recommend if you haven't been before. Records and vintage games for sale as well.

They will say over phone they’ll take your game or console. Then you show up and they’ll say it’s too damaged and it’ll literally be a thumbprint on the screen I really don’t recommend wasting your time trying to sell or trade stuff here.

We bought a pack of pokemon cards for our niece's birthday. The staff were helpful and friendly. It was fun to just walk through the store and see all the old games.
We did, however, feel like some of the older games were over priced. $100 for N64 Majora's Mask. I guess it's a collectors item now?

Everything was good just aske them to test it out before you buy. Thay have 30 day return policy, so that's nice. Super friendly and knowledgeable employees. Pursanaly go to them for a fair price for games and more.
I looked at other places but ther pirces are out of this world. Example Price for N64 - Willow video $89.99 + tax - $138.99 +tax. (note this prices are as of July 6 2022)

5 stars is not enough. Give them all the stars in the galaxy! Been coming here since I was a youngling. Awesome selection of new and vintage games and systems. Tons of merch and amiibos/Skylanders, also a great selection of vinyl too. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. This place rocks

Wish I could give negative stars for the fact they sold me a ps4 as a 1TB and got a 500gb ps4 they lied about that they over charged me for the system I'm really NOT impressed never again will I go here WORST experience every

I have been coming here since I was little. They have the best retro games collection and the prices are very fair. They even got vinyl now and you can rent games you do not plan to buy.

The first time I went to Willow Video I was so happy! They have a lot to select from. I'm so obsessed with their accessories like keychains, hats, etc. They have a great selection of retro games, and even the newest games for so many consoles. The prices are reasonable, and the staff is so friendly, and even their dogs are working shifts (LOL) they are so adorable! Thanks for being such a good store Willow Video I will definitely be coming back.

I've been buying from willow video since I moved to Langley and there the best store for good prices haven't been in a while plan to go soon hoping to find a zelda game for the 3ds

When I walked in the doors of Willow Video, I thought I died and went to video game heaven. Holy cow. I was blown away by their selection of games that I didn’t even have time to look at their movie or music selection. Simply amazing.

I have been renting or buying games & movies from Willow Video since NES was new! Will always support them! I just wish they still had mini-golf and arcade games!

What a gem of a place! Been looking forever for a specific bluray movie and one call here and it's in my hands within 15mins! Everywhere is digital now, I like owning physical copies rather than paying for air that might disappear. I also bought more than I came in for because it was just fun using my eyes and shuffling thru the aisles. It's a very well organized place and the staff is super friendly. Even more, as a gamer I saw everything from retro to new. I will DEFINITELY be coming back! Trust me, forget amazon, you wont regret it.

Most overpriced selection of vinyl I've ever seen in one place outside David's Vinyl Records in Vancouver. $29.99 for a used copy of Tattoo You? 49.99 for a copy of Metallica Master of Puppets (The blackened label release), used Kiss Alive 2 $49.99,39.99 for a used Nazareth album you see everywhere for like 10 and under, Van Halen ll used $29.99. Unreal, I enjoyed the laughs. Thanks guys.

Great store, large collection of retro and current games. Friendly staff. Just wish they didn’t use the cheap aftermarket replacement cases, and purchased quality cases like for example Amaray or official cases from casetopia (20-30 cents price difference), and I wish their price stickers were easily removable.

Been a couple yrs since I've been here, now I know why. Staff was not friendly and they were too busy chatting it up with the regulars the come in. They do have a great selection of used games and movies, I'll give them that much.

Update! Have gone back a few times lately and the staff has been outstanding, helpful and so nice to chat with! Such a big turn around! Definitely changed to 5 star rating! Hats off to you now Willow Video!

Great location to trade in games, rent or buy movies/ video games. It also has ALOT of vinyl records and retro video games and consoles, all at a competitive price. Plus the staff, especially the manager, are friendly and helpful.

This is the place to go to find any old consoles, games, cables and accessories. The staff is really friendly, they’ll put a game aside for you if you call in. Decent selection of used/classic records. Really good atmosphere!

Products are over priced and not great condition, staff was generally rude or indifferent.

Other than renting I would not purchase anything here.better selection and quality is easy to find elsewhere.

Love this place, been coming here for years. Lots of games and vinyls that are all well taken care of. Had an incident with a vinyl skipping last year and they got me a full refund. Great people.

One issue, I have a lot of games in my collection that look like the photo attached. Stickers can be impossible to remove without warping or even ripping parts of the plastic cases.

Otherwise, drop by. Would bump to 5 stars later if I can play a game bought here without first spending 15 minutes trying to remove the label.

I’ve been going to Willow Video since I was a kid alongside my parents, and I’ll never stop being a fan! I always appreciate the opportunity to buy items second hand instead of brand new, and anytime you go they have a great selection of movies and games to see!

It was clean, lots of selection and easy to rent games b4 u buy it. Try for a week. The place has a lot more options than games. Record's, 45's, vintage video and I will be back to check it out when I have more time.

Did a horrible job on disc resurfacing and charged me $8 for it. Sorry they didn't resurface the disc, they polished it. Not what I asked or payed for.

A great little find, has a lot of selections from latest movie releases to classic video games. I went in looking for some classic video games found 1/2 and was met with excellent customer service. Props to Alaina (hopefully i spelt it correct) for making it a pleasurable experience. Would definitely come back!

I come here a few times a month for my Blu Ray collection and the staff are A+ when it comes to customer service and knowledge. They always go out of their way to assist you and make everyone feel comfortable. Anyone who comes in is treated the same. Their prices are among the best for used games and movies and their rental service is also premium! Never had a single bad experience at Willow and I will be a customer for as long as they're around. Lots of cool retro gaming products for cheap as well for any collectors!

Went to buy an expansion pack and I got home and it freezes my game and on top of that it's Seriously ruining the inside of the console
