Love this little shop in North Vancouver!

Have lived in the area for 20 years and since I had always had new motorcycles, I’d go to the dealer.

Recently I bought a used Tenere, and it had 500km on it, but the dealer was too busy to service it before I went out on a trip that would have exceeded the mileage limit for the first service.

I took it to Windbell and they fit me in right away, and took care of an early oil change for peace of mind, plus installed 2 new tires with tubes.

They took their time to properly clean, lube and adjust chain tension for me. They even wiped clean my mirrors and windscreen.

Highly recommend these guys. Nicest people.

I had my rear tire repaired as well as my drive belt on my scooter. I also had additional service on my fluids and battery. The staff was very helpful, the service was efficient and the cost was very reasonable. Excellent quality and customer service!

Very knowledgeable team and great prices. He fixed up some things on my bike that I hadn't noticed.

Great shop. Brought my bike in for a oil/filter change, plus chain adjustment, clean/lube. Was done in an hour. Nice having a bike shop that's open on Mondays, considering most are closed.

This shop and its employees are Amazing! I was in a bind and needed a service before a long ride out of town this past summer. Despite the shop being busy and closing within 1 hour, they took care of my bike. I was charged half of what I was quoted at 4 other shops (all told me they couldn't get to my bike for at least 4 days). I didn't know Windbell and had no prior experience with them. I've since brought other bikes here and will continue doing so. Shopping local is cool, but small local businesses can sometimes do what big ones can't.

Windbell helped me exchange tires on my V-Strom after I had a run-in with a nail over the weekend. It was an urgent fix and they were able to take care of it fast and efficiently. Even helped me with a couple of other small things on the bike without charging for it.
They are very nice and accommodating as well as service oriented - thanks for the wash of the bike did not expect that.
Will be back for more in the future as things come up! ;o)

2 days until my road test and found out my brake light wasn’t turning off. Didn’t have an appointment but luckily they had a mechanic on hand to come to the rescue. This is the second time they’ve come through for me in a bind.

Excellent place if you need to service your motorcycle. It is owned by a Japanese, so you would have more confident to let them work on your bike. They are always busy but they always serve me nicely. Highly recommended.

This place was tucked a little out of the way. It's a small shop with a little preowned section. From what the people working told me it is family owned and operated. They are originally from Japan and have been here for a few decades. They were the only shop willing to talk to me about a restoration project on an old yamaha I was trying to build. I ended up going with them to have the inside of the tank treated and they did a great job. One of the technicians even went over different tank treatments with me to explain which one would suit my bike best. Previous comments about difficulty understanding them is pretty laughable because we didn't have any issues understanding each other and I only speak english. The tank treatment was well done and done in a timely fashion. I'll be using their services again.

Got an Oil change done and heated grips installed. They did rectify the cost. Happy with the results.
