My family and I have been coming here for years and the service has always been amazing! Staff is friendly, professional, highly educated, and fast. They get to know you on a more personal level and makes it an even better experience. They also do home deliveries which is so helpful & convenient. Highly recommend this pharmacy, they have such caring and wonderful staff.

This is by far one of the most under rated pharmacys in the lower Mainland.
They helped me get medication fastet then waiting for the walk in doctor to prescribe the medication.

They are friendly professional and made me feel comfortable with the process.

Spent all morning trying to find a walk in clinic, doctor, any kind of walk in appointment for my daughter in the lower mainland and no luck. All slots were already full for all the clinics for the day. I was recommended by someone to try my luck to see if this pharmacy could prescribe her anything and they were amazing. Within 12 minutes I had a phone call appointment with a doctor arranged by the pharmacy staff and a prescription. They saved me a headache, another few hours of trying to find a doctor to help us, trip to emergency, and most importantly helped to treat my daughter's pain & illness. They were so friendly and accommodating and had the prescription ready for us in an hour. It was a one stop shop with everything, including the helpful staff, that went above and beyond and we are so very appreciative of that.

Willowbrook helped us out in multiple ways. First, they consulted with my home pharmacy to make the prescription that we ran out of while we were visiting Langley on vacation. Second, they expertly made the medicine, a liquid compound, so that it wasn't grainy and also tasted good! Finally, when I had trouble getting my insurance company to reimburse me, Willowbrook emailed me the ingredients list and DINs so I could provide evidence to show that the medicine was covered. Very competent people with great customer service who go above and beyond. Thank you all very much.

These guys are hands down the best pharmacy I have ever been to. I cannot believe how much they care and take care of you. I have been going to them for 8 years and even though I've moved a substantial amount away I still drive there for my prescriptions. Go there. You won't be disappointed

I was there to help my mom fill a UTI prescription because couldn’t contact my GP. The pharmacist there was Very polite and professional. He also Made sure to ask all necessary questions. I will highly recommend their services.

Haider helped me with meningitis vaccine for my travel. He was very helpful in recommending the right OTC medications to take along with me, specific to my trip.
