Windsor Plywood Langley

We recently decided to upgrade our flooring. We dealt with Winsor Plywood in Langley. The service was outstanding. The flooring was well priced and exactly what we wanted. The installation was done by a contractor recommended to us by the store. His work was excellent and the floor looks absolutely amazing. We will always deal with Langley Windsor Plywood for all our renovation needs. Once again well done by all thank you all for your dedication and willingness to make the customer extremely happy.

Dropped in for some live edge lumber for a project, came out with a nice slab of beautiful walnut!

Lots of specialty wood to choose from. The young man that helped us was very helpful and knowledgeable. Windsor Plywood is the only place that I know of that carries this selection of exotic wood for wood workers.

Had an excellent experience with Kelly selecting moldings for my project. She was helpful, knowledgeable and patient. She made some great suggestions for finishes and materials. I will definitely return.

Found the perfect birch plywood for the van conversion drawers and cabinets I want to build AND at a very good price.

I was pleased with my visit to Windsor plywood one Langley today. As I was browsing around to see the choices of plywood and boards to plan my project. Multiple sales associates approached me to ask if I needed any help. They answered my questions respectfully and adequately. I compared the prices of some of their boards with a few other stores and I find it quite competitive. They don’t have a planer in store so they won’t be able to plane any of the rough live edge lumber there.

Unfortunately nothing that good to say. Staff is untrained, really no knowledge about basics like the fact the wood from the factory needs to be squared off before making a precise cut, also the surfer dude doing the cuts uses a measuring tape that is off 1/8” and doesn’t know how to properly read it. All the pieces he did cut for me were all out and inconsistent. I noticed a lack of personal interstate with customers, like they do not really care.

Do not know what 1 star is for - I guess that counts for picking up the phone at least? Oh how low have our standards fallen!
The store must be doing extremely well because my question was dismissed well before I could finish asking it - no interest in trying to even understand what I needed.well, good luck windsor plywood langley. Hope you go down proportionally to your customer service.

Helpful staff. You feel like you are getting that small business customer service! Always try to use these guys when on a job in the Langley area.

Decent wood selection, quality cuts. Be prepared to part with a fair chunk of money in exchange. Staff pretty friendly.

Exceptionally helpful staff, awesome products. The best place in the area that I know of to get specialty lumber.

STOP! If you are buying materials from this shop. You will be paying high price for low quality service and poorly made products.

I have bought several doors and other stuff from Windsor, Country Lumber, and Homedepot for a full house reno last year. Windsors' are not the cheap ones and not assembled by pros.

Windsor gave me an exterior door with the bottom cut too short and used a after-market rubber door sweep to cover the big gap as the bottom weather stripping! I was expecting something more manufactured at least. Store didn't return phone calls. "manager is busy but I can take a message". And clerks don't use computers for taking orders, any changes will have to be hand written and copies down to another paper. What!? So, of course order details was missed during the changes.

I would go to Country Lumber if I could do it again

Not the best experience. For some reason, there are many young, inexperienced staff who work here. I wanted to get a sheet of melamine and asked them to rip it in half. I also asked them if a sheet was exactly 48". The young, inexperienced staff said it was exactly 48", which it was not. It actually turned out to be 49". She also struggled really badly to try to move a sheet of plywood and it was rather cringey to watch. Eventually, someone had to help her. The worst is that the rip cut was not even straight as the staff member wasn't strong enough to hold the board up as she was pulling it through the saw and it arced downwards towards the end, leaving a bowed cut. I probably won't be coming back to this location any time soon.

Ok.pricing for trim and baseboards better than Home Depot.selection limited and merchandising just ok due to size of location.staff member who assisted was not overly experienced

Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Pricing was good.
There was a variety of products to choose from.

My husband was told to go here by one of the staff at Home Depot because HD did not have any of the things we needed for my husbands project. Windsor plywood had everything we needed and my husband was very happy with how helpful the staff was.

We drove from Abbotsford to this location to get what we needed for a weekend project. They have a massive selection of different plywood and trim, plus lots of other stuff. Also, very helpful and engaging staff. Thanks for the help!
