Wow. I was so impressed with Robbin! Came in to Willowbrook
collision with a bumper which had popped out of place and he took 3/4 of an hour to fix it and no charge! Quality guys!

George was very helpful took my car in right away, didn’t have to wait at all! Willowbrook collision and Glass is a great place, amazing customer service, friendly staff. Will definitely be going back, highly recommend!

My 2012 7passenger, Pathfinder LE had significant damage as a result of a pretty serious accident. Despite the low mileage, 117000Kms, and a consistent dealership service history ICBC wanted to write it off.
George at Willowbrook sourced out used parts and came up with a repair estimate that was acceptable to ICBC.
My truck is back, runs beautifully and looks like new.
I couldn’t be happier with the service I received.

Had a rock take out the rear side window while driving on the highway home to penticton, and came to willowbrook collision to see what could be done as a temporary fix. The team took 15-20 minutes out of their day to clean up the remaining broken glass, and then provided and professionally installed plastic sheeting over the window so I could get home with less concern - FREE OF CHARGE! If that's not the definition of excellent service, I don't know what is. I was and still am very appreciative of the help, and would recommend them in a heart beat. Thanks guys!

My car got bumped on one of the snow days resulting in the rear bumper being dented. I called Willowbrook Collision and was able to have the damaged assessed immediately and get an appointment about 4 weeks later. The dedicated team at WC made the experience absolutely seamless. Heather kept me up to date on the progress and clearly communicated the expected wait times. I got an excellent rental while my car was being repaired. The repair itself was perfect. A truly 5-star experience.

Went in for an estimate on a truck and was greeted with respect and it was quick and painless, unfortunately I can't get into the shop for at least 4 to 5 weeks.so we'll see how it goes.

I have been using this company before for my rear ended car, and the result and the process was fantastic as Heather and David fixed a problem that I was unaware of. Recently, I got myself into another accident, and they helped me immediately, finding a great tow truck company that was fast and effective. Willowbrook gave me a courtesy car for my busy schedule, so I can focus on doing my regular work. I will definitely recommend it to others.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN! I recently took my vehicle to Willowbrook Collision for an ICBC claim. They took some photos of the damage and informed me they would get back to me. Two weeks passed and nothing from them. Send them an email to follow up and received no reply (waited three days). I made a special trip to them to find out what was happening. It seems they were asking ICBC for a "Commercial" rate to fix my truck so had held up the process while trying to squeeze ICBC for more $$$. My ICBC agent spoke to them directly and several hours later I received a call from Willowbrook informing me that I should "find another shop to fix my truck". The result is that I have been without my truck for over 2 weeks and am no further ahead. I now have to start the whole process again with a new body shop. Very poor customer service and communication from Willowbrook. Note: I used Willowbrook in the past under the previous owner (Wally) and the service was excellent. I'm sad to see the new owner doesn't care about customers and that the service has gone down hill.

My car is looking brand new after being rear ended by a truck into another car! The quality of work is astounding:) Dave and Heather have been great throughout this entire process with keeping me up to date and lending me a loaner car immediately so that I can still keep up with my busy schedule. Had been in a incident where I was rear-ended on the highway on the way home from work. Not only did they get my vehicle into the shop as soon as they had a opening but Heather & David were a absolute treat to deal with. The quality of work is incredible and they kept me up to date on my vehicle throughout the process. I would not recommend any one else.
