Great service, fast, I was out shortly after my appointment time. Price was fair and I felt confident in my eye health. I have been coming here since 2017 and never been disappointed. I have health problems related to my eyes and always feel the doctors do a very thorough check

My sister and I were recommended to this clinic for their service. I have to say that they did indeed live up to the expectations and then some. The receptionists were both very kind and were able to explain our appointment details easily.
Dr Kam Dhaliwal was incredibly knowledgeable and had a very calming energy which helped to ease both of our nervousness regarding the variety of tests and machinery used during the appointment. I was shown the actual photo of the back of my eye and explained what things to be aware of how to care for my eyes as I go into my 30s.
The clinic itself was extremely clean and well kept. We have already raves about this clinic to our friends and family members. A true gem.

Very informative and made it a comfortable experience. I enjoy going here to check my eyes because they always are so helpful. They keep it brief and short which is nice when I ask any questions.
Sandra was also very kind to give me her advice on which glasses to choose for reading. She helped with colour and frame selection which was great! I am very happy with my glasses.

We had a really positive experience at this clinic. My mom required accommodations for a wheelchair with limited mobility and Dr. Jessica Pandher was patient and incredibly helpful through the whole appointment. We were thankful to her and the whole staff for making the process so smooth!

The staff were very pleasant and helpful to deal with. The lady that helped me was very friendly.

Eye testing was quick and easy even for the more detailed tests. Doctor very through and explained everything. Walked out with new prescription for glasses and a sample pair of contacts.

Doctor was very friendly and thorough. Found an error in my son's previous RX and was able to suggest better lenses.

They did the puffs of air twice. The chin rest was sharp on the forehead. The waiting room is way to small. But all in all it went well.

Dr. Pandher was so thorough and knowledgeable. My grandma had to follow up with an optometrist after seeing her ophthalmologist, Dr. Pandher was able to complete a comprehensive eye exam and communicate her findings to my grandma patiently and answer all of her questions. She also offered to follow up with our specialist regarding some medications she thinks my grandma could benefit from. Will definitely be returning to see Dr. Pandher again!

Dr. Dhaliwal is amazing. Very patient and very knowledgeable. He took his time helping me with my eyes and prescription and went above and beyond for me. So much appreciated.

I have been a patient at this optometrist's office since I was 7 years old, and haven't had an experience like this before.

On July 31, I visited to pick up my contacts. I was helped by Christine at the front desk, who informed me my contacts were "fully covered by insurance. I didn't have to pay a dollar! ". My sister was with me at the time, and we both were saying, wow thank goodness for our Dad's insurance. Well Christine handed the machine to me and with a screen saying pay $500.00, and I was confused. I asked her is this was right, to which she responded "couldn't you hear my sarcasm? " No actually, I could not.

I paid the $500.00 and left, and later spoke to the manager Jen. I do understand management should always protect their staff, but their version of an apology was "I'm sorry YOU misheard. " I didn't mishear, and I had someone with me as well who was just as appalled as I was. I wouldn't go out of my way to negatively review a business I've been supporting for 12ish years.

I work in a pharmacy and also work with patient billing. It is completely inappropriate and unacceptable to be joking around with patient billing. This is a medical office, not a convenience store.

I don't want to support a company that treats their patients like this, so I did end up returning the unopened contacts, and purchased them from a different optometrist who takes patient billing information seriously.

I'm very disappointed in the treatment I received, and even more disappointed in the lack of accountability amongst the staff and management.

I have never met a more patient doctor in my life! Jessica made me feel so comfortable and explained everything to me so well. Since I was a kid I haven’t liked going to the eye doctor but she made it such a positive experience, as did all of the reception girls:) thank you!
