Just gotta say Sheldon was awesome to deal with even though he’s a RoughRiders fan. We were able to overlook that. Elijah in finance was as always amazing too! Our first time dealing with Jordan who went through all our paperwork was super friendly and genuine.

This was our second purchase in three years and we have always been treated great. It’s refreshing to see a dealership go above and beyond, not to get the deal done but to make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase. No pressure ever. We will do a follow up once we go through our extras that were thrown in.

On a side note the service department is also great. We have been getting our vehicles serviced with them for years. Just miss the car wash part lol.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CONTACTS! They will send you endless sales calls, and texts. Regardless of how many TAKE ME OFF YOUR CALL LIST, that you give them. Over 20 requests so far, at every level. +edit+ After years of getting spam. After talking directly to people in virtually every single department, and being assured they "will talk to someone about it, and have me removed" I have finally received a message back, saying that I have been removed. Its worth noting, that I did have to threaten legal action first.

We had a great experience here purchasing our "new to us" vehicle with Dan. He went out of his way to find us exactly what we were looking for and make sure everything was completed perfectly and checked up with us to make sure everything was going smoothly with other departments.

I bought My 2021 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon EcoDiesel in the summer, and it is a Beast! It rides great! It is a Mountain Goat off road! This ecodiesel engine produces incredible torque, and wicked good fuel economy! Willowbrook Chrysler has treated Me very well with My former Grand Cherokee, and now with My '21 JLURD! I just changed my old 2017 ram eco-diesel for a brand new 2022 eco-diesel. The new one is sure nice, (and outrageously expensive), but I got lots of money for the old one in trade, so overall actually it’s not that bad.

The salesperson was Kyle Linn.
I have to say he did make it easy and efficient, and I was very impressed he kept his promise and (after the deal was done), helped me get few Mopar parts at dealer cost, and got the parts dept.to order them and install them for me without having a scheduled appointment.

I thought he made that promise before I bought the car just to grease the wheels, but he did keep his word and stayed behind to help me get everything ordered at discount rates. He did not push me onto the parts department, he came and stayed with me to make sure I do get the items that I wanted to add onto the car, same day I got the car, so I don’t have to make a separate appointment and trip later on.

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised, with Kyle and with the whole experience.

The Rams are the smoothest suspension of all big three truck manufacturers, with their elliptical springs. And the new 33 gal tank on an Ecodiesel can drive for 1,600 km on a full tank of diesel on the Hwy… I get 8 l/ 100 km on the Hwy and 10 or 11 in the city!

I used to deal with O’Connor Chrysler in Chilliwack, but I just learned that Willowbrook is just as good, and I don’t have to drive all the way to Chilliwack for a new truck.

Worst experience ever. I would never suggest going to these private financing dealers.

I went to book a Jeep Compass with them, everything went on smooth, sales guys were so confident that they will get it approved and everything will be done, just sign the consent thats it and other day I got a call ohh our owner decided not to lease it out for 1 year.

My question to them was if your owner decided not to lease a car to me then why the hell did they pulled out my credit which reduced my points immediately the other day, and strange thing was that they did not had any answer.

From finance to sales to the owner all are corrupt basically I would like to say.

No to private dealerships.
Buy expensive cars rather than going over to them and getting your credit spoiled.

I highly recommend this service department for warranty work, especially after the nonsense Langley put me through. Many thanks to Darren, Jas, and Matt, who were extremely helpful and willing to work with me to find solutions to make my vehicle reliable again. They ended up finding the simplest solution that was fully covered under warranty that Langley couldn't be bothered to do. They also lent me wheels while I waited, so I was independently mobile for the first time in almost 3 weeks.

I won't go into the endless ways I am disgusted and annoyed by Willobrook Chrysler. I got rid of my Dodge Ram a year ago and i get endless texts, email and phone calls asking for me to trade back. I have blocked them. I have called them. I have emailed them. They are relentless. I regret buying my truck from thoughtless people who don't care about your requests.

Post sale service not good.
Waited almost 3 weeks for a cash back cheque, apparently the bank was delaying payment but dealer won't cut me a cheque even though I had the vehicle.
Left a message with General manager, never got a call back.
