This old man will ask you to pay first when you drop off your printer.he ask Credit card info.he said $80 but he charge $90.after 2 weeks later.i asked about my printer.he said stop whining.and 2 hours later i got
"your printer is broken. I will throw away for you.so you don't need to come and west time. You're welcome. "
he probably knew when i drop off my printer.when i pick up my printer.he didn't even open it. I know because i open before drop off.this old man will scam you.

Took a bit longer than it was supposed to, but was a really good job and really good communication. I would recommend this business to do repairs.
