Wine and Beyond Kelowna

I would give -1 if I could to this place. Stuff is unprofessional, arrogant, racist. They make fun about other countries culture. Zero knowledge, zero manners.

This place has some different tastes than other liquor stores. For example, compare Budweiser bottles from different stores.

All I can say, one stop shop for all your alcohol beverages, some as well, and at great prices!

The all time favourite liquor store in the Okanagan with spirits that capture one’s imagination of un affordability to your everyday drinker, to the connoisseur to the naïve there is something there for everyone’s wallet.

This used to be the place to go, but now they are just like anywhere else. Expensive and no deals. Please bring back the 1.75 Sailor Jerry Rum.

Nice store, lots of selection and good prices. My only complaint is that I went there for one particular item that was in their flyer. It wax out of stock, no rain check nor any idea when it was coming in stock. I suggest that they beef up inventory for things that are in their flyer

Great prices, awesome selection, and the staff are very nice and always have a treat for my dog when he comes along.

Had exactly the Rum I wasn't finding locally. I drove in from Penticton as no one in our city carried it.

This is a big place. With so many employees wandering around, yet cashing out always takes forever. But they do have the booze that we need and that's what matters most

What selection! You people know how to stock your shelves! Great layout within. Everytime we are in town, usually once a month, we visit you!

This new liquor store has everything that most people could possibly need and there prices are the lowest in the okanagan that I have been able to find. Recommend wine and beyond to everyone.

This is a really well set-up store with a great selection of.well, everything! But, especially wines. Prices are good, too.

I was very excited to shop here! Sadly, the advertised items were out of stock and the manager was apathetic when I asked about it. No rain check or substitution was offered. Many shelves were empty so the selection was not very good. I purchased some wine, but it didn't scan at checkout. No reason to return.

I have visited twice now, half the store is missing price tags, half empty don't think they were ready for this opening. Waited at the glass cabinet to buy a bottle of insignia to not have anyone offer help. Ended up going to cork and barrel

I get it. Its a new store with a grand opening. They send out a really nice 8 page flyer with some good deals. What i dont get is that none of the good deals are in stock! Or they won't rain check to honor pricing.

Not a good impression, not impressed. I will give you chance again in a couple of months and change my review if this happens to be a stumble.

Big and bright. Lots of room but exceptionally disorganized. French wines in the front row but also scattered elsewhere and poorly laid out. Generally a chaotic organization of various wines from various regions. Many price tags missing. Beer choices were not as extensive as they should have been. Prices likely average but can understand that they can't give the same deals as they can in A;berta.i'll go back in another month or so to see if things have improved.

At checkout they wouldn't sell me a wine that was on the shelf, with a price label, with inventory number, because the cashier could not find it in the inventory available on his terminal. The manager who checked the shelf should have sold it to me using the shelf price. Nice looking big store, crowded.

It's better than just OK. We dropped in 9 Oct, curious after hearing all the pre-opening promotion.

As some of the reviewers here state, many of the sale items were gone. So what? It happens and they were promos. You missed them. Move on. We found a few sub $10 wines and brands we have never seen before.

As the ads say, the range of products is impressive but not mind blowing. It's kind of like the Cambie and 41st in Vancouver meets the Cask and Barrel in West Kelowna. My litmus test is Pendleton Midnight or 1910 whiskey. It's reasonably common in the US and is occasionally found in BCL stores. They had only the Original like everyone else. BCL can order it but it's a nice surprise to find it on the shelf (Pendleton sponsors the PBR. Help 'em out boyz and buy a bottle).

Huge beer selection. Ummm. OK. They have a lot and maybe all their singles bulk out the 1500 (?) varieties they claim. They have all the brands you expect and a whole bunch of good and foul craft beers. Beer prices were pretty much like elsewhere but the promotional priced brands were a good deal at up to $5 less on a 15 pack. My beer fridge is now at capacity!

Helpful staff.likely getting over the first few days jitters and a bit shell shocked (sorry, PTSDed) from idiot customers expecting them to know everything about the new store, it's policies and every single product in it.

It appeared they were still receiving new stock and filling the shelves. Good inventory none the less, especially given the supply chain issues even the established retailers are dealing with right now.

Would I go back? Sure, if I am passing by. Nothing wrong with the place and better than average. It's worth a browse if you are looking for something different than what the smaller stores can offer. But my local store is 5 minutes away on the main road from my house. Location, location location.

Went in the first day they opened, everyone was really helpful. They have a great whiskey selection and I enjoyed the wine that was suggested to me. Lots of options, easy shopping, will be back.
