Willowbrook Dental Clinic

I had an emergency extraction of two teeth today and was sitting in the chair within 2 hours of calling in. The entire office process was streamlined and their system processes totally blew me away. Incredibly efficient and the staff were all amazing. I actually had an enjoyable experience, to say the least.

Dr. Pavliouk did the surgery super fast (as in knowing what she was doing) elevating my trust level over the top.

I give the highest recommendation for dental care go to Willowbrook Dental Clinic. I am certain every dentist in here would present the same high calibre of quality and care. This kind of quality in service generally comes from the top down.

I love Willowbrook dental. The hygienists are awesome. I go every 3 months which keeps my teeth in good order for a quick and pain-free cleaning every time.

Great dentists! They are very understanding and appreciate the needs of the patient. Have had some problems with billing, but the staff up front are always eager to help rectify any insurance issues.

I have been coming to Willowbrook dental for little over a year now and all I can say is this dental office is wonderful. Dr Emami is always very kind and thorough. Here the staff are all wonderful.

I was very welcomed to the dentist office. The dentist was very kind and made me feel very at ease, and the assistant was very kind as well. I didn’t have any anxiety at all. It was great.

An absolute nightmare that ruined travel to a funeral. I guess we can begin with the lack of perfectionism: they called my boyfriend in, once we get settled in we realize that it wrong last name.
We booked an emergency appointment for a chipped tooth, sat in another room there for an hour after the appointment time before seeing the dentist, when the appointment was booked I expressed we wanted an extraction; she then told us no no we can save it! She did say it was infected based on the X-ray but would see us August 5 (July 19) her assistant missed instruction of a T3 prescription I had to remind her once we already paid the bill. No antibiotics were prescribed which was completely BS if he had an infection. The next day his face is 3 times the size.
I’m not impressed with anything about this visit. Lack of transparency and communication from start to finish. We will not be returning and will be removing all our business from the office moving forward. Considering we paid out of pocket. Seems we are not the only one with comments and concerns recently.

The hygienist.took her time and thoroughly cleaned my teeth. Extremely meticulous in her work Great disposition and personality. She was amazing. The examination by the dentist Mr Price was beyond reproach. Without question, his attention to detail dedication and commitment was simply outstanding. I was very impressed. I have no hesitation in recommending them to any potential client. I highly recommend Willowbrook Dental. Clinic. You certainly will not be disappointed.

They really help with my anxiety by telling me what they are doing and constant communication through out the apt.

I had a dental emergency. I'm from out of province. The folks at Willowbrook got me in right away. Online forms. Direct billed my insurance. All around great experience.

Manpreet was excellent at cleaning and educating me on how to take care of my dental hygiene!

Everyone was so nice and made mine and my daughters first visit very easy. Much appreciated and will definitely be back.

I havent been to a dentist for probably 3-4 years and I have such bad anxiety seeing one but this place made me feel so comfortable! I was not anxious at all, they really focus on your concerns and i was able to ask a million questions which was probably annoying for them but they really clarified everything for me.amazing staff, already recommended to my friends and family, thank you guys so so much!

Everyone I dealt with from the front desk to the actual dentist chair were amazing! I get very anxious and have been so self conscious of my teeth that it's stopped me from going to a dentist for many years. But everyone here was so understanding and made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend too anyone in my same situation, don't be afraid ️

I've been going to this dental clinic since 2013. Consistently great service from Dr. Elena and the team. The hygienists are always great, no matter who you get and Dr. Elena is the best. Front reception is friendly and helpful. I’m so glad I found this place!

I went in person to their clinic to reschedule my appointment but changed my mind and had to stick to my original schedule. The receptionist told me it was all good. I even repeated to her, Feb 9th at 11 am and said yes. Lo and behold, arrived on my schedule and was told that my name was not on the list.

I am extremely disappointed as I had to arrange childcare just to have this schedule. She offered me 1pm schedule but that will not work either.

Love this dental office. The office is very clean and bright and the staff are extremely friendly. I am always anxious going in, the usual dentist anxiety.but am quickly at ease and know I am in good hands with the dental hygienist and dentist.

Hygienist and my dentist are both really great. They make you feel comfortable and relaxed during a process I don't enjoy one bit. I hesitated going back here after my first appointment, as the admin staff were previously very unorganized (maybe a training issue?), but my last few visit's have been seamless in all respects and all the staff have been awesome.
Had 4 cavities done and wasn't even sore the next day! Reccomend these ladies for sure.

I love this dentist experience! From the office to the hygienists to the dentists themselves I have had nothing but good, caring treatment. They are kind and accommodating. I have also found my treatments painless which hasn't been my previous experience at other places. I highly recommend Willowbrook Dental Clinic.

They make me feel so comfortable here. I hate dentist but the care I received here is fantastic. Staff is funny and friendly. Office is clean and runs smooth. They are gentle and caring. Belive it or not I enjoy my visits. Absolutely satisfied

The new office is very clean and fancy. The staff as always was very friendly. My hygienist (can't remember his name, late 30s/early 40s) was a delight, very funny and friendly. Would definitely recommend this practice.

Please don’t go to a place where the people that work there make fun of their patients and have no shame that other patients can hear them! Especially Dr. SL she’s the worst when it comes to gossiping and calling her patients cheap when they carry expensive purses but don’t want to spend hundreds on teeth whiting.

VERY BAD EXPIRIENCES, THE CHINESE GUY RUIN MY TOOTH, THEY HAVE NO EXPERIENCE AND THEY ARE BAD IN EVERYTHING THEY DO.

My mother has now been a few times to this dental clinic. Staff have been very friendly and efficient and the dentist is amazing. It’s spotless and a convenient location as well. Would recommend this clinic to anyone and have recently made a change to go here myself!

The staff are so friendly. Love the aura in there. Preet walks me through everything she is doing and tells me why, which I absolutely appreciate. The dentists are awesome.

As a reoccurring patient, but first time at new office the staff at the front desk were very helpful during the booking process. Dr. Emami and CDA, Krystal were not only professional but made me feel comfortable by informing me of the dental work that was to be done. Since I am at an age where most do not like going to the dentist, I feel so much more relaxed knowing I am in the hands of a great team.

For a person who is a little more anxious about visiting the dentist, I had a wonderful experience! Bobbi the hygienist was very sweet, bubbly and extremely gentle. Dr. Emami was very thorough and personable! I will definitely be visiting again!

Dr. Elena is really nice and seems skilled. I’m concerned that the fillings I had were not smoothed adequately as the backs of the filled teeth are rough and small lumps of filling material can be felt by tongue and finger.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Sofie for my invisalign for the past year and a bit. She is lovely. And it’s always a pleasure to be seen by Leslie or karina. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Sylvan is the best! He is very kind, attentive, personable while being professional. He got my teeth so clean with one appointment and was always checking to see how I was doing. Explained everything perfectly so there was no confusion. He made this experience calm and comforting and will for sure see him for my next cleaning:)
